基于融合地址簿同步联系人的方法、 装置和系统 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种基于融合地址簿 (Converged Address Book, CAB) 同步联系人的方法、 装置和系统。 背景技术 融合地址簿是一种多种视图的网络地址簿应用, 用户通过该业务可以方便的管理 用户的电话本(也称通讯录), 当用户所订阅的地址内容发生变化后可以及时在网络侧 和终端侧进行更新, 当用户自己的地址等信息发生变化后, 也不需要用户逐个和联系 人联系更新, 订阅自己信息的用户会根据业务策略收到信息变化的通知, 然后更新用 户的信息。 通过上述描述, 可以清楚地知道, 融合地址簿是一个非常实用的业务。 基于融合地址簿的应用也越来越多, 这些应用的本质都是如何尽可能的模拟现实 生活中人与人之间的沟通, 方便人与人之间的联系。 在现实生活中, 一般每个人总是会有一些常用的联系人, 例如家人、 同事等, 并 且基于融合地址薄业务中,通常一个用户对应多个终端, 而目前的融合地址簿业务中, 在用户的多个终端间还没有提供统一的常用联系人信息的方式, 影响了用户的业务体 验度。 针对相关技术中用户的多个终端间没有统一的常用联系人信息, 影响用户业务体 验度的问题, 目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种基于融合地址簿同步联系人的方法、 装置和系统, 以至少解决 上述用户的多个终端间没有统一的常用联系人信息, 影响用户业务体验度的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种基于融合地址簿同步联系人的方法, 包括: 根据融合地址薄记录记录指定时间内用户与联系人之间的通讯情况, 根据记录结果确 定用户的常用联系人; 将上述常用联系人信息同步到用户的终端中, 其中, 终端至少 为一个。 上述根据融合地址薄记录指定时间内用户与联系人之间的通讯情况包括: 在指定 时间内记录该用户终端与联系人终端间的终端通讯情况; 根据融合地址薄中用户与终 端的对应关系和该终端通信情况确定该用户与联系人之间的通讯情况。 上述根据融合地址薄中用户与终端的对应关系和该终端通信情况确定用户与联系 人之间的通讯情况包括:将用户的所有终端的终端通讯情况记录为该用户的通讯情况; 确定用户的通讯情况中联系人终端对应的联系人; 根据该用户的通讯情况确定用户与 联系人的通讯情况。 上述根据记录结果确定用户的常用联系人包括以下方式之一: 统计记录结果中用 户与联系人之间的通讯次数, 根据统计的通讯次数选择第一指定个数的联系人作为用 户的常用联系人; 统计记录结果中用户与联系人之间的通讯时刻, 根据统计的通讯时 刻选择第二指定个数的联系人作为用户的常用联系人; 统计记录结果中用户与联系人 之间的通讯时长, 根据统计的通讯时长选择第三指定个数的联系人作为用户的常用联 系人。 上述将常用联系人信息同步到用户的终端中包括以下方式之一: 主动将常用联系 人信息发送给用户的终端; 当接收到用户的终端主动获取常用联系人信息请求时, 将 常用联系人信息发送给终端; 向用户的终端发送获取联系人信息的通知, 并接收终端 获取常用联系人信息请求, 将常用联系人信息发送给终端。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种于融合地址簿同步联系人的装置, 包括: 记 录模块, 设置为根据融合地址薄记录记录指定时间内用户与联系人之间的通讯情况; 确定模块, 设置为根据记录模块的记录结果确定用户的常用联系人; 同步模块, 设置 为根据确定模块确定的所述常用联系人,将上述常用联系人信息同步到用户的终端中, 其中, 终端至少为一个。 