其中, 该端到端的信令消息为用户信息消息 (例如 USER INFORMATION消息), 该用户信息添加在用户信息消息的用户与用户 (User-user) 字段中。 本实施例通过在主叫终端与被叫终端通话过程中, 主叫终端自动获取用户信息, 并通过端到端的信令消息将该用户信息发送给被叫终端, 能够使被叫终端自动获取到 联系人的用户信息。 该过程中不需要对现有的网络进行任何改进, 仅仅是在通话过程 中发送一个携带用户信息的信令消息即可, 解决了用户信息的传输对网络侧设备要求 较高的问题, 且实现简单, 易于应用。 本实施例提供了一种用户信息保存方法, 该方法是从被叫终端侧进行描述的, 参 见图 2, 该方法包括以下步骤: 步骤 S202, 在主叫终端与被叫终端通话过程中, 该被叫终端接收该主叫终端通过 端到端的信令消息发送的用户信息; 其中, 信令消息和用户信息的具体内容同上所述。 步骤 S204, 该被叫终端保存上述用户信息。 作为被叫用户, 也并不是对每个联系人的用户信息都关心, 因此在保存用户信息 时, 可以进行取舍, 该取舍的依据可以由用户提前设定接收权限实现, 例如, 对于关 心的联系人, 则可以设定其接收权限为允许状态, 对于不关心的联系人, 可以设置其 接收权限为不允许状态, 这样就可以比较容易地只保存感兴趣的联系人的用户信息, 基于此, 上述被叫终端保存用户信息包括: 被叫终端根据设定的接收权限判断是否允 许接收主叫终端的用户信息; 如果是, 该被叫终端保存上述用户信息。 被叫终端根据 设定的接收权限判断不允许接收主叫终端的用户信息时, 该方法还包括: 被叫终端丢 弃该用户信息。 其中, 本实施例的保存包括初次接收时的保存, 也可以包括再次接收同一用户的 用户信息时的更新, 即被叫终端收到用户信息后, 查找该主叫的用户信息是否已经存 在, 如果不存在, 则将主叫用户信息保存到被叫终端; 如果主叫用户信息已经存在, 则对新老用户信息比较, 用新用户信息中的内容替换原有用户信息中存在的内容, 并 保留老用户信息中独有的内容。 本实施例通过将主叫终端的用户信息自动保存在本地终端上, 不需要对现有的网 络进行任何改进, 仅仅是在通话过程中接收并识别主叫终端发送的携带用户信息的信 令消息即可, 解决了用户信息的传输对网络侧设备要求较高的问题, 且实现简单, 易 于应用。 实施例 2 本实施例提供了一种终端, 该终端作为主叫终端, 参见图 3, 包括如下模块: 存储模块 32, 设置为存储终端的用户信息; 获取模块 34, 与存储模块 32相连, 设置为在终端与被叫终端通话过程中, 在存 储模块 32中获取上述用户信息; 发送模块 36, 与获取模块 34相连, 设置为通过端到端的信令消息将获取模块 34 获取的用户信息发送给被叫终端。 其中, 该信令消息和用户信息的具体内容与实施例 1中相同。 优选的, 获取模块 34包括: 发送判断单元, 设置为根据设定的发送权限判断是否 允许发送用户信息; 获取单元, 设置为发送判断单元的判断结果为是时, 在存储模块 中获取用户信息。 本实施例还提供了一种终端, 该终端作为被叫终端, 参见图 4, 包括如下模块: 接收模块 42, 设置为在主叫终端与该终端通话的过程中, 接收主叫终端通过端到 端的信令消息发送的用户信息; 信息保存模块 44,与接收模块 42相连,设置为保存接收模块 42接收的用户信息。 优选的, 信息保存模块 44包括: 接收判断单元, 设置为根据设定的接收权限判断 是否允许接收主叫终端的用户信息; 保存单元, 设置为接收判断单元的判断结果为是 时, 保存用户信息。 参见图 5, 本实施例还提供了一种用户信息发送与接收系统, 该系统包括主叫终 端 30和被叫终端 40; 其中, 主叫终端和被叫终端的具体结构与上述描述相同, 这里 不再赘述。 本实施例通过在主叫终端与被叫终端通话过程中, 主叫终端自动获取用户信息, 并通过端到端的信令消息将该用户信息发送给被叫终端, 能够使被叫终端自动获取到 联系人的用户信息。 