Description

一种复合式安全自毁注射器 技术领域
本发明涉及注射器,具体涉及一种复合式安全自毁注射器。
背景技术
随着注射器的广泛应用,为避免出现医疗病患的交叉感染,越来越多的自毁式注射器出现在市面上,自毁式注射器是使用后能防止重复使用的一次性注射器产品,种类多样,在注射完毕后,依赖手工或机械力量,使推杆不能从针筒内抽出,达到自锁,或者活塞的密封性能被破坏,或者注射器的推杆能被推断,最终达到防止重复利用的目的。
目前市面上也存在多种回缩自毁注射器,这种注射器通过设置特定的组装结构,使针管在注射完成能能够回缩到注射器内,实现自毁功能,但这类型回缩自毁注射器的安全性能制约着这种产品的广泛推广,使用者使用注射器时通常需要多次抽取药水进行配药,因为需要保证注射器内的空气完全排出,所以必须把注射杆推动到注射器的零位,而这个操作容易出现安全问题,注射杆推动到零位时触发了注射器的自毁功能,导致注射器无法使用,而另一方面,当使用者使用这类型注射器给病人注射药剂时,也容易操作失误,在注射的过程中触发了注射器的自毁功能,导致针管直接在病人体内意外拔出,有可能造成医疗事故。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种复合式安全自毁注射器,能够实现注射器的安全自毁。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种复合式安全自毁注射器,包括,
注射筒,注射筒的底壁径向内缩形成第一卡口;
注射杆,注射杆活动的穿接在注射筒内,且注射杆下端部与注射筒内壁密闭配合,注射杆内为空腔,注射杆的底壁径向内缩形成第二卡口,注射杆空腔下方安装有可相对注射杆向上运动的弹簧套,弹簧套的外壁设有第一止动凸点,第二卡口的内壁上设有与第一止动凸点卡接的第一凹槽,注射杆的内壁下方设有抵触部,弹簧套的顶部与抵触部之间设有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧用于提供一个推动弹簧套远离抵触部的弹性应力,弹簧套的下端部固定设有卡接头;
密封环,密封环置于注射筒底端,且与注射筒内壁密闭配合,密封环中部设有通孔;
针座,针座由上至下分为第一段,第二段,第三段,且针座第一段,第二段,第三段的直径依次减小;针座内为空腔,针座第一段穿接在密封环的通孔内且与密封环紧密配合,针座第一段与密封环连接配合形成缓冲空腔,针座第一段空腔内设有用于与卡接头卡接的卡槽,针座第一段下端径向内缩与针座第二段形成第一台阶面;针座第二段下端径向内缩与针座第三段形成第二台阶面,针座第三段密闭的插装在注射筒第一卡口内,且第二台阶面与注射筒第一卡口上端面配合以形成防止针座向下移动的限位结构;针座第三段的空腔内固定设有针头,针头由针座向下通过注射筒第一卡口延伸至注射筒的外部。
优选的,密封环为橡胶块,密封环上下端均设有受到挤压时发生形变的承压曲面。
优选的,注射杆底端设置有用于挤压密封环的橡胶密封塞,该橡胶密封塞与注射筒内壁密闭配合。
优选的,密封环的外壁设有第二止动凸点,注射筒的内壁上设有与第二止动凸点卡接的第二凹槽。

注射杆2,注射杆2活动的穿接在注射筒1内,且注射杆2下端部与注射筒1内壁密闭配合,注射杆2内为空腔,注射杆2的底壁径向内缩形成第二卡口21,注射杆2空腔下方安装有可相对注射杆2向上运动的弹簧套22,弹簧套22的外壁设有第一止动凸点221,第二卡口21的内壁上设有与第一止动凸点221卡接的第一凹槽211,注射杆2的内壁下方设有抵触部23,弹簧套22的顶部与抵触部23之间设有压缩弹簧24,压缩弹簧24用于提供一个推动弹簧套22远离抵触部23的弹性应力,弹簧套22的下端部固定设有卡接头222;