上述记录模块包括: 终端通讯情况记录单元, 设置为在指定时间内记录用户终端 与联系人终端间的终端通讯情况; 通讯确定单元, 设置为根据融合地址薄中用户与终 端的对应关系和该终端通讯情况记录单元记录的终端通信情况确定用户与联系人之间 的通讯情况。 上述通讯确定单元包括: 通讯记录子单元, 设置为将用户的所有终端的终端通讯 情况记录为该用户的通讯情况; 联系人确定子单元, 设置为确定用户的通讯情况中联 系人终端对应的联系人; 通讯确定子单元, 设置为根据用户的通讯情况确定用户与联 系人的通讯情况。 上述确定模块包括以下之一: 第一确定单元, 设置为统计记录结果中用户与联系 人之间的通讯次数, 根据统计的通讯次数选择第一指定个数的联系人作为用户的常用 联系人; 第二确定单元, 设置为统计记录结果中用户与联系人之间的通讯时刻, 根据 统计的通讯时刻选择第二指定个数的联系人作为用户的常用联系人; 第三确定单元, 设置为统计记录结果中用户与联系人之间的通讯时长, 根据统计的通讯时长选择第三 指定个数的联系人作为用户的常用联系人。 根据本发明的又一方面, 提供了一种基于融合地址簿同步联系人的系统, 包括服 务器和终端, 其中, 该服务器包括上述装置; 该终端包括: 联系人同步模块, 设置为 接收该服务器下发的所述常用联系人信息,将该常用联系人信息设置在联系人名单中。 通过本发明, 根据融合地址薄确定该用户的常用联系人, 并将常用联系人信息同 步至用户的终端上, 使用户的各个终端上均具备相同的常用联系人信息, 解决了用户 的多个终端间没有统一的常用联系人信息, 影响用户业务体验度的问题, 可以让用户 在不同的终端上使用相同的常用联系人信息, 方便了用户使用终端, 进而提高用户的 业务体验。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中: 图 1是根据本发明实施例 1的基于融合地址簿同步联系人的方法流程图; 图 2是根据本发明实施例 1的基于融合地址簿同步联系人的方法示意图; 图 3是根据本发明实施例 2的基于融合地址簿同步联系人的装置结构框图; 图 4是根据本发明实施例 3的基于融合地址簿同步联系人的系统结构框图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 本发明实施例考虑融合地址簿业务中无法在用户的多个终端上同步常用联系人, 提供了基于融合地址簿同步联系人的方法、 装置和系统, 以方便用户使用终端。 实施例 1 本实施例提供了一种基于融合地址簿同步联系人的方法, 该方法可以在融合地址 簿业务的服务器上进行, 参见图 1, 该方法包括以下步骤: 步骤 S102, 根据融合地址薄记录记录指定时间内用户与联系人之间的通讯情况, 根据记录结果确定该用户的常用联系人。 在融合地址薄业务中, 通常一个用户对应多个终端, 考虑到现实生活中的常用联 系人都是针对用户而言的, 本实施例中在记录用户与联系人的通讯情况时, 依据融合 地址薄进行记录, 具体方式可以包括: 在指定时间内记录用户终端与联系人终端间的 终端通讯情况; 根据融合地址薄中用户与终端的对应关系和记录的终端通信情况确定 用户与联系人之间的通讯情况。 在根据上述终端通信情况确定用户与联系人之间的通 讯情况时, 可以采用下述方式: 将该用户的所有终端的终端通讯情况记录为该用户的 通讯情况; 确定该用户的通讯情况中联系人终端对应的联系人; 根据用户的通讯情况 确定该用户与联系人的通讯情况。 例如: 在融合地址薄中, 用户 A对应有三个终端, 分别为终端 Al、 终端 A2和终 端 A3, 联系人 B对应有两个终端, 分别为终端 B1和终端 B2; 联系人 C对应有两个 终端, 分别为终端 C1和终端 C2; 服务器在指定时间内记录了终端 A1与终端 B1进行 了通话、 终端 A2与终端 B2进行了短信通讯; 终端 A3与终端 C1进行邮件往来; 根 据融合地址薄中用户与终端的对应关系, 这些记录均是关于用户 A与联系人间的通讯 情况, 因此, 将这些通讯记录与用户 A关联, 并根据记录中的终端 B1和终端 B2确定 用户 A与联系人 B进行了两次通讯,根据记录中的终端 C1确定用户 A与联系人 C进 行了一次通讯, 这样就完成了终端通讯情况到用户通讯情况的转换。 