The present invention relates to an air bag apparatus mounting structure, and more particularly to an air bag apparatus mounting structure on a vehicle seat.
The airbag unit has a built-in airbag unit on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle seat, and at the time of a side collision of the vehicle, the airbag is deployed to the side of the occupant seated on the seat. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a vehicle seat provided with an airbag device that absorbs air and protects an occupant is known.
The present invention intends to improve the mounting structure of the conventional airbag unit for a vehicle seat. First, a vehicle seat equipped with a conventional airbag device will be described.
12 and 13 show the internal configuration of the seat back 3 of the conventional vehicle seat 1. The illustrated vehicle seat 1 is a seat on the right side of a front seat of a vehicle such as an automobile, and is installed on a floor panel of the vehicle, and includes a seat cushion 2, a seat back 3, and a headrest 4.
In the seat back 3, a seat back frame 11 having a substantially rectangular frame shape is disposed. The seat back frame 11 protrudes upward to connect the left and right side frames 12 and 13 extending in the vertical direction in the vicinity of the left and right side surfaces of the seat back 3 and the upper ends of the side frames 12 and 13. A circular tubular upper cross member 14 having a substantially arch shape extending in the left-right direction, and a lower cross member 15 having a circular cross section extending linearly in the left-right direction, connecting the lower ends of the side frames 12, 13. Have.
The outer surface of the seat back 3 is composed of a skin 31, and a pad 35 is disposed inside the front skin 31 a (FIG. 13).
The sewing portion 32 between the right side end portion of the front side skin 31a in the figure and the front side end portion of the right side skin 31b is broken by the deployment pressure when the airbag 41 is deployed.
The right side end portion of the front side skin 31a and the front side end portion of the right side skin 31b are folded inside the sheet and overlapped with each other, and a sewing portion 32 is formed in these overlapping portions. A space where no pad is present is provided in a portion on the right side of the right side frame 13 of the vehicle seat 1, and the airbag unit 40 of the airbag device is disposed in this space.
The airbag unit 40 extends in the vertical direction along the right side frame 13. The airbag unit 40 includes an airbag 41 in a folded state, and an inflator 42 that extends in the vertical direction along the right side frame 13 and supplies gas to the airbag 41.
The airbag 41 and the inflator 42 are covered with a paper 45 that is broken by the deployment pressure of the airbag 41, so that the folded state of the airbag 41 is maintained.
A unit holding portion 51b for holding the airbag unit 40 is formed in the portion immediately behind the airbag unit 40 on the inner surface of the seat of the shape holding portion 51a of the cover member 51. The unit holding part 51b extends from the inner side surface of the shape holding part 51a to the inner side (left side) in the sheet width direction and then bends and extends to the front side along the right side frame 13. An accommodating portion 51d for accommodating the airbag unit 40 is formed between the unit holding portion 51b and a portion (deformed portion 51c) on the front side of the base end of the unit holding portion 51b in the shape holding portion 51a. The airbag unit 40 is accommodated and held in the portion 51d.
The inflator holding member 43 that holds the inflator 42 is provided with a stud bolt 43a. The stud bolt 43a passes through the unit holding portion 51b of the cover member 51 and the right side frame 13 and is tightened with a nut 44. Yes. With this attachment structure, when the inflator 42 is attached and fixed to the right side frame 13, the cover member 51 (unit holding portion 51 b) is also fastened to the right side frame 13. With this configuration, the cover member 51 is attached to the right side frame 13 in a state where the airbag unit 40 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 51d.
In the airbag device attached to the right side frame 13, when an impact force of a predetermined value or more is detected by a collision sensor disposed on the vehicle body (center pillar or the like) on the right side of the vehicle, the control device (see FIG. (Not shown) actuates the inflator 42, whereby gas is supplied from the inflator 42 to the airbag 41, and the airbag 41 is deployed toward the front side.
At that time, the cover member 51 is formed to be deformable so that the front end of the cover member 51 presses the end portion on the sewing portion 32 side or the vicinity thereof to the outside of the seat by the deployment pressure of the airbag 41.
