本发明涉及生物医学信号处理领域,尤其涉及一种胎心率基线的自动识别装置以及实现该装置的方法,本发明包括:预定时长内进行胎心率数据的采集,得到胎心率数据序列h'(n),对采集到的胎心率数据序列h'(n)进行预处理,得到在预处理过程中所对应的相应胎心率数据序列,根据所述预处理过程中所对应的相应胎心率数据序列的频率分布,选取主占优峰值,根据所述预处理过程中所对应的相应胎心率数据序列和主占优峰值,进行动态基线识别,得到动态基线并进行显示和打印。本发明所提供的技术方案可以有效地规避胎心率的规律性变化对基线求解的影响,准确地反应胎儿在不同的状态下的基线水平及其变化。
Description
本发明涉及生物医学信号处理领域,尤其涉及一种胎心率基线的自动识别
装置以及实现该装置的方法。
胎心率基线是反应胎儿中枢神经发育状态,预示胎儿宫内安危的重要指标,
也是医护人员对胎儿监护(以下简称胎监)图进行分析时首个要确定的中间参
数。一般认为,胎心率基线会随孕周增加而逐渐下降,其正常范围在110bpm
~160bpm之间。基线过高或过低都应引起重视,必须立即找出异常的原因,
判断这种异常是否具有临床意义,为采取干预措施提供依据。例如在妊娠期,
基线若下降至100bpm以下,应考虑先天性心脏病;而在分娩期,基线异常是
胎儿窘迫的警戒信号,此时应尽快找出异常原因并采取一定的干预措施解除
异常,以保证胎儿的安全。同时,胎心率基线还是医护人员确定胎儿其他中
间生理参数的基础,比如加速、减速、变异等,只有在确定胎心率基线的基
础上才能确定这些中间参数。
目前临床上计算胎心率基线的方法主要是平均值法,通过胎监模块获得10分
钟以上的有效胎心率数据,对数据进行简单的处理后,计算其平均值,并以
此平均值在胎监图上画出的直线作为胎心率基线。但这种方法只适合用于胎
心率曲线比较平稳,胎心率基线不出现变化的情况,而实际胎儿由于受胎动、
宫缩以及各种外部刺激的影响导致胎心率出现加速、减速等规律性变化,平
均值法不能规避这些变化对计算结果的影响,造成计算出胎心率基线往往偏
离实际值;同时胎心率基线可能会随胎儿睡醒周期而发生变化,平均值法由
于只在所有数据中求出一个值导致不能识别到胎心率基线的变化。因此,胎
儿处于不同的状态,胎心率基线也会随之改变,现有的胎心率基线识别方法
即不能规避胎心率规律性变化对结果的影响,又不能随胎儿状态的不同而变
化,会造成计算出的胎心率基线偏离实际值或无法在胎监图上体现胎心率的
规律性变化。总之,平均值法不能处理胎心率数据中出现的干扰数据,导致
计算出的胎心率基线是不准确和不稳定的。
本发明的目的是为了克服现有的胎心率基线识别方法准确性和可变性差的不
足,提出一种胎心率动态基线的自动识别装置和方法,从而得到胎心率动态
基线,使胎心率基线能根据胎儿状态不同而发生相应变化。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明一种胎心率基线的自动识别装置,主要包括:
胎心率数据采集模块,胎心率数据预处理模块,主占优峰值选取模块,动态
基线识别模块和主控模块, 所述的胎心率数据采集模块,与所述的主控模块
连接,用于在预定时长内进行胎心率数据的采集得到胎心率数据序列 h'(n) ,
并将胎心率数据序列 h'(n) 发送到所述的主控模块;
所述的胎心率数据预处理模块,与所述的主控模块连接,用于对所述的主控
模块发送的胎心率数据序列 h'(n) 进行数据转换、错误数据处理、有效数据率
比较、均值滤波和插值处理,得到预处理后的胎心率数据序列 B(m) ,并将
预处理过程中得到的相应的结果发送到所述的主控模块;
所述的主占优峰值选取模块,与所述的主控模块连接,用于对所述的主控模
块发送的预处理过程中得到的相应结果进行频率转换、分布排序和主占优峰
值的判断进而选取主占优峰值,并将结果发送到所述的主控模块;
所述的动态基线识别模块,与所述的主控模块连接,用于根据所述的主控模
块发送的预处理后的胎心率数据序列 B(m) 和主占优峰值,求出滤波起始点
T ,根据滤波起始点 T ,将所述序列 B(m) 进行低通滤波和数据还原进而得到
动态基线,并将结果发送到所述的主控模块;
所述的主控模块,与所述的胎心率数据采集模块、胎心率数据预处理模块、
主占优峰值选取模块、动态基线识别模块、显示与打印模块连接,用于控制
所述的胎心率数据采集模块、胎心率数据预处理模块、主占优峰值选取模块、
动态基线识别模块、显示与打印模块的工作。
作为本发明进一步的技术方案,所述的胎心率基线的自动识别装置还包括,
胎心信号采集与处理转换模块、采集时长判断模块和参数预设模块和显示与
打印模块,
所述的胎心信号采集与处理转换模块,与所述的胎心率数据采集模块相连接,
