作为本发明的用于银行卡制作的打印方法的优选实施例,每个所述打印图案包括用于形成凸起并显示文字和/或图案的显示图案和/或用于形成凸起的透明图案。每层打印图案一般分为三种,一种是显示文字和/或图案的显示图案,显示图案在银行卡表面形成凸起的同时还在通过不同颜色的油墨在银行卡表面形成一定的文字和/或图案;另一种是不显示任何内容仅用于形成凸起的透明图案;第三种是该层打印图案中既有显示图案又有透明图案以在银行卡的不同区域形成不同的图案和凸起。由于打印图案的多样性,因此使用本打印方法打印出来的银行卡的种类更加丰富。显示图案可以位于所有打印图案的下层(即靠近银行卡表面的打印图案),这样可以通过透明图案来更好的保护显示图案使之不易脱落,单色彩的图案或文字比较适合。显示图案也可位于所有打印图案的上层(即远离银行卡表面的打印图案),这样可以保证显示图案的色彩效果不会因为透明图案而发生变型,多色彩的图案或文字比较适合。当然显示图案和透明图案还可根据客户的要求形成其他的搭配,但是只要是在银行卡或证卡上通过多次打印形成凸起的文字或图案都属于本发明的保护范围。
在图2所示的 本发明的用于银行卡制作的打印方法的第二优选实施例的流程图中, 所述用于银行卡制作的打印方法开始于步骤200,随后执行:
步骤201,根据待打印的凸起的文字和/或图案确定打印的次数以及每次的打印图案;
步骤202,将待打印的银行卡固定在打印位;
步骤203,使用透明层在所述待打印的银行卡上进行打底以增加所述凸起的文字和/或图案与银行卡表面的粘附性;
步骤204,根据所述打印的次数以及所述每次的打印图案对所述待打印的银行卡进行多次打印以在所述待打印的银行卡上形成所述凸起的文字和/或图案;
本方法最终结束于步骤205。
如果直接在银行卡表面进行打印图案的打印,由于打印图案与银行卡表面的接触面积比较小,粘附性不强,可能由于外力导致所有的打印图案整体从银行卡表面脱落。本发明的 用于银行卡制作的打印方法使用透明层在待打印的银行卡的表面进行打底(即在银行卡整个表面打印一层透明层),然后在透明层上进行打印图案的打印,这样通过扩大透明层的面积增加了透明层与银行卡表面的粘附性,同时由于透明层与打印图案为相同成分的材料,因此它们之间的粘附性也较强,这样使得打印图案可以更牢固的粘附在银行卡上。
在图3所示的 本发明的用于银行卡制作的打印方法的第三优选实施例的流程图中, 所述用于银行卡制作的打印方法开始于步骤300,随后执行:
步骤301,根据待打印的凸起的文字和/或图案确定打印的次数以及每次的打印图案;
步骤302,将待打印的多张银行卡通过活动定位块固定在打印位;
步骤303,根据所述打印的次数以及所述每次的打印图案对所述待打印的多张银行卡进行多次打印以在所述待打印的多张银行卡上形成所述凸起的文字和/或图案;
本方法最终结束于步骤304。
本发明的用于银行卡制作的打印方法为了提高银行卡的生产效率,对多张银行卡进行同时的打印操作(如图6和图7所示),这样可以大大节省每次进出卡的传送时间,通过活动定位块对银行卡进行定位使得可以对任意数量的银行卡进行定位打印。
本发明还涉及一种用于银行卡制作的打印装置,在 图4所示的本发明的用于银行卡制作的打印装置的第一优选实施例的结构示意图中, 其中包括设定模块1、定位模块2以及打印模块3,设定模块1用于根据待打印的凸起的文字和/或图案确定打印的次数以及每次的打印图案;定位模块2用于将待打印的银行卡固定在打印位;打印模块3用于 根据所述打印的次数以及所述每次的打印图案对所述待打印的银行卡进行多次打印以在所述待打印的银行卡上形成所述凸起的文字和/或图案。
