背景技术
传统的雨刷为有骨雨刷，只有支点固定雨刷，若有橡胶刮条损坏则需要更换整个雨刷。现在汽车雨刷大多是无骨雨刷，无骨雨刷凭借独特的自适应弹簧钢弹片，均匀分散压力，使得刮片各部分受力平衡，避免了传统雨刷的弊端。但目前还没有出现一种单弹簧片的无骨雨刷，使其结构更简单，使用更方便。
发明内容
针对现有无骨雨刷技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种结构合理、均匀施压的无骨雨刷单片弹簧片。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本实用新型包括有条形的弹簧片主体，其中，弹簧片主体，系指无骨雨刷的钢架主体，且该弹簧片主体是由一片弹簧片组成，在弹簧片上设有若干个卡扣孔。
所述弹簧片上的卡孔为4～8对，每对卡孔内固定一个卡扣。
所述的卡扣有两个卡脚，该卡扣的两个卡脚形成开口槽，用于固定连接橡胶刮条。
所述弹簧片的中心处部位设有与雨刷接头相连接的槽形开口。
所述弹簧片的上表面有拱形的橡胶护套。
本实用新型具有如下有益的效果：
1、雨刷钢架采用单弹簧片结构，其上连接有卡扣，橡胶刮条穿过卡扣上的开口槽，固定时通过雨刷接头固定在雨刷臂上，与空气动力学的完美结合，彻底消除汽车高速行驶时由于风力造成的运动抖动，使刮条对玻璃的磨损降到最低。
2、无骨雨刷设计简单、结构轻小，无骨雨刷不用更换雨刷臂，更经济，更方便。

具体实施方式
实施例：结构如图1、图2、图3所示，本实用新型包括有条形的弹簧片主体1，其中，弹簧片主体1，系指无骨雨刷的钢架主体，且该弹簧片主体是由一片弹簧片组成。弹簧片主体上设有卡孔4，用于固定卡扣2，如图2，卡扣2是具有开口槽的结构，且卡脚上设有倒角结构，可以很牢固的固定在弹簧片主体上，卡扣2及与其配合的卡孔4的数量可以是4对～8对，即每个卡扣有两个卡脚，分别固定在一对卡孔中。该卡扣的两个卡脚形成开口槽8，用于固定连接橡胶刮条。在弹簧片主体的中心处部位设有与雨刷接头7相连接的连接槽形开口3。弹簧片主体的上表面有拱形的橡胶护套6，弹簧片主体两端的侧边也分别有开口，用于固定雨刷端盖5。

1.无骨雨刷单片弹簧片，包括有条形的弹簧片主体，其特征在于：弹簧片主体，系指无骨雨刷的钢架主体，且该弹簧片主体是由一片弹簧片组成，在弹簧片上设有若干个卡孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的无骨雨刷单片弹簧片，其特征在于：所述弹簧片上的卡孔为4～8对，每对卡孔内固定一个卡扣。
3.如权利要求2所述的无骨雨刷单片弹簧片，其特征在于：所述的卡扣有两个卡脚，该卡扣的两个卡脚形成开口槽，用于固定连接橡胶刮条。
4.如权利要求1所述的无骨雨刷单片弹簧片，其特征在于：所述弹簧片的中心处部位设有与雨刷接头相连接的槽形开口。
5.如权利要求1所述的无骨雨刷单片弹簧片，其特征在于：所述弹簧片的上表面有拱形的橡胶护套。
