目前市场上水性指甲油和油性指甲油的种类和数量都很多,但都存在或这或那的问题,如不得到正视并采取良好的解决办法,不仅会影响人体健康,还给整个行业的发展造成一定的影响。
目前市场上传统油性指甲油多是含有大量刺激化学物(通常占70%),有严重呛鼻味道,可经由皮肤及呼吸进入人体,经常使用将影响人体健康。如传统油性指甲油中的邻苯二甲酸酯会妨碍正常的荷尔蒙平衡,会导致严重的生殖损害和其他健康问题;而其中的苯和甲醛均是致癌物质。其次,传统油性指甲油中含有具侵蚀的化学成份,将指甲油垂直渗透于指内,易产生不透气感,还会导致色素沉淀与指甲片黄脆、干裂,在多次反复使用于指甲后,会使指甲变色,变脆变弱,影响美观和健康。此外,传统油性指甲油在涂抹时,浓烈的呛鼻化学味会刺激人体呼吸系统,即使是干燥后,其刺鼻得到化学味仍留在指甲上,是人们身体健康的潜在危害。
随着行业的发展,人们逐渐研发出水性的指甲油以期克服传统油性指甲油存在的部分不足。然而,即使水性指甲油降低了成分中的化学溶剂含量,具有比传统油性指甲油在毒性、气味、环保等方面的优势,但实际上,水性指甲油在使用时,干燥速度慢(初干20分钟内,12小时后才达到90%的硬度),且干燥后的膜层易脱落不耐热水浸泡(40℃温水冲洗5分钟即脱落),不耐寒(运输贮存时温度达5℃,恢复常温后不可使用),不能保持甲面光亮度。
总体来说,目前市场上根本没有一种水性指甲油同时既具有传统油性指甲油的干燥迅速、持久性和牢固度,又具有水性指甲油的无毒无味、环保安全等安全性。其原因在于,由于环保诉求而开发的水性指甲油,其主要溶剂是水溶性成分,其“水溶性”与指甲油成膜后必须具有 “耐水性”的要求相悖;其次,在水油不互溶的天然特性下,要求水性指甲油在油性指甲上的粘着性好也是很难达到的;第三,指甲油是靠溶剂挥发而干燥成膜的,只有指甲油中的“水系”成分加速挥发,才能使指甲油的干燥速度变快;另外,为使指甲油能够顺利涂抹于指甲上,就必须在其表面形成一层硬膜,但硬膜又不能形成得太快,如果硬膜形成得太快,它下面的染色物质就不能干透(可以联想人们常吃的布丁和凝胶都是在一层干而硬的表层保护下面的柔软物质)。因此,在许多互相冲突的特性里,要制造或合成理想的材料与配方非常困难。

本发明采用以下的技术方案实现上述发明目的:本发明二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液,(1)包含基本单元:一种改性的水性树脂;