当用户每次通过 CAB (即融合地址簿)与联系人进行通讯操作时, 服务器都会记 录所用到的联系人信息, 并根据记录的结果来确定哪些联系人信息是常用的, 如果用 户还没有建立常用联系人信息, 则 CAB为用户生成常用联系人信息, 否则, 更新用户 的常用联系人信息, 本实施例是以首次生成常用联系人信息为例进行的说明。 其中, 上述通讯情况包括以下至少之一: 电话通讯、 短信通讯、 彩信通讯、 电子 邮件通讯、 即时消息通讯、 文件或数据传输通讯。 例如: 用户通过联系人信息拨打电 话、 发送短信 /彩信、 发送邮件、 发送即时消息、 发送文件、 数据等, 或者接收到该联 系人的电话、 短信、 彩信、 邮件、 及时消息、 文件、 数据等均属于通讯情况。 步骤 S104, 将上述常用联系人信息同步到该用户的终端中, 其中, 终端至少为一 个。其中, 常用联系人信息可以是常用联系人的标识、常用联系人的人名或描信息等, 用于基于融合地址薄业务将可以根据用户的人名得到该用户的各种联系方式。 本实施例基于融合地址薄确定用户的常用联系人, 并将常用联系人信息同步至用 户的终端上, 使用户的各个终端上均具备相同的常用联系人信息, 解决了用户的多个 终端间没有统一的常用联系人信息, 影响用户业务体验度的问题, 可以让用户在不同 的终端上使用相同的常用联系人信息, 方便了用户使用终端, 进而提高用户的业务体 验。 确定常用联系人时, 可以根据记录结果和设定的策略确定用户的常用联系人, 其 中, 设定的策略包括: 常用联系人的个数和确定常用联系人的方式。 该策略可以由用 户、 运营商、 或其他第三方制定。 确定常用联系人的方式可以是最多使用、 最近使用、 使用时间最长等。 基于此, 上述根据记录结果确定用户的常用联系人包括以下方式之
1 )统计记录结果中用户与联系人之间的通讯次数,根据统计的通讯次数选择第一 指定个数的联系人作为用户的常用联系人; 该方式为最多使用方式, 是指在一段时间 内被用到的次数最多;
2)统计记录结果中用户与联系人之间的通讯时刻,根据统计的通讯时刻选择第二 指定个数的联系人作为用户的常用联系人; 该方式为最近使用方式, 是指使用时间距 当前时间最近; 3 )统计记录结果中用户与联系人之间的通讯时长,根据统计的通讯时长选择第三 指定个数的联系人作为用户的常用联系人。 该方式为使用时间最长方式, 指在一段时 间内使用该联系人信息的时间最长, 例如, 在最近一周内联系人 A的信息被使用了 3 次, 使用时间相加为 10分钟, 联系人 B的信息被使用 1次,但是使用时间为 15分钟, 则联系人 B的使用时间比联系人 A长。 其中, 上述第一指定个数、第二指定个数和第三指定个数可以相同, 也可以不同, 例如均为 10个。 为了使确定的常用联系人能够更符合用户的意愿, 可以通过设备过滤条件来对常 用联系人信息进行过滤。 基于此, 本实施例中的根据记录结果确定用户的常用联系人 还可以包括: 根据记录结果确定用户的初始常用联系人,对初始常用联系人进行修正, 得到用户的常用联系人。 例如, 基于用户的黑 /白名单进行修正: 判断初始常用联系人 中是否有被列入用户的黑名单中的联系人, 如果有, 将列入黑名单中的联系人从初始 常用联系人删除中; 或者, 判断用户的白名单中的联系人是否有未在初始常用联系人 中的联系人, 如果有, 将白名单中的未在初始常用联系人中的联系人加入初始常用联 系人中。 如将某些广告或骚扰信息放入黑名单, 则无论怎样这些联系人也不会进入常 用联系人; 又如将 110, 119等特殊电话放入白名单, 则无论怎样这些联系人都在常用 联系人中。 这里的黑名单或白名单可以是用户提供的。 当然, 用户也可以主动向服务器上传常用联系人信息, 此时, 该常用联系人信息 可以相当于上述的白名单。 在进行常用联系人同步时, 可以采用主动同步方式, 也可以采用被动同步方式, 基于此, 上述将常用联系人信息同步到用户的终端中包括以下方式之一:
1 ) 主动将常用联系人信息发送给用户的终端 (主动同步方式);
2)当接收到用户的终端主动获取常用联系人信息请求时,将常用联系人信息发送 给终端 (被动同步方式);
3 )向用户的终端发送获取联系人信息的通知, 并接收终端获取常用联系人信息请 求, 将常用联系人信息发送给终端(被动同步方式), 例如, 服务器通知用户设备有新 信息可用, 设备接收到该通知后, 向服务器发送请求获取该信息。 上述主动同步方式, 可以采用以下方式之一实现: 1 )每次确定常用联系人后, 主 动将常用联系人信息发送给用户的终端; 2)定期将常用联系人信息发送给用户的终端; 3 ) 当处于空闲状态 (或低负荷) 时, 将常用联系人信息发送给用户的终端。 本实施例中,可以考虑采用离线或在线方式进行同步,采用在线方式进行同步时, 上述将常用联系人信息同步到用户的终端包括: 确定用户的终端在线或与自身已建立 连接时, 将常用联系人信息同步到用户的终端。 如果用户的终端当前不在线或未与服 务器建立连接, 则服务器等待该终端上线或者与服务器建立连接后, 将常用联系人信 息发送给该终端, 或者, 当该终端上线或者与服务器建立连接后, 主动向服务器请求 获取常用联系人信息, 或者, 当该终端上线或者与服务器建立连接后, 服务器发送获 取常用联系人信息的通知给该终端。 本实施例中, 可以对常用联系人进行周期更新, 基于此, 上述方法还包括: 按照 设定的更新周期对常用联系人进行更新。 即每隔一段时间记录指定时间内用户的通讯 情况, 进而按照图 1所示的方法确定新的常用联系人信息, 并将新的常用联系人信息 同步到用户的终端。 当服务器首次确定或更新常用联系人后, 服务器会将该常用联系人信息同步到用 户所有的设备上。 服务器可以通知设备有新信息可用, 该通知可以立即发送给设备, 或者定时通知, 或者是在某些特定的情况下通知。 设备在收到该通知后, 可以立即获 取该信息, 也可以根据实际情况 (例如当前带宽使用情况) 确定以后获取该信息或者 不获取该信息。 基于上述方法, 参见图 2所示的基于融合地址簿同步联系人的方法示意图,其中, 该用户包括三个 CAB客户端 (设备), 该方法包括: CAB服务器确定常用联系人, 以 及与 CAB客户端同步常用联系人,具体确定常用联系人和同步常用联系人的方式可以 按照上述方法实现, 这里不再赘述。 针对上述方法, 下面分别给出实例一至三进行说明, 具体实例如下: 实例一 用户 A有三个 CAB设备, 分别是设备 1、 设备 2和设备 3, 服务器采用最多使用 策略, 并确定常用联系人信息中最多包含 5个常用联系人, 也就是用户 A使用最多的 5个联系人将出现在常用联系人信息中, 假定当前常用联系人信息中用户 B排名第 5, 也就是用户 B是该常用联系人信息中的最后一个, 而用户 C排名第 6, 并且使用次数 只比用户 B少 1次。这时用户 A给用户 C打了一次电话, 稍后又发送了一条短信, 这 样用户 C的使用次数就超过了用户 B, 所以此时常用联系人信息中用户 C取代用户 B 成为最后一个。 当常用联系人信息发生上述变化后, 服务器立刻向用户 A的设备 1和设备 3发送 新的常用联系人信息, 设备 1和设备 3收到该信息后, 更新本地的常用联系人信息。 因为设备 2当前不在线, 所以服务器暂时没有发送更新至该设备, 稍后当设备 2上线 后, 服务器发送新的常用联系人信息给该设备, 设备 2收到该信息后更新本地的常用 联系人信息。 