用于对超声探头接收到的胎心信号进行采集并转换成胎心率数据,传送到所
述的胎心率数据采集模块;
所述的采集时长判断模块,与所述的胎心率数据采集模块相连接,用于判断
采集时间是否超过预定时长,若超过预定时长,则向所述的胎心率数据采集
模块发出超时信号;
所述的参数预设模块,与所述的采集时长判断模块、胎心率数据预处理模块、
主占优峰值选取模块、动态基线识别模块相连,用于对所述各个模块的参数
进行预先设定;
所述的显示与打印模块,与所述的主控模块连接,用于根据所述的主控模块
发送的动态基线识别结果,在胎监图上进行胎心率基线显示,并打印出来;
作为本发明更进一步的技术方案,所述的胎心率数据预处理模块还进一步包
括:
数据转换单元,用于对所述胎心率数据采集模块采集得到的胎心率数据序列
h'(n) 进行转换得到以脉冲间隔为单位记的胎心率数值新序列 H(n) ;
错误数据处理单元,用于对所述胎心率数值序列 H(n) 根据预设的信号质量判
断标准进行错误数据处理得到有效胎心率数据序列 V(n) ;
比较单元,根据所述的序列 V(n) 和 H(n) 计算出胎心的有效数据率 L ,并判断
其是否大于预设阈值 U ,如果 L 大于预先设定的阈值 U ,则继续进行数据预
处理,否则终止数据预处理,重新进行新的胎心率数据的采集;
均值滤波单元,用于对所述的有效胎心率数据序列 V(n) 进行均值滤波处理得
到序列 A(m) ,同时建立所述两个序列 V(n) 和 A(m) 的位置映射关系 f ;
插值处理单元,对所述序列 A(m) 中无效数据部分采用线性插值方法进行拟
合,得到序列 B(m) 。
作为本发明更进一步的技术方案,所述的主占优峰值选取模块还进一步包括:
频率分布单元,用于对所述有效胎心率数据序列 V(n) 求出每个胎心率的频
率,得到频率分布序列 p ' (k) ;
排序单元,用于对所述的序列 p ' (k) 按照胎心率值从小到大的顺序进行排序,
得到分布序列 P(k) ;
主占优峰值判断单元,用于判断所述序列 P(k) 中是否有满足大于其前 I 个频率
值且大于其后 J 个频率值的频率值所对应的胎心率值作为占优峰值,如果没有
占优峰值,则选取最大频率所对应的胎心率值作为主占优峰值;如果有占优峰
值,则遍历占优峰值,选取首个使得扫过的面积超过频率分布总面积 S 倍的频
率值所对应的胎心率值作为主占优峰值,其中 I 、 J 、 S 为预先设定的参数。
作为本发明更进一步的技术方案,所述的动态基线识别模块还进一步包括:
滤波起点获取单元,用于根据所述的主占优峰值求出滤波起始点 T ,在所述序
列 B(m) 的前 K 个点中选取与所述的主占优峰值距离不超过阈值 Q 且距离所述
的主占优峰值最近的值,该值即为滤波起始点 T ,其中 K 、 Q 为预先设定的
参数;
低通滤波单元,用于根据所述的滤波起始点 T ,采用低通滤波处理 B(m) ,得
到预动态基线序列 B1(m) ;
基线还原单元,用于根据所述的映射关系 f ,对所述的预动态基线序列用复制
的方法进行数据还原,得到动态基线序列 B3(n) 。
作为本发明更进一步的技术方案,所述的动态基线识别模块还进一步包括:
基线校验单元,用于对所述低通滤波单元得到的预动态基线序列 B1(m) 进行校
验,得到预动态基线序列 B2(m) ,所述的预动态基线序列 B2(m) 通过所述的基
线还原单元,得到动态基线序列。
本发明,一种胎心率基线的自动识别方法,主要包括,
步骤 1 ,预定时长内进行胎心率数据的采集,得到胎心率数据序列 h'(n) ;
步骤 2 ,对采集到的胎心率数据序列 h'(n) 进行预处理,得到在预处理过程中
所对应的相应胎心率数据序列;
步骤 3 ,根据所述预处理过程中所对应的相应胎心率数据序列的频率分布,
选取主占优峰值;
步骤 4 ,根据所述的主占优峰值,求出滤波起始点,根据所述的滤波起始点
将所述的预处理过程中所对应的相应胎心率数据序列进行低通滤波和数据还
原,进而得到动态胎心率基线;
作为本发明进一步的技术方案,在所述步骤 1 之前还包括,对超声探头接收
到的胎心信号进行采集并转换成胎心率数据;在所述的步骤 4 之后还包括,
将所述的动态胎心率基线进行显示和打印。
作为本发明更进一步的技术方案,所述的步骤 2 包括:
步骤 21 ,对所述的胎心率数据序列 h'(n) 进行转换得到以脉冲间隔为单位记
的胎心率数值新序列 H(n) ;
步骤 22 ,对所述的胎心率数值序列 H(n) 根据预设的信号质量判断标准进行
错误数据处理得到有效胎心率数据序列 V(n) ;
步骤 23 ,根据所述的序列 V(n) 和 H(n) 计算出胎心的有效数据率 L ,并判断