(1)按比例将一种改性的水性树脂加入适量去离子水后倒进水相中,并按比例加入杀菌防腐剂待用;
(2)在油相中按比例将成膜助剂、乳化剂和防冷剂混合,在90℃恒温加热至完全溶解并自然冷却后,用分散机以100~300转/分的转速,搅拌5~8分钟至互溶,再提高转速到500~600转/分后,按比例慢慢滴加水性有机硅交联剂,25~35分钟滴加完毕;
(3)在室温下将水相和油相混合后加入水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂和水性聚脲增硬剂,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌5~8分钟,制成基料;
(4)将基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质混合,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌5~8分钟,制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液。
本发明所述显色物质为各种颜色色剂、矿物性色料或合成性色料中的一种或几种的组合。
本发明所述的二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液,可以水为主要介质,可用水调节粘度、堆积成膜,形成具有以下特性的成膜物质组合物:
(1)膜厚:≤ 2.5um;
(2)耐溶剂、抗划伤和耐刮性佳、高透度、丰满度高、密着性、保光、保色效果佳、硬度硬而有弹性和柔韧性的特亮面镜面(60度射入法,高光≥90);
(3)耐水解、常温快干:
a) 常温初干时间在1~2分钟内;
b) 常温干燥30分钟后,耐40℃温水冲洗≥20分钟(模拟洗澡),指甲油膜无变色,无脱落;
c) 常温干燥3小时后,耐肥皂水冲洗≥20分钟(模拟洗衣服),指甲油膜无变色,无脱落;
d) 常温干燥12小时后,耐水浸泡≥60分钟(模拟游泳),指甲油膜无变色,无脱落;
e) 牢度和附着力强,强效持久,停留指甲上可长达15日并保持上述物理功能不变;
f) 运输贮存时耐热耐寒(耐温从-25℃至+90℃,连续96小时,恢复常温后即可正常使用)。
本发明所述的二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液涂抹于指甲面后,可被酯类或者醇类溶解液清洗掉。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液是以水性合成聚合物为主要成份,纯水调配,火烧不燃,不含甲苯、甲醛、丙酮、邻苯二甲酸酯或乙酸乙酯等溶剂有害化学物质,不伤害指甲,且无臭无味不伤身体,怀孕妇女亦可使用;
(2)本发明二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液是一种易于使用的低粘度产品,透明色,低粘度液体,成膜为抗剥离型,3天内在没有太大的机械应力下,没明显的完整剥落。在正常洗涤中不遭受任何形式的退化,且它对酸性或碱性的指甲表面的适应力很大,即使在指甲粗糙部分,本发明溶液还是光滑和不透水的,具有良好的牢度和附着性,强效持久;
(3)本发明二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液在水挥发后的成膜过程中,在加强气密性、水密性的同时,当水汽冷凝变成水珠后,颗粒变大,由于水珠表面张力的作用(水分子之间互相“拉扯抗衡”),水分子就不能顺利脱离水珠渗透到另一侧,也就是防止了外部水的渗透发生,使本发明溶液有了防水的功能,使之具有突出的耐水性、极佳的美感、还可带来平滑的效果,不油腻且无粘感、干燥快速、无“结球”效果,且弹性突出,粘结强度大,有很强的保持力;
(4)本发明产品性能优越,在足够的水蒸汽渗透性环境,也可以形成使用:透气、防尘。在水汽的状态下,水颗粒非常细小,根据毛细运动的原理,可以顺利渗透到毛细管另一侧,从而发生透气现象,具有透气性,而其独特的透气性能,可使结构内部水汽迅速排出,避免结构孳生霉菌。因而本发明溶液具透气性,不妨碍指甲表面呼吸,且不会在指甲皱褶处产生黏黏的不舒服感,尤其是在温度高于35℃的时候,灰尘不会粘在指甲上;
(5)此外本发明二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液还具有如下特性:
a) 易涂抹又快干(初干2分钟),安全又环保;
b) 与指片水平贴合,让指甲有高度透气空间;
c) 选用天然矿物颜料,使指甲晶莹亮泽,更清新自然;
d) 持久性:在手指上干透后不怕水,和传统指甲油一样持久;
e) 不仅可以彩绘指片,更可以彩绘手机,茶杯或其它生活对象的表面;
f) 可任意调色,迭色,混色,任意画出您想要的色彩及图案,可依服饰、挂包、配件做整体的搭配。

(2)在油相中按比例将成膜助剂、乳化剂和防冷剂混合,在90℃恒温加热至完全溶解并自然冷却后,用分散机以100转/分的转速,搅拌5分钟至互溶,再提高转速到500转/分后,按比例慢慢滴加水性有机硅交联剂,25分钟滴加完毕;
(3)在室温下将水相和油相混合后加入水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂和水性聚脲增硬剂,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌7分钟,制成基料;
(4)将基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质混合,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌6分钟,制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液。
实施例2