The vehicle seat provided with the conventional airbag device is provided with a flexible low-stretch member 55 having a lower stretch rate than the front side skin 31a in order to break the sewing portion 32 at an early stage. . One end portion of the low extension member 55 is attached to the right end portion on the sewing portion 32 side by sewing, and the other end portion is attached and fixed to the rear end portion of the right side frame 13 via the attachment fitting 56. . The mounting bracket 56 is fixed by inserting the stud bolt 57 of the right side frame 13 into the bolt insertion hole 56 b of the mounting bracket 56 and tightening the nut 58. A tightening hole 51f is provided in the cover member 51 so that a nut tightening tool can be inserted for tightening the nut.
The low extension member 55 restrains the end of the front side skin 31a on the sewing part 32 side from being pulled by the right side skin 31b pressed by the deforming part 51c so as not to move when the airbag 41 is deployed, As a result, the breaking force is concentrated on the portion of the sewing portion 32 to which one end of the low extension member 55 is attached.
With the above configuration, the vehicle seat provided with the conventional airbag device can prevent the deployment of the vehicle seat from being delayed because the pad is not interposed when the inflator is activated.
However, in the conventional structure for attaching an airbag device to a vehicle seat, the stud bolt 43a is passed through the cover member 51 and the right side frame 13 and is fastened together with a nut 44. Therefore, the cover member is usually made of resin. 51, the cover member 51 is deformed at the time of fastening and it is difficult to fasten, and if the cover member 51 is deformed after fastening, there is a possibility that the fastening torque is reduced.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems in the conventional structure for attaching an airbag device to a vehicle seat. The object of the present invention is to provide a bolt for the structural member of the vehicle seat. When the nut is fastened and attached, the cover member is prevented from being fastened together with the bolt and the nut so as to prevent the cover member from being deformed and prevent a decrease in fastening torque.
The present invention relates to an airbag device including a folded airbag and an inflator, a vehicle seat cover member having an opening through which a bolt standing on the inflator is inserted, and a holding means for holding the airbag device. And a vehicle seat component having an insertion hole through which the bolt is inserted, and the airbag device held by the cover member by fastening a nut to the bolt is configured as the vehicle seat component. The airbag apparatus is attached to the airbag apparatus, and the cover member is not fastened together by the bolt and the nut when the bolt and the nut are fastened.
According to the present invention, the airbag device is attached to the structural member of the vehicle seat with the bolt and the nut so that the cover member is not fastened with the bolt and the nut. The deformation of the member can be eliminated, and a decrease in fastening torque can be prevented.

The inflator 120 is provided with a belt-like member 124 that is wound around and fixed around the longitudinal direction, and a bolt, for example, a stud bolt 125 is erected on the belt-like member 124 one by one. The bolt is not limited to the bolt standing on the belt-like member 124, and may be directly fixed to the inflator 120 by welding or the like at a portion corresponding to the head of the bolt.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a vehicle seat cover member 110 on which the airbag apparatus is mounted. FIG. 2A shows a state in which the lid member 113 is released, and FIG. 2B shows a state in which the lid member 113 is closed. The angle is slightly changed from 2A. The mounting position of the cover member 110 on the vehicle seat is the same as the conventional one already described.
2A and 2B, the cover member 110 is formed so that a space for mounting the inflator 120 on the cover member 110 (corresponding to the unit holding portion 51b of the conventional airbag unit) can be formed. An inflator holding wall 111 extending in an approximately L-shaped cross-section from the inner middle portion of the cover (inverted L-shaped in the drawing) and formed substantially parallel to the cover member 110 at an appropriate interval, and an inflator holding wall A curved portion 110a of the cover member 110 curved in an inverted L shape in the figure so as to surround the frame 111 and a plurality of ribs 114 for connecting the inflator holding wall 111 to each other.
An elongated rectangular recess (or stepped portion) 111a is formed on a surface of the inflator holding wall 111 parallel to the cover member 110, and the bottom surface of the recess 111a is similarly elongated with a rectangular shape that is slightly smaller than the recess 111a. An opening 112 is provided.
This opening 112 is for inserting the stud bolt 125 (FIG. 1) of the inflator 120 when the inflator 120 is arranged on the back side of the inflator holding wall 111 in FIG. As is clear from the perspective view shown in FIG. 3, the recess 111a has a depth substantially equal to the thickness of the plate 123 so that a flat and rectangular elongated metal plate 123 can be mounted from the front side in FIG. It is formed in a size that can accommodate the plate 123. A cover member 113 with a reinforcing rib 113a that can be freely opened and closed is provided on the curved portion 110a of the cover member 110, and a claw member 113b that is a locking means for the cover member 113 is formed on the cover member 113. The lid member 113 and the like will be described in detail later.