采用本发明的用于银行卡制作的打印装置,设定模块1可以根据待打印的凸起的文字和/或图案确定在银行卡表面的打印次数和每次的打印图案,定位模块2将待打印的银行卡固定后,打印模块3根据打印次数和每次的打印图案在银行卡上进行多次打印,这里的多次打印可以是重复的打印使得在银行卡上形成字母或文字的单独凸起以便于用户辨认,也可以是根据需要打印的内容,每次打印不同的图案使得在银行卡的不同区域形成不同厚度、形状的凸起以达到更好的视觉效果。特别是使用后者时,可以在银行卡或证卡上打印三维图案(例如使用者的头像、企业标志等)以满足使用者对银行卡和证卡较高的审美要求。因此使用本发明的打印装置可以通过多次打印实现凸字显示,同时也可以通过一次打印实现平面印刷。
作为本发明的用于银行卡制作的打印装置的优选实施例,所述每次的打印图案为相同的打印图像或不同的打印图案。当在银行卡或证卡上需要进行凸起的文字或字母打印时,一般采用相同的打印图像以实现图像的快速打印凸起。当在银行卡或证卡上需要进行凸起的图案打印时,一般采用不同的打印图案以在银行卡或证卡表面形成多层次的凸起图案,通过图案的凹凸变化以达到更好的视觉效果。
作为本发明的用于银行卡制作的打印装置的优选实施例,每个所述打印图案包括用于形成凸起并显示文字和/或图案的显示图案和/或用于形成凸起的透明图案。每层打印图案一般分为三种,一种是显示文字和/或图案的显示图案,显示图案在银行卡表面形成凸起的同时还在通过不同颜色的油墨在银行卡表面形成一定的文字和/或图案;另一种是不显示任何内容仅用于形成凸起的透明图案;第三种是该层打印图案中既有显示图案又有透明图案以在银行卡的不同区域形成不同的图案和凸起。由于打印图案的多样性,因此使用本打印方法打印出来的银行卡的种类更加丰富。显示图案可以位于所有打印图案的下层(即靠近银行卡表面的打印图案),这样可以通过透明图案来更好的保护显示图案使之不易脱落,单色彩的图案或文字比较适合。显示图案也可位于所有打印图案的上层(即远离银行卡表面的打印图案),这样可以保证显示图案的色彩效果不会因为透明图案而发生变型,多色彩的图案或文字比较适合。当然显示图案和透明图案还可根据客户的要求形成其他的搭配,但是只要是在银行卡或证卡上通过多次打印形成凸起的文字或图案都属于本发明的保护范围。
在图 5 所示的本发明的用于银行卡制作的打印装置的第二优选实施例的结构示意图中,所述用于银行卡制作的打印装置还包括打底模块 4 ,打底模块 4 用于 使用透明层在所述待打印的银行卡上进行打底以增加所述凸起的文字和/或图案与银行卡表面的粘附性。
如果直接在银行卡表面进行打印图案的打印,由于打印图案与银行卡表面的接触面积比较小,粘附性不强,可能由于外力导致所有的打印图案整体从银行卡表面脱落。本发明的 用于银行卡制作的打印方法使用透明层在待打印的银行卡的表面进行打底(即在银行卡整个表面打印一层透明层),然后在透明层上进行打印图案的打印,这样通过扩大透明层的面积增加了透明层与银行卡表面的粘附性,同时由于透明层与打印图案为相同成分的材料,因此它们之间的粘附性也较强,这样使得打印图案可以更牢固的粘附在银行卡上。
作为本发明的用于银行卡制作的打印装置的优选实施例,所述定位模块2还包括活动定位块,所述活动定位块用于将待打印的多张银行卡固定在打印位,所述打印模块3进一步用于根据所述打印的次数以及所述每次的打印图案对所述待打印的多张银行卡进行多次打印以在所述待打印的多张银行卡上形成所述凸起的文字和/或图案。
本发明的用于银行卡制作的打印装置为了提高银行卡的生产效率,对多张银行卡进行同时的打印操作(如图6和图7所示),这样可以大大节省每次进出卡的传送时间,通过活动定位块对银行卡进行定位使得可以对任意数量的银行卡进行定位打印。
下面通过图6的用于银行卡制作的打印装置的优选实施例的侧视结构图和图7的用于银行卡制作的打印装置的优选实施例的侧视结构图对本发明的用于银行卡制作的打印装置进行说明。