2、采用以下工艺步骤制备二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:
(1)按比例将改性的水性聚酯树脂加入适量去离子水后倒进水相中,并按比例加入杀菌防腐剂待用;
(2)在油相中按比例将成膜助剂、乳化剂和防冷剂混合,在90℃恒温加热至完全溶解并自然冷却后,用分散机以200转/分的转速,搅拌8分钟至互溶,再提高转速到500转/分后,按比例慢慢滴加水性有机硅交联剂,30分钟滴加完毕;
(3)在室温下将水相和油相混合后加入水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂和水性聚脲增硬剂,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌8分钟,制成基料;
(4)将基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质混合,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌8分钟,制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液。
实施例11
1、采用下列组分和原料配比制备二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:
(1)基本单元:改性的水性聚酯树脂,其性能特征为:固含量30%,硬度HB,粒径为150nm;
(2)水溶性化合物组成单元:去离子水、成膜助剂、水性有机硅交联剂、水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂、水性聚脲增硬剂、乳化剂、防冷剂、杀菌防腐剂、水性高效分散剂、显色物质;
(3)基本单元与下述水溶性化合物组成单元按照以下原料配比制成基料:
改性的水性聚酯树脂 77.7%
去离子水 8%
成膜助剂 3%
水性有机硅交联剂 3%
水性增稠流平剂 0.5%
水性催干剂 1%
水性增光剂 1%
水性聚脲增硬剂 1%
乳化剂 1%
防冷剂 3. 5%
杀菌防腐剂 0. 3%

(4)基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质按照以下配比制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:
基料 99.19%
水性高效分散剂 0.01%
显色物质 0.8%

2、采用以下工艺步骤制备二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:
(1)按比例将改性的水性聚酯树脂加入适量去离子水后倒进水相中,并按比例加入杀菌防腐剂待用;
(2)在油相中按比例将成膜助剂、乳化剂和防冷剂混合,在90℃恒温加热至完全溶解并自然冷却后,用分散机以100转/分的转速,搅拌7分钟至互溶,再提高转速到600转/分后,按比例慢慢滴加水性有机硅交联剂,28分钟滴加完毕;
(3)在室温下将水相和油相混合后加入水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂和水性聚脲增硬剂,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌5分钟,制成基料;
(4)将基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质混合,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌6分钟,制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液。
实施例12
1、采用下列组分和原料配比制备二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:
(1)基本单元:改性的水性聚酯树脂,其性能特征为:固含量45%,硬度H,粒径为90nm;
(2)水溶性化合物组成单元:去离子水、成膜助剂、水性有机硅交联剂、水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂、水性聚脲增硬剂、乳化剂、防冷剂、杀菌防腐剂、水性高效分散剂、显色物质;
(3)基本单元与下述水溶性化合物组成单元按照以下原料配比制成基料:
改性的水性聚酯树脂 61.35%
去离子水 14%
成膜助剂 5.5%
水性有机硅交联剂 4%
水性增稠流平剂 1. 25%
水性催干剂 2%
水性增光剂 2%
水性聚脲增硬剂 2%
乳化剂 2%
防冷剂 5. 25%
杀菌防腐剂 0. 65%

2、采用以下工艺步骤制备二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:
(1)按比例将改性的水性聚酯树脂加入适量去离子水后倒进水相中,并按比例加入杀菌防腐剂待用;

(4)将基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质混合,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌7分钟,制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液。
实施例13
1、采用下列组分和原料配比制备二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:
(1)基本单元:改性的水性硝基树脂,其性能特征为:固含量40%,硬度2H,粒径为180nm;
(2)水溶性化合物组成单元:去离子水、成膜助剂、水性有机硅交联剂、水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂、水性聚脲增硬剂、乳化剂、防冷剂、杀菌防腐剂、水性高效分散剂、显色物质;
(3)基本单元与下述水溶性化合物组成单元按照以下原料配比制成基料:
改性的水性硝基树脂 45%
去离子水 20%
成膜助剂 8%
水性有机硅交联剂 5%
水性增稠流平剂 2%
水性催干剂 3%
水性增光剂 3%
水性聚脲增硬剂 3%
乳化剂 3%
防冷剂 7%
杀菌防腐剂 1%