4 is a cross-sectional view passing through the longitudinal central axis of the inflator 120 and the central axis of each stud bolt 125 in the airbag device mounted on the cover member 110 shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows the whole bag apparatus, and FIG. 4B is the one part enlarged view. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the mounting bracket 122.

It protrudes from the hole 100b. The folded airbag 100 is, for example, maintained in a folded state by being fixed with a wrapping material (not shown) such as a cloth tape (not shown) that easily breaks when the airbag 100 is inflated or a cloth provided with a breakage point in advance. And is held by the inflator holding wall 111 of the cover member 110.
Here, as shown in FIG. 5, the mounting bracket 122 includes an elongated rectangular step portion 122a that fits into the elongated rectangular opening 112 of the inflator holding wall 111, and a flange portion formed at the peripheral portion of the step portion 122a. 122b and a curved wall 122c that rises from one end side of the flange portion 122b and curves along the cylinder of the inflator 120. The curved wall 122c rectifies the gas ejected radially from the gas ejection ports 120b arranged on the entire circumference of the gas ejection part 120a shown in FIG. 1 in the direction in which the airbag 100 is inflated and deployed, and the gas ejection The air bag 100 is shielded from direct contact with the gas around the airbag 100 to protect the base fabric 100a from the heat of the gas.
Referring to FIG. 4 again, a procedure for attaching the cover member 110 to which the inflator 120 is mounted to the constituent member of the vehicle seat of the inflator 120, here, the side frame (130; FIG. 11) will be described.
In this embodiment, the cover member 110 is described as being attached to the side frame (130; FIG. 11). However, the cover member 110 is not necessarily limited to the side frame (130; FIG. 11) depending on the structure of the vehicle seat. The cover member 110 to which the inflator 120 is attached may be attached to the left or right side thereof depending on whether the vehicle seat is on the left or right in the vehicle traveling direction.
In mounting, the mounting bracket 122 is first mounted. That is, the stud bolt 125 of the inflator 120 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 122d (FIG. 5) of the mounting bracket 122. Next, it is inserted into the airbag 100 folded in that state, and the stud bolt 125 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 100b provided in the base fabric 100a of the airbag 100, or inserted into the airbag 100 before folding. After inserting the stud bolt 125 into the bolt insertion hole 100b provided in the base fabric 100a of the airbag 100, the airbag 100 is folded.
Next, the stud bolt 125 is inserted into the opening 112 (FIGS. 2A and 2B) of the inflator holding wall 111 of the cover member 110, and at the portion of the elongated rectangular step 122a (FIG. 5) of the mounting bracket 122, the air The base fabric 100 a of the bag 100 is pushed into the opening 112.
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, a plate 123 having an insertion hole 123a for the stud bolt 125 is attached to the stud bolt 125 of the inflator 120 protruding from the opening 112 from the side opposite to the inflator mounting surface of the inflator holding wall 111. Then, the setting washer 127 is temporarily fixed, and then the nut (126; FIG. 11) is fastened to the protruding stud bolt 125 via the side frame (130; FIG. 11).
Accordingly, the airbag 100 is firmly fixed to the side frame (130; FIG. 11) together with the inflator 120.
Here, a concave portion 111a having a depth substantially equal to the thickness of the plate 123 is formed in the peripheral portion of the opening 112 of the inflator holding wall 111 as shown in FIG. Therefore, when the nut (126; FIG. 11) is fastened to the stud bolt 125 from the outside of the side frame (130; FIG. 11) and the plate 123 is in contact with the bottom surface of the recess 111a, the surface of the plate 123 holds the inflator. The wall 111 is flush with the surface opposite to the inflator mounting surface, and the recess 111a is formed substantially equal to the length and width of the plate 123. For example, as shown in the circle at the right end of FIG. 4B. The plate 123 once mounted in the recess 111a is constrained so as not to move loosely.