其是否大于预设阈值 U ,如果 L 大于预先设定的阈值 U ,则继续进行数据
预处理,否则终止数据预处理,重新回到所述步骤 1 中进行新的胎心率数据
的采集;
步骤 24 ,如果所述 L 大于预先设定的阈值 U ,则对所述的有效胎心率数据
序列 V(n) 进行均值滤波处理得到序列 A(m) ,同时建立所述两个序列 V(n) 和
A(m) 的位置映射关系 f ;
步骤 25 ,对所述的序列 A(m) 中无效数据部分采用线性插值方法进行拟合,
得到序列 B(m) 。
作为本发明更进一步的技术方案,所述的步骤 3 包括:
步骤 31 ,对所述的预处理过程中所对应的相应胎心率数据序列,即所述的有
效胎心率数据序列 V(n) ,求出每个胎心率的频率,得到频率分布 p ' (k) ;
步骤 32 ,对所述的序列 p ' (k) 按照胎心率值从小到大的顺序进行排序,得到
分布序列 P(k) ;
步骤 33 ,判断所述序列 P(k) 中是否有满足大于其前 I 个频率值且大于其后 J
个频率值的频率值所对应的胎心率值作为占优峰值,如果没有占优峰值,则
选取最大频率所对应的胎心率值作为主占优峰值;如果有占优峰值,则遍历
占优峰值,选取首个使得扫过的面积超过频率分布总面积 S 倍的频率值所对
应的胎心率值作为主占优峰值,其中 I 、 J 、 S 为预先设定的参数。
作为本发明更进一步的技术方案,所述的步骤 4 包括:
步骤 41 ,根据所述的主占优峰值求出滤波起始点 T ,在所述序列 B(m) 的前
K 个点中选取与所述主占优峰值距离不超过阈值 Q 且距离主占优峰值最近的
值,该值即为滤波起始点 T ,其中 K 、 Q 为预先设定的参数;
步骤 42 ,将所述的序列 B(m) 、滤波起始点 T 进行低通滤波,在滤波之前对
序列 B(m) 中的每一个值做判断,如果与所述主占优峰值的绝对差值超过阈值
M ,则该值不参与滤波;否则进行低通滤波得到预动态基线序列 B1(m) ,其
中 M 为预先设定的参数;
步骤 43 ,根据所述的映射关系 f ,对所述的预动态基线序列用复制的方法进
行数据还原,得到动态基线序列 B3(n) 。
作为本发明更进一步的技术方案,所述的步骤 42 进一步包括,先将所述的序
列B(m) 正向通过低通滤波器,得到序列 B0(m) ,然后将序列 B0(m) 反向通过
低通滤波器,得到所述的预动态基线序列 B1(m) 。
作为本发明更进一步的技术方案,所述的步骤 42 和步骤 43 之间还包括如下
步骤,
对所述的序列 B1(m) 进行校验,将所述的序列 B1(m) 与 B(m) 作差,得到序列
C(m) ,计算所述序列 C(m) 中连续大于 0 的个数 N ,如果个数超过阈值 R
,
则标记 C(m) 中这 N 个数据的位置,同理标记 C(m) 中连续小于 0 的个数超过
阈值 R 的位置,将所述标记的位置对应到所述序列 B(m) 中的数据,将这些
位置上的数据替换序列 B(m) 中对应的数据,同时根据映射关系 f 求出这些位
置对应在所述序列 V(n) 上的位置,将 V(n) 上对应位置的数据替换所述步骤 3
中的序列 V(n) 中对应的数据,然后再次执行所述步骤 3 和步骤 4 中的 41 和
42 两步,得到的序列替换 B1(m) 中这些位置上的数据,得到预动态基线序列
B2(m) ;如果如上所述的步骤中没有标记的位置,则预动态基线序列 B2(m) 即
为 B1(m) ,其中 R 为预先设定的参数。
本发明所提供的技术方案,基于低通滤波的动态基线自动识别方法,可以有
效地滤除胎心率数据中的干扰数据,规避胎心率的规律性变化对基线求解的
影响,采用本方案,既适合胎儿处于睡眠期,胎心率基线不变化的情况;又
适合胎儿处于觉醒期或胎儿躁动时,胎心率基线可能发生变化的情况,可以
准确地反应胎儿在不同的状态下的基线水平及其变化。

例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅
仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
用于胎心率动态基线识别的技术方案实现主要包括上位机和下位机,下位机
主要是通过超声探头来获取胎心信号,然后经过硬件滤波处理和自相关算法
计算出胎心率;上位机主要是接受来自下位机的数据,然后显示、存储胎心
率数据、描绘胎心率曲线、对胎心率数据的处理和动态基线识别、显示、打
印,主要处理方法流程如图1所示:
101.预定时长内进行胎心率数据的采集;
上位机采集n分钟的胎心率数据,得到胎心率数据序列h’(n),图5为上位机采
集到的胎心率原始数据。其中,本实施例中设定需要至少采集十分钟的数据,