该过程中不需要对现有的网络进行任何改进, 仅仅是在通话过程 中发送一个携带用户信息的信令消息即可, 解决了用户信息的传输对网络侧设备要求 较高的问题, 且实现简单, 易于应用。 参见图 6所示的另一种用户信息发送与接收系统的结构框图, 该系统包括 6个模 块: 用户信息模块: 主叫终端用户信息存储模块。 发送判断模块: 主叫终端通过该模块判断是否允许发送主叫用户信息。 发送模块: 主叫终端发送模块从用户信息模块获取主叫用户信息, 并通过 USER INFORMATION消息来发送主叫用户信息到被叫终端。 接收判断模块: 被叫终端通过该模块来判断是否允许接收主叫用户信息。 信息更新模块: 被叫终端用来更新接收到的主叫用户信息。 接收模块: 被叫终端接收模块收到用户信息 (USER INFORMATION) 消息后, 获取主叫用户信息, 然后通知信息更新模块进行保存。 当主叫终端发起呼叫时, 主叫终端通过发送判断模块来判断是否允许自动发送主 叫用户信息, 如果允许, 则发送模块从用户信息模块获取信息后, 发送到被叫终端; 如果不允许, 发送模块将不发送主叫用户信息。 当被叫终端接收模块收到主叫用户信息后, 通过接收判断模块判断是否允许自动 接收用户信息, 如果允许, 则通知信息更新模块更新接收到的主叫用户信息; 否则, 丢弃接收到的主叫用户信息。 被叫终端信息更新模块收到用户信息后, 查找主叫用户信息是否已经存在, 如果 不存在, 则将主叫用户信息保存到被叫终端; 如果主叫用户信息已经存在, 则对新老 用户信息比较, 用新用户信息中的内容替换原有用户信息中存在的内容, 并保留老用 户信息中独有的内容。 在通信双方已建立通信的情况下, 主叫终端通过端到端的 USER INFORMATION 信令消息中的 User-user字段来发送主叫用户信息到被叫终端, User-user字段中包含了 用户姓名, 电话号码, EMAIL, 联系地址等内容。 当被叫终端接收模块收到主叫用户信息后, 如果被叫终端有图 1中主叫终端所包 括的模块, 则自动发送被叫用户信息到主叫终端, 当主叫终端收到被叫用户信息后, 如果主叫终端有图 1中被叫终端所包括的模块, 则自动接收被叫用户信息, 从而完成 主被叫用户信息交换。 通过以上技术方案, 本实施例真正实现了端到端的用户信息自动更新, 整个过程 利用现有网络设备, 不会对现有网络设备产生任何影响, 有效的解决了用户信息更新 发生变化时, 无法自动更新的问题。 基于图 6提供的系统, 本实施例还提供了用户信息发送与保存方法, 该方法中主 被叫终端之间的用户信息传递是通过 USER INFORMATION消息, 该消息是端到端的 消息, 该网络只是透传。 参见图 7, 该方法包括以下几个步骤: 步骤 701, 主叫终端发起呼叫。 步骤 702, 主叫终端通过发送判断模块判断是否允许发送主叫用户信息, 发送判 断模块中的信息由用户预先设置, 如果用户设置了允许发送, 则主叫终端可以发送主 叫用户信息到被叫用户, 否则不允许发送。 步骤 703, 主叫终端发送模块从用户信息模块获取主叫用户信息, 用户信息模块 中的用户信息由用户预先设置, 主要包括: 姓名, 电话号码, EMAIL, 联系地址, 生 日, 传真等内容。 步骤 704, 主叫终端发送模块发送用户信息到被叫终端, 主叫终端通过 USER INFORMATION信令消息中的 User-user字段来发送主叫用户信息到被叫终端,如果用 户信息超过了一条 USER INFORMATION 信令消息的最大长度, 采用多条 USER INFORMATION信息发送。 步骤 705, 被叫终端接收到一条或多条 USER INFORMATION信令消息, 并对信 令消息中 User-user字段包括的用户信息进行保存。 步骤 706, 被叫终端通过接收判断模块判断是否允许接收主叫用户信息, 接收判 断模块中的信息由用户预先设置, 如果用户设置了允许接收, 则被叫终端可以进行用 户信息更新, 否则不允许。 