When the nut (126; FIG. 11) is fastened to the stud bolt 125 protruding from the side frame (130; FIG. 11), and the plate 123 is tightened from the surface opposite to the inflator side of the inflator holding wall 111, X in FIG. , That is, the base bolt of the stud bolt 125 and the mounting bracket 122, the base fabric 100a of the airbag 100, and the plate 123 are fastened so that there is no gap. Further, by fastening the stud bolt 125 and the nut (126; FIG. 11) in this way, the portion indicated by Y in FIG. 4B, that is, the flange portion 122b of the mounting bracket 122, the base cloth 100a, the cover member 110, In the portion where the plate 123 overlaps, the inflator holding wall 111 of the cover member 110 can be firmly held between the flange portion 122 b and the plate 123. Thereby, the cover member 110 is securely fixed.
According to this embodiment, when the stud bolt 125 of the inflator 120 is fastened with the nut (126; FIG. 11), the fastening force is not exerted on the cover member 110 by the opening 112. (126; FIG. 11), the cover member 110 is not fastened together. Therefore, there is no possibility that the cover member 110 is deformed and the fastening torque between the bolt and the nut is reduced after the stud bolt 125 and the nut (126; FIG. 11) are fastened.
In the conventional airbag apparatus mounting structure, as shown in FIG. 13, when the stud bolt 43a is inserted into the through hole of the cover member 51 and the right side frame 13, the stud bolt 43a penetrates the through hole. Therefore, the folded airbag 41 of the airbag apparatus becomes an obstacle to the operation, and the cover member 51 and the airbag unit 40 are easily moved relative to each other. It is not easy to pass through the through hole of the side frame 13.
On the other hand, according to the present embodiment, the rectangular opening 112 that is sufficiently larger than the diameter of the conventional through-hole capable of simultaneously inserting the two stud bolts 125 of the inflator 120 into the inflator holding wall 111 of the cover member 110. Therefore, it is easy to align the stud bolt 125 with the opening 112 of the cover member 110 during assembly. Therefore, the folded airbag 100 becomes an obstacle, and the stud bolt 125 of the inflator 120 is not easily attached, and the working efficiency is improved.
The above is the attachment structure of the airbag apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
Next, an airbag apparatus mounting structure according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 6A is a cross-sectional view similar to FIG. 4A, and FIG. 6B is a partially enlarged view thereof.
In the mounting structure according to the second embodiment, as shown in the drawing, the stud bolt 125A includes a step 125B having a diameter larger than the diameter of the portion where the screw of the stud bolt 125A is provided. Used. The diameter of the bolt insertion hole 100b of the base fabric 100a of the airbag 100 is set to a size that allows the stepped portion 125B to be inserted. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
With this configuration, when the nut (126; FIG. 11) is fastened to the stud bolt 125A via the side frame (130; FIG. 11), the fastening force is transmitted to the plate 123 via the setting washer 127. The back surface of the plate 123 comes into contact with the step portion 125B of the stepped stud bolt 125A. Therefore, the base fabric 100a of the airbag 100 is not fastened between the plate 123 and the mounting bracket 122.
According to the present embodiment, in order to attach the inflator 120 to the inflator holding wall 111 of the cover member 110, when the nut (126; FIG. 11) is fastened to the stud bolt 125A, not only the cover member 110 but also the airbag 100. Since the base fabric 100a is not interposed between the step portion 125B of the stud bolt 125A and the nut (126; FIG. 11), it is easy to apply a tightening torque of the bolt and nut. It is possible to prevent a decrease in fastening torque due to expansion, a change in thickness due to a fastening force, etc.) and eliminate the need for using a lock nut as a nut.
Also in this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the stud bolt 125A can be easily inserted into the opening 112 of the inflator holding wall 111 of the cover member 110 during assembly, and the folded airbag 100 becomes an obstacle. It is not difficult to insert the stud bolt 125A of the inflator 120 into the opening 112 of the inflator holding wall 111 of the cover member 110.
Next, a third embodiment will be described.
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view similar to FIG. 4 of the structure for attaching an airbag device to a vehicle seat according to the third embodiment, FIG. 7A is a diagram showing the whole thereof, and FIG. 7B is a part thereof. It is an enlarged view.
In the present embodiment, the opening 112 through which the two stud bolts 125 of the first and second embodiments are simultaneously inserted into the inflator holding wall 111 of the cover member 110 is not provided. Instead, the inflator holding wall 111 of the cover member 110 is provided with an insertion hole 111b large enough to allow the stud bolt 125 to pass therethrough, through which the stud bolt 125 of the inflator 120 is individually inserted.