(2)在油相中按比例将成膜助剂、乳化剂和防冷剂混合,在90℃恒温加热至完全溶解并自然冷却后,用分散机以100转/分的转速,搅拌8分钟至互溶,再提高转速到500转/分后,按比例慢慢滴加水性有机硅交联剂,28分钟滴加完毕;
(3)在室温下将水相和油相混合后加入水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂和水性聚脲增硬剂,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌5分钟,制成基料;
(4)将基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质混合,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌8分钟,制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液。
实施例14
1、采用下列组分和原料配比制备二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:
(1)基本单元:改性的水性硝基树脂,其性能特征为:固含量35%,硬度HB,粒径为100nm;
(2)水溶性化合物组成单元:去离子水、成膜助剂、水性有机硅交联剂、水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂、水性聚脲增硬剂、乳化剂、防冷剂、杀菌防腐剂、水性高效分散剂、显色物质;
(3)基本单元与下述水溶性化合物组成单元按照以下原料配比制成基料:
改性的水性硝基树脂 77.7%
去离子水 8%
成膜助剂 3%
水性有机硅交联剂 3%
水性增稠流平剂 0.5%
水性催干剂 1%
水性增光剂 1%
水性聚脲增硬剂 1%
乳化剂 1%
防冷剂 3. 5%
杀菌防腐剂 0. 3%

(4)基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质按照以下配比制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:

水性高效分散剂 0.01%

2、采用以下工艺步骤制备二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:
(1)按比例将改性的水性硝基树脂加入适量去离子水后倒进水相中,并按比例加入杀菌防腐剂待用;
(2)在油相中按比例将成膜助剂、乳化剂和防冷剂混合,在90℃恒温加热至完全溶解并自然冷却后,用分散机以300转/分的转速,搅拌6分钟至互溶,再提高转速到600转/分后,按比例慢慢滴加水性有机硅交联剂,32分钟滴加完毕;
(3)在室温下将水相和油相混合后加入水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂和水性聚脲增硬剂,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌7分钟,制成基料;
(4)将基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质混合,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌8分钟,制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液。
实施例15
1、采用下列组分和原料配比制备二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:
(1)基本单元:改性的水性硝基树脂,其性能特征为:固含量25%,硬度3H,粒径为50nm;
(2)水溶性化合物组成单元:去离子水、成膜助剂、水性有机硅交联剂、水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂、水性聚脲增硬剂、乳化剂、防冷剂、杀菌防腐剂、水性高效分散剂、显色物质;
(3)基本单元与下述水溶性化合物组成单元按照以下原料配比制成基料:
改性的水性硝基树脂 61.35%
去离子水 14%
成膜助剂 5.5%
水性有机硅交联剂 4%
水性增稠流平剂 1. 25%
水性催干剂 2%
水性增光剂 2%
水性聚脲增硬剂 2%
乳化剂 2%
防冷剂 5. 25%
杀菌防腐剂 0. 65%

(4)基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质按照以下配比制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:

2、采用以下工艺步骤制备二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:
(1)按比例将改性的水性硝基树脂加入适量去离子水后倒进水相中,并按比例加入杀菌防腐剂待用;
(2)在油相中按比例将成膜助剂、乳化剂和防冷剂混合,在90℃恒温加热至完全溶解并自然冷却后,用分散机以200转/分的转速,搅拌5分钟至互溶,再提高转速到600转/分后,按比例慢慢滴加水性有机硅交联剂, 35分钟滴加完毕;
(3)在室温下将水相和油相混合后加入水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂和水性聚脲增硬剂,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌5分钟,制成基料;
(4)将基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质混合,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌6分钟,制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液。

