在电话会议系统的运用中, 通常情况是设置一个参加会议的用户对应 的终端号码。 在发起电话会议时, 会议主持人通过呼叫参加会议的用户对 应的终端号码的方式来通知用户进行电话会议。 这样设计, 就存在着不能 接通用户对应的终端号码的可能, 从而导致应该参加会议的用户不能成功 参加电话会议。 并且, 由于会议主持人在发起电话会议时并不知道所有参 加会议的用户身处何地, 因此为了方便联系, 设定的参加会议的用户对应 的终端号码通常为移动终端号码, 会议主持人采用呼叫移动终端号码的方 式来呼叫用户进行电话会议。 而呼叫用户移动终端号码的方式还是会存在 一些问题, 如不能接通移动终端号码, 导致用户不能成功参加会议。 如在 接通移动终端号码后, 长时间使用移动终端进行电话会议时移动终端给用 户造成的辐射问题, 以及移动终端本身的发热发烫等问题。 因此对于用户 来说, 如果可以, 他们则更加倾向于使用固话终端来进行电话会议。 但是 如果采用呼叫固话终端来代替呼叫移动终端的方式, 又会存在不能及时找 到参加会议的用户的情况。 因此, 相关技术还存在着一定的缺陷, 不能满 足参加电话会议的用户的切实需求。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 根据本发明实施例, 提供了一种电话会议系统及方法, 能 够提高接通参加会议的用户对应的终端号码的成功率。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例采用了如下技术方案:
一种电话会议系统, 包括
终端状态扫描模块, 用于获取参加会议的各个用户对应的至少一个终 端号码, 并扫描所述终端号码对应的终端状态;
业务处理模块, 用于在会议创建开始时根据预设路由原则以及所述终 端号码对应的终端状态, 选择出符合要求的终端号码进行呼叫。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述系统还包括会议管理模块, 所述会议 管理模块用于指定参加会议的各个用户。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述终端号码对应的终端状态包括以下至 少一种: 移动终端的开 /关机、 移动终端的漫游状态、 固话终端的归属地、 固话终端的登录 /未登录状态。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述终端状态扫描模块, 具体用于通过与 局方的业务交换点交互以查询移动终端的开 /关机状态; 通过与局方的位置 归属寄存器交互以查询移动终端的漫游状态; 通过与软交换点交互以查询 固话终端的归属地以及登录 /未登录状态。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述业务处理模块包括终端选择单元以及 呼叫单元; 其中, 应的终端状态, 选择出符合要求的终端号码; 其中, 所述预设路由原则为: 固话终端优先于移动终端, 和 /或本地终端号码优先于漫游地终端号码; 所述呼叫单元, 用于呼叫所述符合要求的终端号码。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述系统还包括设置模块, 所述设置模块 用于在呼通移动终端后, 按照预设规则设置替补终端;
相应地, 所述业务处理模块, 还用于在所述替补终端设置成功后, 自 动切断与移动终端的通话, 并呼叫所述替补终端。
同时, 根据本发明实施例, 还提供了一种电话会议方法, 包括以下步 驟:
获取参加会议的用户对应的至少一个终端号码, 并扫描所述终端号码 对应的终端状态;
