本实用新型涉及一种雨刷, 尤其涉及一种节能无骨雨刷。 背景技术
因为两根钢片的弧度和压力不可能完全一致,所以导致施加在玻璃上 的压力不均匀, 影响刷雨效果; 还有目前市场上的无骨雨刮片, 封头 都是卡在封条的两端, 封头与封条是分体结构, 不仅影响雨刷的整体 外观, 而且增加了风阻, 影响刷雨效果。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种玻璃面受力均匀、外观美观流畅、 能有效减小风阻并能提高刷雨效果的雨刷。 为了达到上述目的, 本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 一种节能无骨雨刷, 包括连接器、 钢片、 胶条、 封条、 刷头, 钢片连接在连接器上, 封条套在钢片的两端, 连接器与刷头连接, 所 述钢片为一整体结构, 所述钢片中间纵向有一长槽, 长槽一端有一入 口, 胶条夹在钢片的长槽中;
其中, 钢片与连接器采用铆接方式连接; 其中, 钢片两端外侧设有卡槽, 封条的对应位置设有卡点, 卡点 卡在卡槽内;
其中, 所述钢片的两端套有封条; 封条是一体式结构; 其中, 刷头与连接器的连接方式是卡扣式连接; 其中, 刷头与封条的外观迎风面均为流线型曲面; 其中, 胶条是可伸缩、 有弹性的。 本实用新型在传统无骨雨刷基础上,雨刷片由原来的两根钢片改 为一根钢片, 钢片为一整体, 中间纵向开有一长槽, 这样就使得玻璃 面受力均勾;改变了封条和封头分体结构,改为封条一体式结构设计, 使得本发明的外观更简单流畅,封条与刷头的表面采用流线形曲面设 计,使风阻有效降低的同时又增加了玻璃面的压力,提升了清洁效果, 而且降低了能耗; 本实用新型刷头与连接器采用卡扣式连接, 使得更 换和维修更加方便快捷。 附图说明 图 1为本实用新型结构的示意图。

实施例 1 : 一种节能无骨雨刷, 包括连接器、 钢片、 胶条、 封条、 刷头, 钢片连接在连接器上, 封条套在钢片的两端, 连接器与刷头连 接, 钢片为一整体结构, 钢片中间纵向有一长槽, 长槽一端冲有一入 口, 通过所述入口, 将胶条夹在钢片的长槽中; 钢片与连接器采用两 铆接点铆接、 四个定位点定位, 使钢片与连接器无相对运动; 钢片两 端外侧设有卡槽, 同时封条的对应位置设有卡点, 当卡点卡在槽内时 封条即被定位不会脱落; 钢片的两端套有封条, 封条是一体的; 刷头 与封条的外观迎风面均为流线型曲面;刷头与连接器采用卡扣式方式 连接。 其中, 本实用新型使用的胶条是可伸缩、 有弹性的。

5、 如权利要求 1所述的一种节能无骨雨刷, 其特征在于: 刷头 与连接器的连接方式是卡扣式连接。