根据《胎儿电子监护学》,一般而言,确定胎心率基线至少需要十分钟的胎
心率数据。
102.对采集到的胎心率数据进行预处理;
对胎心率数据序列依次进行数据转换、错误数据处理、有效数据率比较、均
值滤波和插值处理,得到不同预处理过程所对应的相应的胎心率数据序列。
103.根据预处理后的胎心率数据的频率分布,选取主占优峰值;
对预处理步骤得到的有效胎心率数据序列进行频率转换、分布排序和主占优
峰值的判断进而选取主占优峰值。
104.根据预处理后的胎心率数据和主占优峰值,得到动态胎心率基线;
通过根据主占优峰值求出滤波起始点,根据滤波起始点和预处理后的胎心率
数据进行低通滤波得到预动态基线序列,并根据映射关系将其还原得到动态
基线序列;此外,还可以在得到预动态基线序列后通过校验,使得得到的预
动态基线序列更加精准,并根据映射关系将其还原得到动态基线序列。
105.将动态胎心率基线进行显示和打印;
将得到的动态基线序列送入显示打印模块,在胎监图上画出胎心率基线进行
显示,并可打印出来。
本发明一种胎心率基线的自动识别方法的另一个实施方式,请参见图2,具体
描述如下:
100.采集并处理胎心信号得到胎心率数据;
超声探头接收到的胎心信号在下位机经过硬件滤波处理和自相关算法计算出
胎心率后上传到上位机,上位机的处理包括对胎心率数据进行显示、存储和
描绘成胎心率曲线以及相关数据处理等等。其中硬件滤波为了去除采集到的
信号受到的频率干扰而自相关算法是具有能使周期信号得到加强而随机噪声
被减弱的特性,是计算胎心率的常用技术。
101.预定时长内进行胎心率数据的采集;
上位机采集n分钟的胎心率数据,得到胎心率数据序列h’(n),图5为上位机采
集到的胎心率原始数据。其中,本实施例中设定需要至少采集十分钟的数
据,根据《胎儿电子监护学》,一般而言,确定胎心率基线至少需要十分钟
的胎心率数据。
1021. 对胎心率数据序列h’(n)进行转换得到新序列H(n);
对胎心率数据序列h’(n)进行数据转换,得到序列H(n),从下位机得到的数据
是以每分钟多少跳(bpm,beats per min)为单位记的胎心率值,为了使数据
处理更加精确,上位机要将数据转换为以脉冲间隔(两次心跳的间隔时间,
单位:ms)为单位记的胎心率值。
1022.对序列H(n)进行错误数据处理得到有效胎心率数据序列V(n);
此步根据预设信号质量判断标准可以有效的滤除胎心序列中因胎心信号质量
差而产生的无效、错误数据,剩下的是有效数据。图6为经过错误数据处理
后的胎心率数据序列。
1023. 根据V(n)和H(n)计算出胎心的有效数据率L,并判断其是否大于预设阈
值U;
根据V(n)和H(n)判断胎心的有效数据率L,如果L大于预先设定的阈值U,则
继续进行本发明求解基线的下一个步骤;否则终止求解基线,并且终止整个
流程,放弃此段数据,重新回到步骤101进行新的胎心率数据的采集。
1024.采用均值滤波处理V(n)得到新序列A(m);
对序列V(n)采用均值滤波器(均值滤波器中可采用特定点数的滑动平均或者
特定点数的分段平均等方式)处理,得到序列A(m),同时建立V→A的位置
映射关系f,其中f是一个多对一的映射关系,描述滤波前后的数据序列下标
位置的对应关系,本实施例中f(m)等于n除以预设阈值的结果的整数部分。
1025.采用线性插值法处理A(m)得到新序列B(m);
对序列A(m)中无效数据部分采用线性插值方法进行拟合,得到序列B(m),
线性插值是利用两点成线原理求解直线上其他点的简单的插值方法。图7为
经过插值处理后的胎心率数据序列。
如上的1021、1022、1023、1024、1025步骤为本实施例中对胎心率数据进行
预处理的步骤。
此外,对胎心率数据预处理步骤,并不局限于如上步骤,还可以采用业界
悉知的直接对以每分钟多少跳(bpm,beats per min)为单位记的胎心率值
去除错误数据和/或滑动平均和/或插值拟合的方法等等。
1031.对序列V(n)求其频率分布p’(k);
对有效胎心率数据序列V(n)求每个胎心率的频率,得到频率分布p’(k)。
1032. 对p’(k)按照胎心率值从小到大的顺序进行排序,得到分布序列P(k);
1033.根据频率分布求出主占优峰值;
判断P(k)中是否有占优峰值,占优峰值是指P(k)中满足大于其前I个频率值
且大于其后J个频率值的频率值所对应的胎心率值,如果没有占优峰值,则
选取最大频率所对应的胎心率值作为主占优峰值;如果有占优峰值,则遍
历占优峰值,选取首个使得扫过的面积超过频率分布总面积S倍的频率值所
对应的胎心率值作为主占优峰值(其中I、J和S可根据实际情况进行预先设