在会议创建开始时, 根据预设路由原则以及所述终端号码对应的终端 状态, 选择出符合要求的终端号码进行呼叫。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述终端号码对应的终端状态包括以下至 少一种: 移动终端的开 /关机、 移动终端的漫游状态, 固话终端的归属地、 固话终端的登录 /未登录状态。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 扫描所述终端号码对应的终端状态为: 通过与局方的业务交换点交互来查询移动终端的开 /关机状态; 通过与局方的位置归属寄存器交互来查询移动终端的漫游状态; 通过与软交换点交互来查询固话终端的归属地以及登录 /未登录状态。 在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述预设路由原则为: 固话终端优先于移 动终端, 和 /或本地终端号码优先于漫游地终端号码。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述方法还包括:
在呼通移动终端后, 还按照预设规则设置替补终端; 在所述替补终端设置成功后, 自动切断与移动终端的通话, 并呼叫所 述替补终端。
本发明实施例的有益效果是: 根据预设路由原则以及扫描得到的参加 会议的用户对应的至少一个终端号码对应的终端状态, 选择出符合要求的 终端号码进行呼叫, 由于参加会议的用户对应的终端号码有一个或多个, 因此, 这在一定程度上提高了接通用户对应的终端号码的成功率, 从而也 在一定程度上保证了用户能够成功地参加电话会议。 附图说明

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
请参考图 1 ,本发明一种实施例的电话会议系统,包括会议管理模块 1、 终端状态扫描模块 2、 会议启呼模块 3、 业务处理模块 5、 信令处理模块 6 以及会议资源模块 4。 另外, 所述电话会议系统还可以包括数据库 7。
会议管理模块 1 用于制定会议信息, 以及指定参加会议的用户, 并将 指定的参加会议的用户的信息发送到数据库 7中存储起来。
需要说明的一点是, 会议管理模块 1 指定的不是参加会议的用户对应 的终端号码, 而是参加会议的用户姓名或者用户工号等。 数据库 7 中预存 有会议管理模块 1指定的所有可以参加会议的用户对应至少一个终端号码。 也可以这样理解, 会议管理模块 1指定的参加会议的用户一定包含在数据 库 7预存的参加会议的用户当中。 会议信息具体可包括会议任务、 会议开 始时间、 会议过程中的相关控制和管理信息。
需要说明的另一点是, 数据库 7可以属于本发明实施例所说的电话会 议系统之中, 也可以单独独立出来, 作为存储电话会议系统相关信息的存 储器。
终端状态扫描模块 2用于从数据库 7中读取会议管理模块 1指定的参 加会议的用户, 获取用户对应的终端号码, 并扫描该终端号码对应的终端 状态, 以及将扫描得到的终端号码对应的终端状态信息保存在数据库 7中。
会议启呼模块 3用于定时扫描数据库 7中的会议信息, 获取会议开始 时间以及会议标识, 并将获取到的会议开始时间与当前时间进行比较, 判 断会议开始时间是否到达。 若会议启呼模块 3判断会议开始时间已经到达, 则根据会议标识, 通知业务处理模块 5开始会议创建。
业务处理模块( Service Control Point, SCP ) 5接收会议启呼模块 3发 来的消息, 开始会议创建。 具体地, 业务处理模块 5通过会议启呼模块 3 发来的会议标识, 查询并获取会议管理模块 1指定的参加此次会议的用户、 参加此次会议的用户对应的至少一个终端号码及终端号码对应的终端状 态, 并^^据预设路由原则与用户对应的至少一个终端号码对应的终端状态, 选择出符合要求的终端号码进行呼叫, 相应完成会议创建。
具体地, 在呼叫用户对应的终端号码的过程中, 业务处理模块 5 与信 令处理模块 6进行信令交互, 以选择出符合要求的终端号码并进行呼叫。 而信令处理模块 6则用于与局方的业务交换点( Service Switching Poin, SSP ) 的进行信令交互, 将业务处理模块 5处理的信令转发给业务交换点进行用 户操作, 以及将业务交换点的处理结果返回给业务处理模块 5。
