技术领域
本发明属于一次性使用的注射器技术领域, 特指一种顶出自毁式注射器。
背景技术
在随着社会的进步发展, 人们对医疗的要求越来越高, 医疗器械也在不断的创新和改进, 尤其在注射器方面的改进已经有了很大的提高。 目前, 一次性塑料注射器已经得以广泛的使 用。 一般的一次性注射器在使用一次后便废弃, 因而可以防止注射器再次使用而导致病毒传 染, 较为安全卫生。 但是, 目前市场上的一次性注射器由于结构设计较为复杂, 使用麻烦, 且不能实现完全自毁, 生产成本较高, 不利于推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种客服现有的一次性注射器存在的问题, 提出一种设计合 理、 使用方便、 且成本较低, 利于推广的顶出自毁式注射器。
本发明的目的是这样实现的: 一种顶出自毁式注射器, 包括注射筒、 注射杆、 针座和固 定在针座上的针头, 针座上设置有连通针头和注射筒的通液孔, 注射杆的上端设置有活塞, 针座的下部成型有凸筋, 连接针座的注射筒的端部内壁上成型有卡口部, 卡口部与凸筋卡位 配合并阻止针座脱出注射筒, 凸筋下侧的针座上套设有与注射筒内壁紧贴的密封圈, 注射杆 上推至一定位置时可使针座克服卡口部给予凸筋的阻力, 进而将针座顶出注射筒。
进一步, 所述注射杆上端的中部设置有柱状凸起, 柱状凸起的中部成型有凸环, 凸环之 上的柱状凸起上卡接有活动套, 活动套和凸环之间的柱状凸起上套装有挡片, 活动套外侧设 置有所述活塞, 活塞的内部设置有当活塞受力变形时供注射杆伸出活塞顶部的空腔。
进一步, 所述卡口部为成型在注射筒端部内壁上的环形凹槽, 或, 所述卡口部为成型在 注射筒端部内壁上的挡环。

本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是: 本发明的注射筒和针座互相卡接配合, 并通过针座下部的密封圈密封, 注射完毕后只需用再对注射杆施加一定的, 即可轻易将针座 顶出注射筒, 以实现注射器的自毁; 本装置采用二次顶出的方式, 即注射杆先顶出针 座, 再顶出密封圈, 医护人员只需对注射杆施加较小的力, 便可使注射器自毁, 其结构合理、 操作简便; 注射筒的指托部成型有增加指托部的强度的加强筋, 加强筋的外轮廓心形或苹果 形, 其造型美观, 医护人员使用手感好; 本发明的结构合理、 生产成本较低, 产品使用后回 收方便, 较容易进行推广, 适合医护人员使用。