实例二 用户 A有三个 CAB设备, 分别是设备 1、 设备 2和设备 3, 服务器采用最近使用 策略, 并确定常用联系人信息中最多包含 5个常用联系人, 也就是用户 A使用时间最 近的 5个联系人将出现在常用联系人信息中, 假定当前常用联系人信息中用户 B排名 第 5, 而用户 C排名第 6, 这时用户 A给用户 C打了一次电话, 这样一来用户 C成了 最近被使用的联系人, 所以此时常用联系人信息中用户 C成为最靠前的一个, 而用户 B被排除在常用联系人信息之外。 当常用联系人信息发生上述变化后, 服务器立刻向用户 A的设备 1和设备 3发送 有新的常用联系人信息可用的通知, 设备 1和设备 3收到该通知后, 设备 1立即从服 务器那里获取了最新的信息并更新本地的常用联系人信息。 设备 3, 因为正在忙碌, 所以等到稍后空闲时从服务器那里获取了最新的信息并更新本地的常用联系人信息。 因为设备 2当前不在线, 所以服务器暂时没有发送通知至该设备, 稍后当设备 2上线 后, 服务器发送该通知给该设备, 设备 2收到该通知后, 从服务器那里获取了最新的 信息并更新本地的常用联系人信息。 实例三 用户 A有三个 CAB设备, 分别是设备 1、 设备 2和设备 3, 用户通过设备 1设置 了黑白名单, 其中黑名单中包含用户 C, 白名单中包含用户 B, 并将他们上传到服务 器。 服务器采用最多使用策略结合黑白名单的方式来确定用户 A的常用联系人信息, 并确定常用联系人信息中最多包含 5个常用联系人, 也就是用户 A使用最多的 5个联 系人将出现在常用联系人信息中, 假定当前常用联系人信息中用户 B排名第 5, 也就 是用户 B是该常用联系人信息中的最后一个, 而用户 C排名第 6, 并且使用次数只比 用户 B少 1次。这时用户 A给用户 C打了一次电话, 稍后又发送了一条短信, 这样用 户 C的使用次数就超过了用户 B, 但是因为用户 C在黑名单中, 所以用户 C不能进入 用户 A的常用联系人信息, 所以此时常用联系人信息不变。 通过上述实例可知, 服务器每次对用户的常用联系人信息进行更新后, 将会将更 新后的常用联系人信息同步至用户的每个 CAB设备上,这样,用户即使更换不同的用 户设备, 也能够很方便地与常用联系人联系, 方便了用户的使用。 实施例 2 本实施例提供了一种基于融合地址簿同步联系人的装置,该装置可以设置在 CAB 服务器上, 参见图 3, 该装置包括以下模块: 记录模块 32, 设置为根据融合地址薄记录记录指定时间内用户与联系人之间的通 讯情况; 其中, 通讯情况包括以下至少之一: 电话通讯、 短信通讯、 彩信通讯、 电子 邮件通讯、 即时消息通讯、 文件或数据传输通讯; 确定模块 34, 与记录模块 32相连, 设置为根据记录模块 32的记录结果确定用户 的常用联系人; 同步模块 36, 与确定模块 34相连, 设置为根据确定模块 34确定的常用联系人, 将该常用联系人信息同步到用户的终端中, 其中, 该终端至少为一个。 本实施例根据融合地址薄确定该用户的常用联系人, 并将常用联系人信息同步至 用户的终端上, 使用户的各个终端上均具备相同的常用联系人信息, 解决了用户的多 个终端间没有统一的常用联系人信息, 影响用户业务体验度的问题, 可以让用户在不 同的终端上使用相同的常用联系人信息, 方便了用户使用终端, 进而提高用户的业务 体验。 记录模块 32包括: 终端通讯情况记录单元, 设置为在指定时间内记录用户终端与 联系人终端间的终端通讯情况; 通讯确定单元, 设置为根据融合地址薄中用户与终端 的对应关系和该终端通讯情况记录单元记录的该终端通信情况确定该用户与联系人之 间的通讯情况。 