同时, 业务处理模块 5还会与管理会议资源的会议资源模块 4进行信 令交互, 以申请会议资源。 通常情况, 会议资源模块 4可以为媒体服务器, 用于向业务处理模块 5提供会议资源, 以及在会议过程进行会议录音、 会 议控制, 并在会议结束后, 完成会议资源的释放等。
上述电话会议系统中, 通过在会议创建开始时, 根据预设路由原则以 及扫描得到的参加会议的用户对应的至少一个终端号码对应的终端状态, 选择出符合要求的终端号码进行相应的呼叫, 以完成相应会议的创建。 由 于参加会议的用户对应的终端号码有一个或多个, 因此, 在选择符合要求 的终端号码时, 就有更多的机率能够选择到符合要求的终端号码, 进而进 行相应的呼叫, 从而提高了呼通参加会议的用户对应的终端号码的成功率, 在一定程度上保证了用户能够成功地参加电话会议。
需要说明的一点是, 可在数据库 7 中建立一张终端状态信息表, 终端 状态扫描模块 2则可将扫描得到的终端号码对应的终端状态保存到终端状 态信息表中。
需要说明的另一点是, 参加会议的用户对应的终端号码有一个或者多 个, 终端号码对应的终端可以为移动终端, 也可以为固话终端。 由于终端 号码对应的终端可以为移动终端和固话终端, 因此, 终端号码对应的终端 状态也可以有多种。 例如, 在本发明的一种实施例中, 当终端号码对应的 终端为移动终端时, 其对应的终端状态包括开 /关机状态, 以及漫游状态中 的至少一种。 当终端号码对应的终端为固话终端时, 其对应的终端状态包 括归属地、 以及登录 /未登录状态中的至少一种。
需要解释的是, 固话终端的归属地状态是由用户注册信息所在地决定 的。 若终端号码对应的固话终端的归属地与用户注册信息所在地相同, 则 说明该固话终端为本地固话终端, 该终端号码为本地终端号码; 若不同, 则说明该固话终端为漫游地固话终端, 该终端号码为漫游地终端号码。 例 如, 若数据库 7中存储的参加会议的用户的注册信息所在地属于深圳地区, 并且存储在数据库中的、 与该用户对应的终端号码对应的固话终端的归属 地也属于深圳地区, 则说明该固话终端为本地固话终端, 该终端号码为本 地终端号码。 同样地, 移动终端的漫游状态也由用户注册信息所在地决定, 其中, 默认移动终端的归属地与用户注册信息所在地相同, 若当前移动终 端的所在地与用户注册信息所在地不一致, 则说明移动终端发生漫游。 在 本发明实施例中, 当移动终端发生漫游时, 其对应的终端号码称为漫游地 终端号码, 若移动终端没有发生漫游, 则该移动终端对应的终端号码为本 地终端号码。
如图 2所示, 在本发明的一种实施例中, 终端状态扫描模块 2具体可 若终端号码对应的终端为移动终端时, 则终端状态扫描模块 2可通过 winnttc 分别与局方的 SSP 21和位置归属寄存器(Home Location Register, HLR) 22连接来查询移动终端的终端状态。具体地, 终端状态扫描模块 2向 SSP 21发送一条开机登记指示消息, SSP 21收到来自终端状态扫描模块 2 的开机登记指示消息后, 向该移动终端归属的 HLR 22发送位置更新消息 ( REGNOT ), HLR 22 完成位置更新操作后, 向 SSP 21 返回响应消息 ( regnot ), SSP 21将收到的响应消息后转发给终端状态扫描模块 2; 如此, 终端状态扫描模块 2 即可知道该移动终端的终端状态是否为开机状态。 而 终端状态扫描模块 2通过给 HLR 22发送漫游开机状态查询,并根据 HLR 22 返回的信息确定移动终端的漫游状态。 具体地, HLR 22可根据移动终端的 当前位置信息确定移动终端是否处于漫游状态。
若终端号码对应的终端为固话终端时, 且固话终端为 sipphone, 或 softphone时, 终端状态扫描模块 2通过向软交换点 (Soft Switch, SS )发 送登录查询消息, 并根据 SS返回的登录状态消息即可确定该固话终端的登 录 /未登录状态和归属地。 若固话终端为其它固定电话, 如公共交换电话网 络( Public Switched Telephone Network, PSTN )用户终端时, 则终端状态 扫描模块 2无需连接交换机, 直接默认为其终端状态为登录状态。