Further, the insertion hole 111b of the stud bolt 125 has a high rigidity such as a metal corresponding to the thickness of the inflator holding wall 111, that is, a rigidity capable of resisting the fastening force of the stud bolt 125 and the nut (126; FIG. 11). As shown in FIG. 7B, a cylindrical spacer 128 with a hook made of a material having the hook is arranged and inserted so that the hook 128 a is on the base fabric 100 a side of the airbag 100.
In addition, since the opening 112 of the cover member 110 of the first and second embodiments does not exist in the inflator holding wall 111 of the present embodiment, the plate 123 used in these embodiments is not used.
According to this embodiment, even if the nut (126; FIG. 11) is fastened to the stud bolt 125 via the side frame (130; FIG. 11), the tightening force is counteracted by the spacer 128 on the inflator holding wall 111. The effect does not reach.
Therefore, after the inflator 120 is attached to the inflator holding wall 111 and attached to the side frame (130; FIG. 11), the fastening torque between the bolt and the nut may decrease due to a change in the thickness of the inflator holding wall 111 as in the past. There is no.
In the above description, the spacer 128 has been described as having the collar 128a, but the spacer 128 does not necessarily have the collar 128a.
Moreover, the stud bolt used here may be the same as the stud bolt 125A provided with a step portion whose diameter of the root portion is larger than the diameter of the portion where the screw is provided. In this case, the large diameter portion of the stud bolt is brought into contact with the spacer 128.
In each of the embodiments described above, an inflator is attached by attaching a setting washer 127 (FIGS. 4 and 6) to the stud bolts 125 and 125A prior to fastening the nut (126; FIG. 11) to the stud bolts 125 and 125A. 120 and the plate 123 are temporarily fixed to the inflator holding wall 111. For this reason, parts can be prevented from falling off or displaced, and the cover member 110 and the airbag unit can be prevented from moving relative to each other during assembly, so that the side frame 130 can be efficiently assembled.
8 shows a setting washer 127, FIG. 8A is a front view thereof, and FIG. 8B is a perspective view thereof.
The setting washer 127 is made of an annular thin metal (for example, made of stainless steel having a thickness t = 0.25 mm), and a plurality (five in the illustrated example) of substantially rectangular protrusions 127a are arranged along the inner circumference thereof. Are provided at substantially equal intervals in the central direction. As shown in FIG. 8B, the protrusion 127a is formed as an inclined surface inclined from the annular flat surface of the setting washer 127 in the direction opposite to the insertion direction, and the tip of the protrusion 127 is attached to the stud bolts 125 and 125A. The stud bolts 125 and 125A are engaged with the threaded portions and can be prevented from coming off.
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view similar to FIG. 4A for explaining attachment of the setting washer 127.
When the setting washer 127 is attached to the stud bolt 125A, the setting washer attaching jig 160 is inserted through the opening 110b of the cover member 110, the setting washer 127 is fitted into the stud bolt 125A, and folded toward the setting washer attaching jig 160. Push through the airbag 100 and fit.
Further, by mounting the setting washer 127, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the fastening torque between the stud bolts 125, 125A and the nut 126 due to a change in the thickness of the setting washer 127 after fastening. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the need for using a lock nut as the nut.
In the first and second embodiments, instead of the plate 123, a plate 123 ′ having a temporary fixing function similar to the setting washer 127 may be used.
FIG. 10 shows this plate, FIG. 10A is a front view thereof, and FIG. 10B is a perspective view thereof.
On the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole 123a ′ of the plate 123 ′, a plurality of projections 123b ′ that are engaged with the threaded portions of the stud bolts 125 and 125A are provided, as shown in the figure, like the projection 127a of the setting washer 127. Yes. As in the case of the setting washer 127, the plate 123 ′ can be temporarily fixed to the cover member 110 by being inserted into the stud bolts 125 and 125A by being inserted into the insertion holes 123a ′ of the plate 123 ′. Thereby, the trouble of assembling the setting washer 127 and the setting washer 127 can be saved. The other structure of the plate 123 ′ is the same as that of the plate 123.