本装置的打印模块3共有10个打印位,可以一次性进行10张银行卡或证卡的打印,10张待打印的卡从发卡模块通过传送平台送入进出卡位,然后从进出卡位送入打印工位进行打印,卡与卡之间相互接触进行固定,在两侧的卡分别通过一个固定块和活动定位块进行固定,所有的卡在打印工位上固定完毕后,喷墨打印头沿打印运动轨迹对所有的卡进行反复打印以形成凸起的文字和/或图案,同时在装置下方设置有10个读写天线对10张卡进行电写入操作,打印与电写入完毕后,所有10张卡返回进出卡位,通过传送平台达到收卡模块,即完成了整个银行卡的打印和电子写入的过程。在这里也可以采用其他的类型的打印头,但是采用喷墨打印头可以更快地达到更佳的 凸印效果。
本发明的 用于银行卡制作的打印方法及打印装置可在银行卡的正、背面上凸印银行卡的所有个性化信息,包括账号、持卡人姓名(各国文字)、照片、有效期、个人签名等信息,凸印质量牢固可靠、抗涂改、耐磨损,不需保护层,可有效克服传统机械模压凸字工艺造成的噪声大、结构复杂、生产效率低以及双界面IC卡天线尺寸小、读写距离近、易翘曲等工艺难题,可广泛适用于各银行发卡单位和卡片生产厂家。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1 、一种用于银行卡制作的打印方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
S10 、根据待打印的凸起的文字和/或图案确定打印的次数以及每次的打印图案;
S20 、将待打印的银行卡固定在打印位;
S30 、根据所述打印的次数以及所述每次的打印图案对所述待打印的银行卡进行多次打印以在所述待打印的银行卡上形成所述凸起的文字和/或图案。
2 、根据权利要求1所述的用于银行卡制作的打印方法,其特征在于,所述每次的打印图案为相同的打印图像或不同的打印图案。
3 、根据权利要求1所述的用于银行卡制作的打印方法,其特征在于,每个所述打印图案包括用于形成凸起并显示文字和/或图案的显示图案和/或用于形成凸起的透明图案。
4 、根据权利要求1所述的用于银行卡制作的打印方法,其特征在于,所述用于银行卡制作的打印方法还包括步骤:
S25 、使用透明层在所述待打印的银行卡上进行打底以增加所述凸起的文字和/或图案与银行卡表面的粘附性。
5 、根据权利要求1所述的用于银行卡制作的打印方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤S20为:将待打印的多张银行卡通过活动定位块固定在打印位;
所述步骤S30为:根据所述打印的次数以及所述每次的打印图案对所述待打印的多张银行卡进行多次打印以在所述待打印的多张银行卡上形成所述凸起的文字和/或图案。
6 、一种用于银行卡制作的打印装置,其特征在于,包括:
设定模块(1):用于根据待打印的凸起的文字和/或图案确定打印的次数以及每次的打印图案;
定位模块(2):用于将待打印的银行卡固定在打印位;以及
打印模块(3):用于根据所述打印的次数以及所述每次的打印图案对所述待打印的银行卡进行多次打印以在所述待打印的银行卡上形成所述凸起的文字和/或图案。
7 、根据权利要求6所述的用于银行卡制作的打印装置,其特征在于,所述每次的打印图案为相同的打印图像或不同的打印图案。
8 、根据权利要求6所述的用于银行卡制作的打印装置,其特征在于,每个所述打印图案包括用于形成凸起并显示文字和/或图案的显示图案和/或仅用于形成凸起的透明图案。
9 、根据权利要求6所述的用于银行卡制作的打印装置,其特征在于,所述用于银行卡制作的打印装置还包括:
打底模块(4):用于使用透明层在所述待打印的银行卡上进行打底以增加所述凸起的文字和/或图案与银行卡表面的粘附性。
10 、根据权利要求6所述的用于银行卡制作的打印装置,其特征在于,所述定位模块(2)还包括:
活动定位块:用于将待打印的多张银行卡固定在打印位;
所述打印模块(3)进一步用于根据所述打印的次数以及所述每次的打印图案对所述待打印的多张银行卡进行多次打印以在所述待打印的多张银行卡上形成所述凸起的文字和/或图案。