如图 3所示, 在本发明的一种实施例中, 业务处理模块 5 包括终端选 择单元 51和呼叫单元 52, 当会议管理模块 1完成了会议信息的创建, 终端 状态扫描模块 2完成了用户对应的终端号码的扫描工作, 并且会议启呼模 块 3判断会议开始时间到达后, 业务处理模块 5的终端选择单元 51会根据 预设路由原则以及数据库 7 中存储的终端号码对应的终端状态, 选择出符 合要求的终端号码,呼叫单元 52则用于呼叫选择出的符合要求的终端号码。 其中, 预设路由原则具体为: 固话终端优先于移动终端, 和 /或本地终端号 码优先于漫游地终端号码。
如图 4所示, 在实施例一中, 若终端号码对应的终端包括移动终端和 本地固话终端时, 则业务处理模块根据数据库中指定的用户及其对应的终 端号码, 按照如下方式选择符合要求的终端号码进行呼叫:
51、 终端选择单元从数据库的终端状态信息表中查询用户对应的终端 号码对应的终端状态;
52、 终端选择单元查询本地固话终端的终端状态是否为登录状态, 若 是, 则执行步驟 S3 , 否则执行步驟 S6;
53、 若本地固定终端的终端状态为登录状态, 则呼叫单元先呼叫本地 固话终端对应的终端号码;
54、 判断是否能够接通本地固话终端; 若能, 则执行步驟 S5 , 否则执 行步驟 S6;
55、 接通本地固话终端, 成功地将用户加入会场;
56、 当本地固话终端不是登录状态或对本地固话终端呼叫了几次后, 例如 3 次, 本地固话终端仍然不能呼通, 则终端选择单元再查询终端号码 对应的移动终端是否处于开机状态; 若未开机, 执行步驟 S7 , 若开机, 则 执行步驟 S8;
57、 若移动终端的终端状态为关机状态, 则呼叫单元直接放弃呼叫;
58、 若移动终端的终端状态为开机状态, 则呼叫单元直接呼叫移动终 端, 并判断能否接通移动终端, 此时不用在去查询移动终端的漫游状态; 若能接通该移动终端, 则执行步驟 S9, 否则执行步驟 S10。
59、 接通移动终端, 成功把用户加入会场。
510、 若呼叫移动终端多次后, 仍然没有接通移动终端, 则呼叫单元放 弃呼叫。
如图 5 所示, 在实施例二中, 若用户对应的终端号码对应的终端包括 手机终端及漫游地固话终端, 则业务处理模块根据数据库中的指定的用户 及其对应的终端号码, 按照如下方式选择符合要求的终端号码进行呼叫:

针对不同终端号码的组合情况, 采用不同的路由策略, 如此, 则能够 根据用户的实际情况, 选择适合的终端号码进行呼叫。 由于上述路由策略 是根据用户的实际情况和实际需求来制定的, 所以在提高呼通用户对应的 终端号码成功率的同时, 还能够尽可能地减少手机终端对用户的辐射以及 由于长时间使用手机而产生的发热发烫等问题, 最大程度满足了用户的需 求。 并且, 当用户手机终端处于漫游状态时, 能够使用漫游地固话终端代 替手机终端进行电话会议, 可以为用户减少大量的手机漫游费用, 从而提 高用户使用满意度, 提升用户体验。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 电话会议系统还包括设置模块, 当业务处 理模块呼通移动终端后, 用户可以在通话中按约定的规则设置替补终端, 设置成功后, 会议电话系统的业务处理模块会自动切断与移动终端的通话 , 并呼叫替补终端。 在呼叫了替补终端多次后, 若无法呼通, 则电话会议系 统的业务处理模块重新呼叫移动终端。 如此, 既能够保证电话会议的正常 进行, 也能够尽可能减少手机等移动终端对用户的辐射、 并且还能够减少 大量的手机费用, 最大程度满足了用户的切实需求。 其中, 设置的替补终 端可以为固话终端, 也可以为移动终端。
同时, 本发明实施例还提供了一种电话会议方法, 包括以下步驟: 获取参加会议的用户对应的至少一个终端号码, 并扫描所述终端号码 对应的终端状态;
在会议创建开始时, 根据预设路由原则以及所述终端号码对应的终端 状态, 选择出符合要求的终端号码进行呼叫。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 根据预设路由原则以及终端号码对应的终 端状态, 呼叫各个用户对应的终端号码的步驟包括:
若用户标识对应的终端号码对应的终端包括手机终端和本地固话终 端, 则先查询本地固话终端是否处于登录状态; 若为登录状态, 则先呼叫 本地固话终端; 在本地固话终端不能呼通后, 再查询手机终端是否处于开 机状态; 若为关机状态, 则直接放弃呼叫; 若为开机状态, 则呼叫手机终 端。 则先查询手机终端开机 /关机状态; 若为关机状态, 则直接放弃呼叫; 若为 开机状态, 则查询手机终端是否为漫游状态; 若否, 则直接呼叫手机; 若 是, 则查询漫游地固话终端是否处于登录状态; 若漫游地固话终端为登录 状态, 则呼叫漫游地固话终端, 在漫游地固话终端不能呼通后, 再呼叫手 机终端。
若用户对应的终端号码包括手机终端、 本地固话终端以及漫游地固话 终端, 则先查询本地固话终端是否处于登录状态; 若为登录状态, 则先呼 叫本地固话终端; 在本地固话终端不能接通后, 再查询手机终端的开机 /关 机状态; 若为关机状态, 则直接放弃呼叫; 若为开机状态, 则查询手机终 端是否为漫游状态; 若否, 则直接呼叫手机; 若是, 则查询漫游地固话终 端是否处于登录状态; 若为登录状态, 则呼叫漫游地固话终端, 在漫游地 固话终端不能接通后, 再呼叫手机终端。
在本发明的一种实施例中, 所述方法还可以包括:
在呼通移动终端后, 还按照预设规则设置替补终端; 在所述替补终端 设置成功后, 自动切断与移动终端的通话, 并呼叫所述替补终端。 具体地, 当业务处理模块呼通移动终端后, 用户可以在通话中按约定的规则设置替 补终端, 设置成功后, 会议电话系统的业务处理模块会自动切断与移动终 端的通话, 并呼叫替补终端。 在呼叫了替补终端多次后, 若无法呼通, 则 电话会议系统的业务处理模块重新呼叫移动终端。 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单 推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

1、 一种电话会议系统, 其中, 所述系统包括:
终端状态扫描模块, 用于获取参加会议的各个用户对应的至少一个终 端号码, 并扫描所述终端号码对应的终端状态;
业务处理模块, 用于在会议创建开始时根据预设路由原则以及所述终 端号码对应的终端状态, 选择出符合要求的终端号码进行呼叫。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中, 所述系统还包括会议管理模块, 用于指定参加会议的各个用户。

7、 一种电话会议方法, 其中, 所述方法包括:
获取参加会议的用户对应的至少一个终端号码, 并扫描所述终端号码 对应的终端状态;
在会议创建开始时, 根据预设路由原则以及所述终端号码对应的终端 状态, 选择出符合要求的终端号码进行呼叫。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电话会议方法, 其中, 所述终端号码对应的终 端状态包括以下至少一种: 移动终端的开 /关机、 移动终端的漫游状态、 固 话终端的归属地、 固话终端的登录 /未登录状态。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的电话会议方法, 其中, 扫描所述终端号码对应 的终端状态为:
通过与局方的业务交换点交互来查询移动终端的开 /关机状态; 通过与局方的位置归属寄存器交互来查询移动终端的漫游状态; 通过与软交换点交互来查询固话终端的归属地以及登录 /未登录状态。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的电话会议方法, 其中, 所述预设路由原则为: 固话终端优先于移动终端, 和 /或本地终端号码优先于漫游地终端号码。
11、 如权利要求 7至 9任一项所述的电话会议方法, 其中, 所述方法 还包括:
在呼通移动终端后, 还按照预设规则设置替补终端;
在所述替补终端设置成功后, 自动切断与移动终端的通话, 并呼叫所 述替补终端。
