与此同时用户的需求也越来越高, 用户不仅希望产品的价格更便宜、 更要求有良好的、 人性化的服务品质。 迅猛发展的增值产品以及客户的需 求都对电信运营商和信息产品提供商在管理产品的用户订购和计费方面提 出了新的要求。 针对用户的需求和运营商的有效运营, 有必要提供一种灵 活的、 友好的增值产品动态订购、 计费的方法, 以便为用户提供更为人性、 友好的服务。 发明内容

参照图 2, 在一实施例中, 上述方法进一步包括以下步驟:
步驟 40, 扣除月租时, 如果所订购的产品非用户原始欲订购的产品, 但月租扣除成功并且用户账户携带余额, 则在各梯次产品之间选择与所述 用户原始欲订购的产品匹配程度最高的产品为当前订购产品; 本实施例中, 假设用户 U所生成的订购产品为 Pm, 向在线计费子系统发送租金为 Rm的扣 费请求, 扣费成功, 用户余额充足, 并且携带余额。 但是产品 Pm不是用户 原始订购需求中欲订购的产品 Pn, 则根据用户的原始需求以及当前余额尝 试调整用户的订购, 在 Pm至 Pn之间选择满足用户余额要求的产品来调整用 户的订购。 如果用户余额允许, 会最大程度趋向满足用户的原始需求, 逐 一匹配, 直至找到与 Pn匹配程度最高的产品。 例如假设匹配到 Pm至 Pn之间 的产品 Py (也可以是产品 Pn ),租金为 Ry, 则计算 Py-Rm的差额,假设为 Rx, 则向在线计费子系统发送租金为 Rx的扣费请求。
步驟 50, 发送差价补扣请求, 从余额中补扣当前订购产品的月租与已 扣除的月租之间的差价; 由于之前所扣的租金是低级别产品的租金, 而当 前订购产品的级别高于低级别产品, 因此其租金可能高于已扣的租金, 此 时需要补扣差价。 增值业务管理平台发送差价补扣请求, 以供在线计费子 系统扣取差价, 如果差价补扣成功, 则调整订购产品的级别; 如果差价补 扣失败, 则维持原订购产品的级别不变。
步驟 60, 根据差价补扣结果, 更新用户原始欲订购的产品的级别。 在 线计费子系统扣费成功, 则修改原始订购需求中的用户欲订购产品 Pn为用 户当前订购的产品为 Py。 以此来最大程度的为用户提供满足用户需求的、 人性化的服务。
在另一实施例中, 如果扣除月租不成功, 则根据余额为用户选择同一 业务梯次下低级别的产品, 并将用户原始欲订购的产品更新为当前订购的 产品。 例如, 假设用户 U所生成的订购产品为 Pm, 向在先扣费系统发送租 金为 Rm的扣费请求时, 扣费反馈用户余额不足, 并且携带余额。 则根据用 户账户的当前余额选择与产品 Pm同一业务类型下, 梯次级别低的产品 Pn批 价, 假设批价金额为 Rn。 向在线计费子系统发送金额为 Rn扣费请求, 扣费 成功, 增值业务管理平台生成用户 U与产品 Pn的订购关系, 并将 Pm更新为 Pn。
上述实施例中, 对用户账户扣费可包括: 发送扣费请求前, 提示用户 是否同意本次扣费; 例如, 步驟 20中或步驟 30中, 在发送扣费请求对用户 账户扣费时或者步驟 50中需补扣差价时, 增值业务管理平台通过与用户相 对的显示装置提供一个对话框, 提示用户当前已调整订购产品的级别, 并 且将按调整后的产品的相应费用进行扣费, 如果同意请触按某按键或者回 复某信息等。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种增值业务订购及计费的方法, 其中, 所述方法包括以下步驟: 用户选择订购产品;
按用户的选择发送扣费请求以对用户账户扣费;
如果用户账户的余额不足, 则根据余额为用户选择同一业务梯次下低 级别的产品, 并重新发送扣费请求以对用户账户扣费。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在执行所有步驟之后所述方法还 包括:
扣除月租时, 如果所订购的产品非用户原始欲订购的产品, 但月租扣 除成功并且用户账户携带余额, 则在各梯次产品之间选择与所述用户原始 欲订购的产品匹配程度最高的产品为当前订购产品;
发送差价补扣请求从余额中补扣当前订购产品的月租与已扣除的月租 之间的差价;
根据差价补扣结果, 更新用户原始欲订购的产品的级别。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在执行所有步驟之后所述方法还 包括:
扣除月租时, 如果扣除月租不成功, 则根据余额为用户选择同一业务 梯次下低级别的产品, 并将用户原始欲订购的产品更新为当前订购的产品。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据差价补扣结果, 更新用 户原始欲订购的产品的级别, 包括:
如果差价补扣成功, 则将用户原始欲订购的产品的级别更新为当前订 购产品的级别; 如果差价补扣失败, 则维持用户原始欲订购的产品的级别 为已扣月租的产品级别。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述对用户账户扣费 包括: 发送扣费请求前, 提示用户是否同意本次扣费;
在收到用户同意本次扣费的信息后发送扣费请求;
扣费成功后, 生成用户与产品的订购关系, 记录用户原始欲订购的产 品, 并反馈给用户订购成功的响应。
6、 一种增值业务管理平台, 其中, 所述增值业务管理平台包括: 选择窗口, 设置为用户选择订购产品;
扣费请求发送模块, 设置为按用户的选择发送扣费请求以对用户账户 扣费;
调整模块, 设置为如果用户账户的余额不足, 则根据余额为用户选择 同一业务梯次下低级别的产品, 并重新发送扣费请求以对用户账户扣费。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的增值业务管理平台, 其中, 所述调整模块还设 置为:
扣除月租时, 如果所订购的产品非用户原始欲订购的产品, 但月租扣 除成功并且用户账户携带余额, 则在各梯次产品之间选择与所述用户原始 欲订购的产品匹配程度最高的产品为当前订购产品;

9、 如权利要求 7所述的增值业务管理平台, 其中, 所述调整模块还设 置为: 如果差价补扣成功, 则将用户原始欲订购的产品的级别更新为当前 订购产品的级别; 如果差价补扣失败, 则维持用户原始欲订购的产品的级 别为已扣月租的产品级别。
10、 如权利要求 6至 9中任一项所述的增值业务管理平台, 其中, 所述 调整模块还设置为:
发送扣费请求前, 提示用户是否同意本次扣费;
在收到用户同意本次扣费的信息后发送扣费请求;
扣费成功后, 生成用户与产品的订购关系, 记录用户原始欲订购的产 品, 并反馈给用户订购成功的响应。
11、 一种增值业务订购及计费的系统, 包括增值业务管理平台和在线 计费子系统, 所述在线计费子系统设置为根据增值业务管理平台发送的扣 费请求对用户账户进行扣费, 其中, 所述增值业务管理平台为权利要求 6至 10中任一项所述的所述增值业务管理平台。
