Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur schichtweisen Erzeugung von mindestens einem Volumengitter (VG) in einem Aufzeichnungsmedium (AZM) mittels Belichtung, das mindestens eine lichtempfindliche Schicht aufweist, die für eine vorgebbare Wellenlänge (λ) des Belichtungslichts sensibilisiert ist. Jeweils ein Volumengitter (VG) wird in dem Aufzeichnungsmedium (AZM) durch mindestens zwei interferenzfähige Wellenfronten (WF1, WF2) kohärenten Lichts erzeugt, die sich in einer vorgebbaren Tiefe (z) unter einem vorgebbaren Winkel (2θ) im Aufzeichnungsmedium (AZM) mit vorgebbarem Interferenzkontrast V(z) überlagern. Die Tiefe (z) und Dicke der Brechungsindex- und/oder Transparenzmodulation eines Volumengitters (VG) im Aufzeichnungsmedium (AZM) wird in Richtung der Lichtausbreitung (z) durch eine tiefenabhängige Steuerung des räumlichen und/oder zeitlichen Kohärenzgrades (Г) der interferierenden Wellenfronten (WF1, WF2) eingestellt. Des Weiteren betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung einen Strahlvereiniger für ein holografisches Display sowie ein Solarmodul mit erhöhtem Wirkungsgrad.