Claims (5)

1. 二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液,其特征在于:
(1)包含基本单元:一种改性的水性树脂;
①为水性聚氨酯树脂、聚丙烯酸酯树脂、环氧树脂、聚酯树脂或硝基树脂中的任意一种;
②其性能特征为:固含量25~55%,硬度HB~3H,粒径为10~200nm;
(2)还包含下列水溶性化合物组成单元:去离子水、成膜助剂、水性有机硅交联剂、水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂、水性聚脲增硬剂、乳化剂、防冷剂、杀菌防腐剂、水性高效分散剂或/和显色物质;
(3)基本单元与下述水溶性化合物组成单元按照以下原料配比制成基料:
一种改性的水性树脂 45~77.7%
去离子水 8~20%
成膜助剂 3~8%
水性有机硅交联剂 3~5%
水性增稠流平剂 0.5~2%
水性催干剂 1~3%
水性增光剂 1~3%
水性聚脲增硬剂 1~3%
乳化剂 1~3%
防冷剂 3. 5~7%
杀菌防腐剂 0. 3~1%
注:以上拾壹项“百分比含量”表述的均为相对于基料总重量;
(4)取基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质按照以下配比制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液:
基料 97.5~99.19%
水性高效分散剂 0.01~0.5%
显色物质 0.8~2%
注:以上叁项“百分比含量”表述的均为相对于“二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液”总重量。
2. 如权利要求1所述的二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液,其特征在于其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例将一种改性的水性树脂加入适量去离子水后倒进水相中,并按比例加入杀菌防腐剂待用;
(2)在油相中按比例将成膜助剂、乳化剂和防冷剂混合,在90℃恒温加热至完全溶解并自然冷却后,用分散机以100~300转/分的转速,搅拌5~8分钟至互溶,再提高转速到500~600转/分后,按比例慢慢滴加水性有机硅交联剂,25~35分钟滴加完毕;
(3)在室温下将水相和油相混合后加入水性增稠流平剂、水性催干剂、水性增光剂和水性聚脲增硬剂,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌5~8分钟,制成基料;
(4)将基料、水性高效分散剂和显色物质混合,用分散机以500转/分的转速,搅拌5~8分钟,制成二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液。
3. 如权利要求1或2所述的二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液,其特征在于所述显色物质为各种颜色色剂、矿物性色料或合成性色料中的一种或几种的组合。
4. 如上述所有权利要求中任一权利要求所述的二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液,其特征在于可以水为主要介质,可用水调节粘度、堆积成膜,形成具有以下特性的成膜物质组合物:
(1)膜厚:≤2.5um;
(2)耐溶剂、抗划伤和耐刮性佳、高透度、丰满度高、密着性、保光、保色效果佳、硬度硬而有弹性和柔韧性的特亮面镜面(60度射入法,高光≥90);
(3)耐水解、常温快干:
a) 常温初干时间在1~2分钟内;
b) 常温干燥30分钟后,耐40℃温水冲洗≥20分钟(模拟洗澡),指甲油膜无变色,无脱落;
c) 常温干燥3小时后,耐肥皂水冲洗≥20分钟(模拟洗衣服),指甲油膜无变色,无脱落;
d) 常温干燥12小时后,耐水浸泡≥60分钟(模拟游泳),指甲油膜无变色,无脱落;
e) 牢度和附着力强,强效持久,停留指甲上可长达15日并保持上述物理功能不变;
f) 运输贮存时耐热耐寒(耐温从-25℃至+90℃,连续96小时,恢复常温后即可正常使用)。
5. 如上述所有权利要求中任一权利要求所述的二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液,其特征在于将该二合一水溶性美甲护甲膜溶液涂抹于指甲面后,可被酯类或者醇类溶解液清洗掉。