定)。图8为胎心率数据的频率分布和主占优峰值选取效果图,图中箭头所
指的值即为选取到的主占优峰值。此外,对主占优峰值的选取方式很多,
并不局限于如上步骤,还可以直接根据最大频率值选取、也可以根据序列
P(k)中首个满足与最大频率值之比超过设定阈值的频率值且在其之前的所有
频率值的累加和超过预设阈值的规则来选取该满足条件的频率值所对应的
胎心率值作为主占峰值等等。
1041.根据主占优峰值求出滤波起始点T;
根据主占优峰值求出滤波起始点T,在序列B(m)的前K个点中选取与主占优
峰值距离不超过阈值Q且距离主占优峰值最近的值,该值即为滤波起始点
T(其中K、Q可根据实际情况进行预先设定);
此外,对滤波起始点的选取方式很多,并不局限于如上步骤,还可以直接
将主占优峰值选取为滤波起始点、也可以选取为序列B(m)中满足与主占优
峰值距离不超过设定阈值的所有值的平均值等等。
1042.根据滤波起始点T,采用低通滤波处理B(m),得到预动态基线序列B1
(m);
将序列B(m)、滤波起始点T输入到一个低通滤波器中,相对于胎心率数据,
它的基线是一个低频信号,需要通过低通滤波得到,在滤波之前要对序列
B(m)中的每一个值做判断,如果与主占优峰值的绝对差值超过阈值M,则
该值不能参与滤波;否则要参与滤波计算。采用双向滤波技术,这样可以
消除相位偏移,先将序列B(m)正向通过低通滤波器,得到序列B0(m),然后
将序列B0(m)反向通过低通滤波器,通过这一步的滤波可以得到预动态基线
序列B1(m)。图9中的基线曲线为经过首次低通滤波处理后得到的预动态基
线序列(其中阈值M可根据实际情况进行预先设定)。到此步骤为止再执行如
下的1044步骤已经可以实现本发明对胎心率基线自动的识别,另外,本实
施例中还可以增加如下1043步骤进一步校验和优化对胎心率基线的自动识
别。
1043.对B1(m)进行校验,得到预动态基线序列B2(m);
将序列B1(m)与B(m)作差,得到序列C(m)。计算序列C(m)中连续大于0的个
数N,如果个数超过阈值R,则标记C(m)中这N个数据的位置;同理标记
C(m)中连续小于0的个数超过阈值R的位置(其中R可根据实际情况进行预先
设定);将如上所述中标记的位置对应到序列B(m)中的数据,将这些位置上
的数据替换为序列B(m),同时根据映射关系f求出这些位置对应在V(n)上的
位置,将V(n)上对应位置的数据替换为步骤103中的序列V(n),然后再次执
行步骤103和步骤104中的1041和1042两步,得到的序列替换B1(m)中这些位置
上的数据,得到预动态基线序列B2(m);如果如上所述的步骤中没有标记的
位置,则预动态基线序列B2(m)即为B1(m)。图10中的基线曲线为经过校验后
得到的预动态基线序列。1044.对B2(m)进行还原,得到动态基线序列B3(n);
根据映射关系f,将序列B2(m)用复制的方法做数据还原,相当于m个数据中
的每一个数据复制并总体还原为n个数据,得到能与胎心率序列h’(n)对应的
动态基线序列B3(n)。图11中的基线曲线为经过还原后得到的动态基线序列。
105.得到动态基线并进行显示和打印;
将得到的动态基线序列B3(n)送入显示打印模块,在胎监图上画出胎心率基
线进行显示,并可打印出来。
本发明一种胎心率基线的自动识别的装置,如图3所示,主要包括:
胎心率数据采集模块301,与主控模块306连接,用于在预定时长内进行胎心
率数据的采集并得到胎心率数据序列h’(n),并将胎心率数据序列h’(n)发送
到主控模块306;
胎心率数据预处理模块302,与主控模块306连接,用于对主控模块发送的
胎心率数据序列h’(n)依次进行数据转换、错误数据处理、有效数据率比较、
均值滤波和插值处理,得到预处理后的胎心率数据序列B(m),并将预处理

预处理后的胎心率数据序列B(m)和主占优峰值,求出滤波起始点T,根据
滤波起始点T,将所述序列B(m)进行低通滤波和数据还原进而得到动态基
线,并将结果发送到主控模块306;
显示与打印模块305,与主控模块306连接,用于将主控模块306发送的动态
基线识别结果,在胎监图上画出胎心率基线进行显示,并可打印出来。
主控模块306,与所述的胎心率数据采集模块301,胎心率数据预处理模块
302,主占优峰值选取模块303,动态基线识别模块304,显示与打印模块305
连接,用于控制胎心率数据采集模块301,胎心率数据预处理模块302,主

本具体实施方式中的主控模块306可以为公知结构的可编程的微处理器件。
为了更详细的了解本发明,下面以另一个实施例对本发明一种胎心率基线
的自动识别的装置进行描述,请参看图4,具体为:
所述的一种胎心率基线的自动识别的装置还包括:
胎心信号采集与处理转换模块308,与所述的胎心率数据采集模块301相连
接,是一个实现信号采集、处理和转换的超声探头装置,用于将超声探头
接收到的胎心信号进行采集并转换成胎心率数据,本实施例中对采集的胎
心信号经过硬件滤波处理和自相关算法计算出胎心率数据,传送到所述的
胎心率数据采集模块301;
采集时长判断模块309,与所述的胎心率数据采集模块301相连接,用于判
断采集时间是否超过预定时长,若超过预定时长,则向所述的胎心率数据
采集模块301发出超时信号;
参数预设模块307,与所述的采集时长判断模块309、胎心率数据预处理模
块302,主占优峰值选取模块303,动态基线识别模块304相连,用于对所述
各个模块的参数进行预先设定;
所述的胎心率数据预处理模块302还进一步包括:
数据转换单元310,用于对所述胎心率数据采集模块采集得到的胎心率数
据序列h’(n)进行转换得到以脉冲间隔为单位记的胎心率数值新序列H(n);
错误数据处理单元311,用于对胎心率数值序列H(n) 根据预设的信号质量
判断标准进行错误数据处理得到有效胎心率数据序列V(n);
比较单元312,根据V(n)和H(n)计算出胎心的有效数据率L,并判断其是否
大于预设阈值U,如果L大于预先设定的阈值U,则继续进行数据预处理;
否则终止数据预处理,重新进行新的胎心率数据的采集;
均值滤波单元313,用于对所述的有效胎心率数据序列V(n)进行均值滤波处
理得到序列A(m),同时建立两个序列的位置映射关系f;
插值处理单元314,对序列A(m)中无效数据部分采用线性插值方法进行拟
合,得到序列B(m)。
所述的主占优峰值选取模块303还进一步包括:
频率分布单元,用于对有效胎心率数据序列V(n)求每个胎心率的频率,
得到频率分布p’(k);
排序单元,用于对p’(k)按照胎心率值从小到大的顺序进行排序,得到分
布序列P(k);
主占优峰值判断单元,用于判断P(k)中是否有满足大于其前I个频率值且大
于其后J个频率值的频率值所对应的胎心率值作为占优峰值,如果没有占
优峰值,则选取最大频率所对应的胎心率值作为主占优峰值;如果有占优
峰值,则遍历占优峰值,选取首个使得扫过的面积超过频率分布总面积S倍
的频率值所对应的胎心率值作为主占优峰值,其中I、J、S为预先设定的参
数。
所述的动态基线识别模块304还进一步包括:
滤波起点获取单元318,用于根据主占优峰值求出滤波起始点T,在所述序列
B(m)的前K个点中选取与主占优峰值距离不超过阈值Q且距离主占优峰值最
近的值,该值即为滤波起始点T,其中K、Q为预先设定的参数;
低通滤波单元319,用于根据滤波起始点T,采用低通滤波处理B(m),得到预
动态基线序列B1(m);
基线校验单元320,用于对所述低通滤波单元得到的预动态基线序列B1(m) 进
行校验,得到预动态基线序列B2(m),所述的预动态基线序列B2(m)通过所述
的基线还原单元,得到动态基线序列;
基线还原单元321,用于根据所述的映射关系f,对所述的预动态基线序列用
复制的方法进行数据还原,得到动态基线序列B3(n);

的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明
的保护范围之内。
Claims (13)
- 一种胎心率基线的自动识别装置,其特征在于,包括,胎心率数据采集模块,胎心率数据预处理模块,主占优峰值选取模块,动态基线识别模块和主控模块,所述的胎心率数据采集模块,与所述的主控模块连接,用于在预定时长内进行胎心率数据的采集,进而得到胎心率数据序列h’(n),并将所述的胎心率数据序列h’(n)发送到所述的主控模块;所述的胎心率数据预处理模块,与所述的主控模块连接,用于对所述的主控模块发送的胎心率数据序列h’(n)进行预处理,得到预处理后的胎心率数据序列B(m),并将预处理过程中得到的相应的结果发送到所述的主控模块;所述的主占优峰值选取模块,与所述的主控模块连接,用于根据对所述的主控模块发送的预处理过程中得到的相应结果的频率分布,选取主占优峰值,并将结果发送到所述的主控模块;所述的动态基线识别模块,与所述的主控模块连接,用于根据所述的主控模块发送的主占优峰值,求出滤波起始点T,根据滤波起始点T,将所述预处理后的胎心率数据序列B(m)进行低通滤波和数据还原进而得到动态胎心率基线,并将结果发送到所述的主控模块;所述的主控模块,与所述的胎心率数据采集模块、胎心率数据预处理模块、主占优峰值选取模块、动态基线识别模块、显示与打印模块连接,用于控制所述的胎心率数据采集模块、胎心率数据预处理模块、主占优峰值选取模块、动态基线识别模块工作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种胎心率基线的自动识别装置,其特征在于,所述的胎心率基线的自动识别装置还包括,胎心信号采集与处理转换模块、采集时长判断模块、参数预设模块和显示与打印模块, 