步骤 707, 被叫终端接收模块通知信息更新模块进行用户信息更新, 信息更新模 块对接收到的主叫用户信息进行解析, 从中获取姓名, 电话号码, EMAIL, 联系地址, 生日, 传真等内容, 并将解析后的内容进行保存和更新。 本实施例的主叫终端发起呼叫, 主叫终端发送模块从用户信息模块获取主叫用户 信息, 并通过信令消息发送到被叫终端, 被叫终端接收模块收到主叫用户信息后, 通 知信息更新模块进行用户信息更新, 实现过程简单且不需要网络侧设置新的设备和功 能, 降低了成本。 从以上的描述中可以看出, 以上实施例通过主被叫终端间发送端到端的信令消息 携带用户信息, 可以在双方通话过程中自动传递用户信息, 不要用户过多参与, 自动 化程度比较高, 且用户信息传递过程中网络仅起到透传作用, 不需要其它额外功能, 实现成本比较低, 易于实现。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种用户信息发送方法, 包括如下步骤:
在主叫终端与被叫终端通话过程中, 所述主叫终端在指定存储区获取所述 主叫终端的用户信息;
所述主叫终端通过端到端的信令消息将所述用户信息发送给所述被叫终
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述主叫终端在指定存储区获取所述主叫 终端的用户信息包括:
所述主叫终端根据设定的发送权限判断是否允许发送所述主叫终端的用户 信息;
如果是, 所述主叫终端在指定存储区获取所述主叫终端的用户信息。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述信令消息为用户信息消息, 所述用户 信息添加在所述用户信息消息的用户与用户字段中。
4. 一种用户信息保存方法, 包括如下步骤:
在主叫终端与被叫终端通话过程中, 所述被叫终端接收所述主叫终端通过 信令消息发送的用户信息;
所述被叫终端保存所述用户信息。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述被叫终端保存所述用户信息包括: 所述被叫终端根据设定的接收权限判断是否允许接收所述主叫终端的用户 信息;
如果是, 所述被叫终端保存所述用户信息。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述被叫终端根据设定的接收权限判断不 允许接收所述主叫终端的用户信息时, 所述方法还包括: 所述被叫终端丢弃所 述用户信息。
7. 一种终端, 包括如下模块:
存储模块, 设置为存储所述终端的用户信息;
获取模块, 设置为在所述终端与被叫终端通话过程中, 在所述存储模块中 获取所述用户信息;
发送模块, 设置为通过端到端的信令消息将所述获取模块获取的所述用户 信息发送给所述被叫终端。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的终端, 其中, 所述获取模块包括:
发送判断单元, 设置为根据设定的发送权限判断是否允许发送所述用户信 息;
获取单元, 设置为所述发送判断单元的判断结果为是时, 在所述存储模块 中获取所述用户信息。
9. 一种终端, 包括如下模块:
接收模块, 设置为在主叫终端与所述终端通话的过程中, 接收所述主叫终 端通过端到端的信令消息发送的用户信息;
信息保存模块, 设置为保存所述接收模块接收的所述用户信息。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的终端, 其中, 所述信息保存模块包括:
接收判断单元, 设置为根据设定的接收权限判断是否允许接收所述主叫终 端的用户信息;
保存单元, 设置为所述接收判断单元的判断结果为是时, 保存所述用户信 息。
11. 一种用户信息发送与接收系统, 包括主叫终端和被叫终端; 其中, 所述主叫终 端为权利要求 7或 8所述的终端,所述被叫终端为权利要求 9或 10所述的终端。
