Abstract

본 발명은 습식 에칭 가능한 탄소나노튜브 필름 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 탄소나노튜브 필름 제조 방법은, 기재 상에, 습식 에칭 가능한 소재를 포함하는 베이스 바인더층을 형성시키는 단계와, 상기 베이스 바인더층 상면에, 탄소나노튜브를 포함하는 CNT 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계와, 상기 CNT 코팅층 상면에, 습식 에칭 가능한 소재를 포함하는 탑 바인더층을 형성시키는 단계와, 상기 CNT 코팅층과, 탑 바인더층과, 베이스 바인더층의 에칭 대상 영역을 습식 에칭을 통하여 제거하는 단계를 포함한다.