当需要使用注射器进行配药时,如图1、2所示,使用者把注射杆2推送至零位,此时弹簧套22的卡接头222处于针座4的缓冲空腔41内,并不会与针座4上的卡槽42卡接,避免触发自毁功能,实现安全地进行配药,同时,配药完成后,需要把药剂注射到病人体内,注射杆2推送至零位后,弹簧套22上的卡接头也是处于针座4的缓冲空腔内,不会触发自毁功能,保障实施注射时的安全性,避免医疗事故。
当注射完成把注射器拔出人体外后,需要实现注射器自毁,如图3、4所示,把注射器的注射杆2从零位继续往下推送,注射杆2的下端部挤压密封环3,使密封环3上的第二止动凸点33脱离第二凹槽13卡接并随着注射杆2一起向下移动,密封环3与注射筒1之间的间隙产生的压缩空气对第一台阶面43产生推动针座4向上的弹性应力越来越大,直至卡接头222穿过缓冲空腔41并与针座4上的卡槽42卡接;继续把注射杆2往下推动,使弹簧套22上的第一止动凸点221脱离第一凹槽13的卡接,压缩弹簧24对弹簧套22的弹性应力加上压缩空气对针座4的弹性应力使弹簧套22和针座4一起回缩到注射杆2的空腔内,压缩弹簧24伸展后能够顶压弹簧套22在注射杆2空腔内的最顶端,从而保障针头45不会回落露出注射杆2,通过这样的复合式注射器组装结构,使用者操作注射器实施注射和自毁时能够有明显的阶段划分,每个阶段都有清晰的操作反馈,能够保证实施注射的安全性,实现自毁的可靠性。
优选的,如图5所示,密封环3为橡胶块,密封环3上下端均设有受到挤压时发生形变的承压曲面32,便于密封环3受压时更易变形。
优选的,注射杆2底端设置有用于挤压密封环3的橡胶密封塞25,该橡胶密封塞25与注射筒内壁密闭配合,进一步提高密封性。
优选的,密封环3的外壁设有第二止动凸点33,注射筒1的内壁上设有与 第二止动凸点33卡接的第二凹槽13,保障结构可靠。

    注射杆,注射杆活动的穿接在注射筒内,且注射杆下端部与注射筒内壁密闭配合,注射杆内为空腔,注射杆的底壁径向内缩形成第二卡口,注射杆空腔下方安装有可相对注射杆向上运动的弹簧套,弹簧套的外壁设有第一止动凸点,第二卡口的内壁上设有与第一止动凸点卡接的第一凹槽,注射杆的内壁下方设有抵触部,弹簧套的顶部与抵触部之间设有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧用于提供一个推动弹簧套远离抵触部的弹性应力,弹簧套的下端部固定设有卡接头;
    密封环,密封环置于注射筒底端,且与注射筒内壁密闭配合,密封环中部设有通孔;
    针座,针座由上至下分为第一段,第二段,第三段,且针座第一段,第二段,第三段的直径依次减小;针座内为空腔,针座第一段穿接在密封环的通孔内且与密封环紧密配合,针座第一段与密封环连接配合形成缓冲空腔,针座第一段空腔内设有用于与卡接头卡接的卡槽,针座第一段下端径向内缩与针座第二段形成第一台阶面;针座第二段下端径向内缩与针座第三段形成第二台阶面,针座第三段密闭的插装在注射筒第一卡口内,且第二台阶面与注射筒第一卡口上端面配合以形成防止针座向下移动的限位结构;针座第三段的空腔内固定设有针头,针头由针座向下通过注射筒第一卡口延伸至注射筒的外部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种复合式安全自毁注射器,其特征在于,密封环为橡胶块,密封环上下端均设有受到挤压时发生形变的承压曲面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种复合式安全自毁注射器,其特征在于,注射杆底端设置有用于挤压密封环的橡胶密封塞,该橡胶密封塞与注射筒内壁密闭配合。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种复合式安全自毁注射器,其特征在于,密封环的外壁设有第二止动凸点,注射筒的内壁上设有与第二止动凸点卡接的第二凹槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种复合式安全自毁注射器,其特征在于,注射杆上端设有后盖,后盖与注射杆卡接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种复合式安全自毁注射器,其特征在于,注射杆的上端设有外凸的凸沿,注射筒内壁上端设有与凸沿相匹配的卡接部。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种复合式安全自毁注射器,其特征在于,注射筒下端还套设有护套,护套卡接在注射筒的外壁上。