所述的胎心信号采集与处理转换模块,与所述的胎心率数据采集模块相连接,用于对超声探头接收到的胎心信号进行采集并转换成胎心率数据,传送到所述的胎心率数据采集模块;所述的采集时长判断模块,与所述的胎心率数据采集模块相连接,用于判断采集时间是否超过预定时长,若超过预定时长,则向所述的胎心率数据采集模块发出超时信号;所述的参数预设模块,与所述的采集时长判断模块、胎心率数据预处理模块、主占优峰值选取模块、动态基线识别模块相连,用于对所述各个模块的参数进行预先设定;所述的显示与打印模块,与所述的主控模块连接,用于根据所述的主控模块发送的动态基线识别结果,在胎监图上进行胎心率基线显示,并打印出来。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种胎心率基线的自动识别装置,其特征在于,所述的胎心率数据预处理模块还进一步包括:数据转换单元,用于对所述胎心率数据采集模块采集得到的胎心率数据序列h’(n)进行转换得到以脉冲间隔为单位记的胎心率数值新序列H (n);错误数据处理单元,用于对所述胎心率数值序列H(n)根据预设的信号质量判断标准进行错误数据处理得到有效胎心率数据序列V(n);比较单元,根据所述的序列V(n)和H(n)计算出胎心的有效数据率L,并判断其是否大于预设阈值U,如果L大于预先设定的阈值U,则继续进行数据预处理,否则终止数据预处理,重新进行新的胎心率数据的采集;均值滤波单元,用于对所述的有效胎心率数据序列V(n)进行均值滤波处理得到序列A(m),同时建立所述两个序列V(n)和A(m)的位置映射关系f;插值处理单元,对所述序列A(m)中无效数据部分采用线性插值方法进行拟合,得到序列B(m)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种胎心率基线的自动识别装置,其特征在于,所述的主占优峰值选取模块还进一步包括:频率分布单元,用于对所述有效胎心率数据序列V(n)求出每个胎心率的频率,得到频率分布序列p’(k);排序单元,用于对所述的序列p’(k)按照胎心率值从小到大的顺序进行排序,得到分布序列P(k);主占优峰值判断单元,用于判断所述序列P(k)中是否有满足大于其前I个频率值且大于其后J个频率值的频率值所对应的胎心率值作为占优峰值,如果没有占优峰值,则选取最大频率所对应的胎心率值作为主占优峰值;如果有占优峰值,则遍历占优峰值,选取首个使得扫过的面积超过频率分布总面积S倍的频率值所对应的胎心率值作为主占优峰值,其中I、J、S为预先设定的参数。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种胎心率基线的自动识别装置,其特征在于,所述的动态基线识别模块还进一步包括:滤波起点获取单元,用于根据所述的主占优峰值求出滤波起始点T,在所述序列B(m)的前K个点中选取与所述的主占优峰值距离不超过阈值Q且距离所述的主占优峰值最近的值,该值即为滤波起始点T,其中K、Q为预先设定的参数;低通滤波单元,用于根据所述的滤波起始点T,采用低通滤波处理B(m),得到预动态基线序列B1(m);基线还原单元,用于根据所述的映射关系f,对所述的预动态基线序列用复制的方法进行数据还原,得到动态基线序列B3(n)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种胎心率基线的自动识别装置,其特征在于,所述的动态基线识别模块还进一步包括:基线校验单元,用于对所述低通滤波单元得到的预动态基线序列B1(m) 进行校验,得到预动态基线序列B2(m),所述的预动态基线序列B2(m)通过所述的基线还原单元,得到动态基线序列。
- 一种胎心率基线的自动识别方法,其特征在于,包括:步骤1,预定时长内进行胎心率数据的采集,得到胎心率数据序列h’(n);步骤2,对采集到的胎心率数据序列h’(n)进行预处理,得到在预处理过程中所对应的相应胎心率数据序列;步骤3,根据所述预处理过程中所对应的相应胎心率数据序列的频率分布,选取主占优峰值;步骤4,根据所述的主占优峰值,求出滤波起始点,根据所述的滤波起始点将所述的预处理过程中所对应的相应胎心率数据序列进行低通滤波和数据还原,进而得到动态胎心率基线。