其中, 通讯确定单元包括: 通讯记录子单元, 设置为将用户的所有终端的终端通 讯情况记录为该用户的通讯情况; 联系人确定子单元, 设置为确定用户的通讯情况中 联系人终端对应的联系人; 通讯确定子单元, 设置为根据用户的通讯情况确定用户与 联系人的通讯情况。 确定常用联系人的方式比较灵活, 可以预先设定确定的策略, 例如: 按照通讯时 长、 通讯次数, 以及通讯时刻进行确定, 基于此, 该确定模块包括以下之一: 第一确定单元, 设置为统计记录结果中用户与联系人之间的通讯次数, 根据统计 的通讯次数选择第一指定个数的联系人作为用户的常用联系人; 第二确定单元, 设置为统计记录结果中用户与联系人之间的通讯时刻, 根据统计 的通讯时刻选择第二指定个数的联系人作为用户的常用联系人; 第三确定单元, 设置为统计记录结果中用户与联系人之间的通讯时长, 根据统计 的通讯时长选择第三指定个数的联系人作为用户的常用联系人。 为了使常用联系人更符合用户的意愿,本实施例中的确定模块 34包括:修改单元, 设置为根据记录结果确定用户的初始常用联系人, 对该初始常用联系人进行修正, 得 到用户的常用联系人。 其中, 对初始常用联系人进行修正的方式可以包括: 判断初始 常用联系人中是否有被列入用户的黑名单中的联系人, 如果有, 将列入黑名单中的联 系人从初始常用联系人删除中; 或者, 判断用户的白名单中的联系人是否有未在初始 常用联系人中的联系人, 如果有, 将白名单中的未在初始常用联系人中的联系人加入 初始常用联系人中。 其中, 上述黑名单或白名单为用户提供的。 同步模块 36将常用联系人信息同步到用户的终端中,可以采用主动方式或被动方 式, 基于此, 该同步模块 36包括以下之一: 主动下发单元, 设置为主动将常用联系人信息发送给用户的终端; 例如: 确定常 用联系人信息后, 主动将常用联系人信息发送给用户的终端; 或者, 定期将常用联系 人信息发送给用户的终端; 或者, 当处于空闲状态时, 将常用联系人信息发送给用户 的终端。 第一被动下发单元,设置为当接收到用户的终端主动获取常用联系人信息请求时, 将常用联系人信息发送给终端; 第二被动下发单元, 设置为向用户的终端发送获取联系人信息的通知, 并接收终 端获取常用联系人信息请求, 将常用联系人信息发送给终端。 本实施例同步模块 36还包括: 同步单元, 设置为确定用户的终端在线或与自身已 建立连接时, 将常用联系人信息同步到用户的终端。 常用联系人信息可能会发生变化, 基于此, 上述装置还包括: 更新模块, 设置为 按照设定的更新周期对常用联系人信息进行更新。 本实施例根据融合地址薄确定常用联系人, 将该常用联系人信息同步至用户的每 个设备上, 这样用户即使更换不同的用户设备, 也能够很方便地与常用联系人联系, 解决了用户的多个终端间没有统一的常用联系人信息, 影响用户业务体验度的问题, 方便了用户的使用。 实施例 3 本实施例提供了一种基于融合地址簿同步联系人的系统, 参见图 4, 该系统包括 服务器 30和终端 40, 服务器 30与终端 40相连接, 本实施例具体体现在同步模块 36 与联系人同步模块 42相连接。 其中, 服务器 30包括实施例 2中图 3所示的装置, 该 装置中的各个模块的功能与实施例 2中的相同, 这里不再赘述; 权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种基于融合地址簿同步联系人的方法, 包括:
根据融合地址薄记录用户与联系人之间的通讯情况, 根据记录结果确定所 述用户的常用联系人;
将所述常用联系人信息同步到所述用户的终端中, 其中, 所述终端至少为 一个。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据融合地址薄记录指定时间内用户 与联系人之间的通讯情况包括:
在指定时间内记录用户终端与联系人终端间的终端通讯情况; 根据融合地址薄中用户与终端的对应关系和所述终端通信情况确定所述用 户与联系人之间的通讯情况。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据融合地址薄中用户与终端的对应 关系和所述终端通信情况确定所述用户与联系人之间的通讯情况包括:
将所述用户的所有终端的终端通讯情况记录为所述用户的通讯情况; 确定所述用户的通讯情况中所述联系人终端对应的联系人; 根据所述用户的通讯情况确定所述用户与所述联系人的通讯情况。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据记录结果确定所述用户的常用联 系人包括以下方式之一:
统计所述记录结果中所述用户与联系人之间的通讯次数, 根据统计的所述 通讯次数选择第一指定个数的联系人作为所述用户的常用联系人;
统计所述记录结果中所述用户与联系人之间的通讯时刻, 根据统计的通讯 时刻选择第二指定个数的联系人作为所述用户的常用联系人;
统计所述记录结果中所述用户与联系人之间的通讯时长, 根据统计的通讯 时长选择第三指定个数的联系人作为所述用户的常用联系人。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述将所述常用联系人信息同步到所述用 户的终端中包括以下方式之一:
主动将所述常用联系人信息发送给所述用户的终端; 当接收到所述用户的终端主动获取常用联系人信息请求时, 将所述常用联 系人信息发送给所述终端;
向所述用户的终端发送获取联系人信息的通知, 并接收所述终端获取常用 联系人信息请求, 将所述常用联系人信息发送给所述终端。
6. 一种基于融合地址簿同步联系人的装置, 包括:
记录模块, 设置为根据融合地址薄记录指定时间内用户与联系人之间的通 讯情况;
确定模块, 设置为根据所述记录模块的记录结果确定所述用户的常用联系 人;
同步模块, 设置为根据所述确定模块确定的所述常用联系人, 将所述常用 联系人信息同步到所述用户的终端中, 其中, 所述终端至少为一个。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述记录模块包括: 终端通讯情况记录单元, 设置为在指定时间内记录用户终端与联系人终端 间的终端通讯情况;
通讯确定单元, 设置为根据融合地址薄中用户与终端的对应关系和所述终 端通讯情况记录单元记录的所述终端通信情况确定所述用户与联系人之间的通 讯情况。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述通讯确定单元包括:
通讯记录子单元, 设置为将所述用户的所有终端的终端通讯情况记录为所 述用户的通讯情况;
联系人确定子单元, 设置为确定所述用户的通讯情况中所述联系人终端对 应的联系人;
通讯确定子单元, 设置为根据所述用户的通讯情况确定所述用户与所述联 系人的通讯情况。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述确定模块包括以下之一:
第一确定单元, 设置为统计所述记录结果中所述用户与联系人之间的通讯 次数, 根据统计的所述通讯次数选择第一指定个数的联系人作为所述用户的常 用联系人; 第二确定单元, 设置为统计所述记录结果中所述用户与联系人之间的通讯 时刻, 根据统计的通讯时刻选择第二指定个数的联系人作为所述用户的常用联 系人;
第三确定单元, 设置为统计所述记录结果中所述用户与联系人之间的通讯 时长, 根据统计的通讯时长选择第三指定个数的联系人作为所述用户的常用联 系人。
10. 一种基于融合地址簿同步联系人的系统, 包括服务器和终端, 其中, 所述服务 器包括权利要求 6至 9任一项所述的装置;
所述终端包括: 联系人同步模块, 设置为接收所述服务器下发的所述常用 联系人信息, 将所述常用联系人信息设置在联系人名单中。