As mentioned above, although the embodiment of the attachment structure to the side frame (130; FIG. 11) of the airbag apparatus attached to the cover member 110 of the vehicle seat has been described, this embodiment is similar to the conventional one. A sewing portion corresponding to the sewing portion 32 in FIG. 13 is provided in the seat back on the inner side in the seat width direction with respect to the cover member 110. Further, in order to break the sewing portion at an early stage, the front surface in FIG. A low extension member 140 (FIG. 11) similar to the flexible low extension member 55 having a lower extension rate than the side skin 31a is provided. One end portion of the low extension member 140 is the same as the front side skin (similar to the front side skin 31a shown in FIG. 13) by sewing or the like to the end portion (right side end portion) on the sewing portion side of the front side skin similarly to the conventional one. It is attached in the vicinity of the right end portion.
Here, FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view of the airbag device attached to the cover member 110 of FIG. 1 in the direction of arrow AA, and FIG. 11A shows a state in which the lid member provided on the cover member is opened. FIG. 11B is a diagram showing a state where the lid member is closed.
The low extension member 140 extends to the vicinity of the rear end of the side frame 130 through the inner side in the seat width direction of the side frame 130, and the other end of the low extension member 140 is a member insertion hole through which the low extension member 140 is inserted. It is fixedly attached to the rear end portion of the side frame 130 via a mounting bracket 150 having a substantially L-shaped cross section in which 150a is formed. A stud bolt 132 is fixed in advance to the rear end of the side frame 130.
On the other hand, a bolt insertion hole is formed in a portion corresponding to the stud bolt 132 of the mounting bracket 150, and the nut 135 is fastened to the stud bolt 132 by passing the stud bolt 132 through the bolt insertion hole.
By the way, the conventional cover member 51 is provided with a fastening hole 51f as described above. The fastening hole 51f is covered with a seat cover. However, since the seat cover is recessed only in this portion, the rear passenger may feel uncomfortable or may be damaged by pressing with a finger or the like.
Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the cover member 110 of each embodiment of the present invention is opened and closed by a curved portion 110a of the cover member 110 that is curved so as to surround the inflator holding wall 111, as shown in FIG. A lid member 113 (see also FIG. 2) with a flexible reinforcing rib 113a is provided. The lid member 113 is a tool for screwing a nut 135 to a stud bolt 132 planted in the side frame 130 in order to attach the mounting bracket 150 having a substantially L-shaped cross section through which the low extension member 140 is inserted to the side frame 130. The cover member 110 is provided to cover the work opening for inserting the cover, and is connected to the cover member 110 through a thin portion, and the thin portion is configured to be openable and closable as a hinge. .
Further, the reinforcing rib 113a of the cover member 110 is provided with a claw member 113b (FIG. 2) that is a locking means for locking the lid member 113 in a closed state on the outer surface of the reinforcing rib 113a of the lid member 113. The claw member 113b can be locked to the end portions of the cover member 110 on both sides of the cover member 113 of the cover member 110 to hold the cover member 113 in the closed position. When the claw member 113b is pushed between the ends of the cover member 110 to close the lid, it is pushed inward by the resistance force of the end of the cover member 110 together with the lid member 113 to be bent, and between the ends of the cover member 110. When the resistance force from the end of the cover member 110 is released through the claw member 113b, the claw member 113b returns to its original position and is locked in the vicinity of the rib 114 on the back side of the cover member 110. For example, as shown in FIG. 2A, the claw member 113b is preferably formed in a triangular shape that becomes an inclined surface toward the lower side of the cover member 110 in a substantially plan view as shown in FIG. 2A. In addition, a latching means is not restricted to this, Other known or well-known latching means can be used suitably. In FIG. 11A, reference numeral 113c denotes a crushing rib for preventing backlash to prevent rattling when the lid member 113 closes and contacts the side frame 130.
In the case where the fastening hole 51f is simply provided as in the conventional cover member, when the surface of the cover member is covered with the seat cover, the seat cover is recessed at the insertion hole, so that the passenger in the rear seat feels uncomfortable. There is a risk of damaging the seat cover by giving or pushing a dent.
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the cover member 113 is provided, so that when covered with a seat cover (not shown) as shown in FIG. The lid member 113 is provided with the reinforcing rib 113a, so that the lid member 113 does not dent even if pressed.
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to these embodiment, Many deformation | transformation and change are possible within the range of this invention prescribed | regulated by the claim.