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种胎心率基线的自动识别方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤1之前还包括,对超声探头接收到的胎心信号进行采集并转换成胎心率数据;在所述的步骤4之后还包括,将所述的动态胎心率基线进行显示和打印。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的一种胎心率基线的自动识别方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤2包括:步骤21,对所述的胎心率数据序列h’(n)进行转换得到以脉冲间隔为单位记的胎心率数值新序列H(n);步骤22,对所述的胎心率数值序列H(n)根据预设的信号质量判断标准进行错误数据处理得到有效胎心率数据序列V(n);步骤23,根据所述的序列V(n)和H(n)计算出胎心的有效数据率L,并判断其是否大于预设阈值U,如果L大于预先设定的阈值U,则继续进行数据预处理,否则终止数据预处理,重新回到所述步骤1中进行新的胎心率数据的采集;步骤24,如果所述L大于预先设定的阈值U,则对所述的有效胎心率数据序列V(n)进行均值滤波处理得到序列A(m),同时建立所述两个序列V(n)和A(m)的位置映射关系f;步骤25,对所述的序列A(m)中无效数据部分采用线性插值方法进行拟合,得到序列B(m)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种胎心率基线的自动识别方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤3包括:步骤31,对所述的预处理过程中所对应的相应胎心率数据序列,即所述的有效胎心率数据序列V(n),求出每个胎心率的频率,得到频率分布p’(k);步骤32,对所述的序列p’(k)按照胎心率值从小到大的顺序进行排序,得到分布序列P(k);步骤33,判断所述序列P(k)中是否有满足大于其前I个频率值且大于其后J个频率值的频率值所对应的胎心率值作为占优峰值,如果没有占优峰值,则选取最大频率所对应的胎心率值作为主占优峰值;如果有占优峰值,则遍历占优峰值,选取首个使得扫过的面积超过频率分布总面积S倍的频率值所对应的胎心率值作为主占优峰值,其中I、J、S为预先设定的参数。
- 根据权利要求10所述的一种胎心率基线的自动识别方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤4包括:步骤41,根据所述的主占优峰值求出滤波起始点T,在所述序列B(m)的前K个点中选取与所述主占优峰值距离不超过阈值Q且距离主占优峰值最近的值,该值即为滤波起始点T,其中K、Q为预先设定的参数;步骤42,将所述的序列B(m)、滤波起始点T进行低通滤波,在滤波之前对序列B(m)中的每一个值做判断,如果与所述主占优峰值的绝对差值超过阈值M,则该值不参与滤波;否则进行低通滤波得到预动态基线序列B1(m),其中M为预先设定的参数;步骤43,根据所述的映射关系f,对所述的预动态基线序列用复制的方法进行数据还原,得到动态基线序列B3(n)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的一种胎心率基线的自动识别方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤42进一步包括,先将所述的序列B(m)正向通过低通滤波器,得到序列B0(m),然后将序列B0(m)反向通过低通滤波器,得到所述的预动态基线序列B1(m)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的一种胎心率基线的自动识别方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤42和步骤43之间还包括如下步骤,对所述的序列B1(m)进行校验,将所述的序列B1(m)与B(m)作差,得到序列C(m),计算所述序列C(m)中连续大于0的个数N,如果个数超过阈值R,则标记C(m)中这N个数据的位置,同理标记C(m)中连续小于0的个数超过阈值R的位置,将所述标记的位置对应到所述序列B(m)中的数据,将这些位置上的数据替换为序列B(m),同时根据映射关系f求出这些位置对应在所述序列V(n)上的位置,将V(n)上对应位置的数据替换为所述步骤3中的序列V(n),然后再次执行所述步骤3和步骤4中的41和42两步,得到的序列替换B1(m)中这些位置上的数据,得到预动态基线序列B2(m);如果如上所述的步骤中没有标记的位置,则预动态基线序列B2(m)即为B1(m),其中R为预先设定的参数。
