( 1 )将锁环 50与轴套 30的第二端分离, 以完成锁环 50的拆卸; (2)将轴套 30与定 位板 10分离以完成轴套组件的拆卸。 优选地, 安装步骤的第一步中和 /或拆卸步骤的第二步中, 轴套 30和定位孔 11如 果为过渡配合, 可以将传力垫板 500插入轴套 30内孔两端的内止口 33a和内止口 33b 之一中, 再将锤击传力棒 700的凸头插入传力垫板的通孔锤击以更换轴套 30。 优选地,安装步骤的第二步中和 /或拆卸步骤的第一步中,可以使用第一拆卸棒 100 和第二拆卸棒 300分别插入径向第一安装孔 311和径向第二安装孔 51, 并朝向相反的 方向施力即可很容易的将锁环 50与轴套 30分离。 本发明还提供了一种定位组件, 定位组件的实施例一参见图 5, 实施例一的定位 组件包括: 安装板 1, 用于将定位组件安装至定位装置的板形安装座上。 在安装板 1 上沿竖直方向设有定位板 10, 定位板 10上设有定位孔 11。 定位组件还包括: 轴套组 件, 轴套组件为上述的轴套组件; 其中, 轴套组件中的轴套穿设在定位孔 11中。 结合参见图 8a和图 8b, 示出了定位组件的实施例二。 实施例二与实施例一的区 别之处在为, 定位组件包括: 两个定位板 10, 均安装在安装座 1 上, 两个定位板 10 上分别设有轴套组件, 并且, 两个轴套组件同轴设置。 在实施例二中, 轴套 30具有凸 台 31的端面作为定位面。 结合参见图 9a和图 9b, 示出了定位组件的实施例三。 实施例三的定位组件与实 施例二的区别之处在于, 轴套组件设置的相对位置, 进一步说, 实施例三的定位面为 锁环 50的端面。 本发明还提供了一种工艺装备, 具有板型安装座(图中未示出), 板型安装座上设 有上述的定位组件, 该工艺装备可以适应需定位的工件的孔径和厚度尺寸的变化, 并 且拆装方便快捷。 本发明的工艺装备的其他部分请参见现有技术, 在此不再赘述。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1. 一种轴套组件, 其特征在于, 包括:
轴套 (30), 第一端具有凸台 (31 );
锁环 (50), 与所述轴套 (30) 的第二端可拆卸地连接。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的轴套组件, 其特征在于, 所述轴套 (30) 的内孔的两端 均具有内止口 (33a、 33b)。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的轴套组件, 其特征在于, 所述轴套 (30) 的第二端具有 外螺纹, 所述锁环 (50) 具有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹; 所述凸台 (31 ) 的 外侧面沿周向设有第一施力部, 所述锁环 (50 ) 的外侧面沿周向设有第二施力 部。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的轴套组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一施力部为多个切面, 所述锁环 (50) 为螺母。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的轴套组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一施力部为用于插入第 一拆卸棒的径向第一安装孔 (311 ), 所述第二施力部为用于插入第二拆卸棒的 径向第二安装孔 (51 )。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的轴套组件, 其特征在于, 所述径向第一安装孔(311 )和 径向第二安装孔(51 )均为多个, 并且, 所述径向第一安装孔(311 )沿所述凸 台 (31 ) 的周向均匀分布, 所述径向第二安装孔 (51 ) 沿所述锁环 (50) 的周 向均匀分布。
7. 一种定位组件, 包括:
安装板 (1 ), 所述安装板 (1 ) 上沿竖直方向设有定位板 (10), 所述定位 板 (10) 上设有定位孔 (11 ),
其特征在于, 所述定位组件还包括:
轴套组件, 所述轴套组件为权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的轴套组件; 其中, 所述轴套组件中的轴套穿设在所述定位孔 (11 ) 中。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的定位组件, 其特征在于, 所述定位板 (10) 为两个, 两 个所述定位板 (10) 上分别设有所述轴套组件, 并且, 两个所述轴套组件同轴 设置。
9. 一种工艺装备, 具有板形安装座, 其特征在于, 所述工艺装备还包括: 安装在 所述板形安装座上的定位组件, 所述定位组件为权利要求 7或 8所述的定位组 件。
10. 一种轴套组件的拆装方法,用于拆装权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的轴套组件, 其特征在于, 包括安装步骤和 /或拆卸步骤;
所述安装步骤包括:
将所述轴套 (30)插入定位板(10) 的定位孔 (11 ) 中, 使所述轴套 (30) 的凸台 (31 ) 贴紧所述定位板 (10) 的第一侧;
利用第一拆卸棒 (100) 和第二拆卸棒 (300) 分别插入所述轴套 (30) 的 径向第一安装孔(311 )和所述锁环(50) 的径向第二安装孔(51 ) 以使所述锁 环 (50) 与所述轴套 (30) 的第二端连接, 且使所述锁环 (50) 贴紧所述定位 板 (10) 的第二侧以完成所述轴套组件的安装;
所述拆卸步骤包括:
利用第一拆卸棒 (100) 和第二拆卸棒 (300) 分别插入所述轴套 (30) 的 径向第一安装孔(311 )和所述锁环(50) 的径向第二安装孔(51 ) 以使所述锁 环 (50) 与所述轴套 (30) 的第二端分离, 以完成所述锁环 (50) 的拆卸; 将所述轴套 (30) 与所述定位板 (10) 分离以完成所述轴套组件的拆卸。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的轴套组件的拆装方法, 其特征在于, 将所述轴套 (30) 插入定位板 (10) 的定位孔 (11 ) 的步骤和 /或将所述轴套 (30) 与所述定位板
( 10) 分离的步骤中, 还包括:
将传力垫板(500)插入所述轴套(30) 内孔两端的内止口 (33a, 33b)中, 将锤击传力棒 (700) 的凸头插入传力垫板 (500) 的通孔后锤击。
