이러한 음악 프로듀싱 서비스에서는, 음원 서비스 사이트에 가입한 모든 사용자가 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 이용하여 음악앨범을 제작할 수도 있고, 음원 서비스 사이트에 가입한 사용자 중에서 소정의 자격을 부여받은 사용자만이 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 이용하여 음악앨범을 제작할 수도 있다.

위에서 언급한 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스는, 사용자가 음악앨범 제목 입력, 음악앨범 이미지 업로드(Upload), 음악 선곡 등을 할 수 있는 툴(Tool)로서, 단말기(110)에 제공되어 화면으로 표시된다.
전술한 음악앨범 등록 요청부(203)는, 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 통해 입력된 음악 선곡 정보, 음악앨범 제목 정보 및 음악앨범 이미지 등이 포함된 음악앨범 정보에 대한 음악앨범 등록 요청 정보를 단말기(110)로부터 수신한다.
이러한 음악앨범 등록 요청부(203)는 음악 선곡 정보, 음악앨범 제목 정보 및 음악앨범 이미지 등이 포함된 음악앨범 정보를 수신하여 데이터베이스(DB: Database, 이하 "DB"라 함, 212)에 저장한다.
여기서, 음악앨범 정보는 음악 선곡 정보, 음악앨범 제목 정보 및 음악앨범 이미지 이외에도, 음악앨범 설명 정보, 음악앨범 레이아웃(Layout) 정보, 음악앨범의 대표 장르 정보, 태그 정보 등 중 하나 이상을 더 포함할 수 있다.
이러한 음악앨범 정보에 포함된 음악 선곡 정보는 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스에서의 음악 선택 창을 통해, 음원 서비스 사이트에서 제공되는 음악 리스트 중에서 사용자에 의해 선택된 하나 이상의 음악에 대한 정보를 포함한다.

여기서, 음원 서비스 사이트를 통해 음악앨범 리스트가 노출될 때, 전체 음악앨범 리스트가 노출될 수도 있고, 특정 사용자(음악 PD)가 제작한 음악앨범에 대한 음악앨범 리스트가 노출될 수 있으며, 특정 장르, 특정 테마 등의 조건을 만족하는 해당 음악앨범에 대한 음악앨범 리스트가 노출될 수도 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 음악 프로듀싱 서비스에서는, 음원 서비스 사이트에 가입한 모든 사용자가 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 이용하여 음악앨범을 제작할 수도 있고, 음원 서비스 사이트에 가입한 사용자 중에서 소정의 자격을 부여받은 사용자만이 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 이용하여 음악앨범을 제작할 수도 있다.
만약, 음원 서비스 사이트에 가입한 사용자 중에서 소정의 자격을 부여받은 사용자만이 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 이용하여 음악앨범을 제작하는 경우, 음악앨범을 제작할 자격을 부여받은 사용자를 "음악 프로듀서(PD: Producer, 이하 "PD"라 함)"라고 한다.
음악 PD만이 음악앨범을 제작할 수 있는 경우, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버(100)는, 사용자가 음악 PD를 지원할 수 있도록 해주는 기능과, 음악 PD를 지원한 사용자를 소정의 선정 기준에 따라 음악 PD로서 선정하는 기능 등을 제공해야만 한다.
이를 위해, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버(100)는, 사용자의 단말기(110)로 음악 PD 지원 인터페이스를 제공하고 이러한 음악 PD 지원 인터페이스를 통해 사용자의 단말기(110)로부터 사용자 정보 등이 포함된 음악 PD 지원 정보를 수신하고, 수신한 음악 PD 지원 정보를 토대로, 미리 정의된 음악 PD 자격 기준 정보, 수집된 해당 사용자의 음원 서비스 사이트 이용 정보 및 관리자에 의해 입력된 관리자 평가 정보 등 중 하나 이상을 참조하여 해당 사용자(지원자)에 대한 음악 PD 자격 여부를 결정하고, 이러한 결정에 따라 해당 사용자(지원자)를 음악 PD로서 선정하여 해당 사용자의 사용자 정보를 음악 P리스트에 포함시켜 DB(212)에 저장하는 음악 PD 선정부(201)를 더 포함한다.

이러한 음악 PD 선정부(201)가 서버(100)에 더 포함된 경우, 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스 제공부(202)는, 사용자의 단말기(110)로부터 음악앨범 제작 요청 정보를 수신하면, 수신된 음악앨범 제작 요청 정보에 포함된 사용자 정보가 음악 PD 리스트에 포함되어 있는지를 확인하여, 확인 결과, 포함되어 있으면 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 단말기(110)로 제공한다.
이러한 음악 PD 선정부(201)는, 음악앨범 제작 요청 정보에 포함된 사용자 정보가 음악 PD 리스트에 포함되어 있는지를 확인한 결과, 포함되어 있는 경우에는 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 단말기(110)로 제공하여 음악앨범 제작 화면 단말기(110)의 화면에 표시되도록 제어하고, 포함되어 있지 않은 경우에는 "음악 PD를 지원하셔야 음악앨범을 만들 수 있습니다."라는 안내 메시지가 단말기(110)의 화면에 표시되도록 제어하고, 해당 사용자 정보가 음악 PD 자격이 없는 사용자 정보로서 이미 분류되어 있는 경우에는 "음악 PD 자격이 없어 음악앨범 만들기가 불가능합니다."라는 안내 메시지가 단말기(110)의 화면에 표시되도록 제어할 수 있다.
전술한 음악 PD 선정부(201)는, 사용자의 단말기(110)로부터 수신한 음악 PD 지원 정보를 토대로, 미리 정의된 음악 PD 자격 기준 정보, 해당 사용자에 대하여 수집된 음원 서비스 사이트 이용 정보 및 관리자에 의해 입력된 관리자 평가 정보 등 중 하나 이상을 참조하여, 정해진 평가 항목별로 평가 점수를 산출하고, 산출된 평가 점수를 합산한 합산 점수가 기준 점수 이상인 경우에 해당 사용자가 음악 PD로서 자격이 있는 것으로 결정할 수 있다.

이와 같이, 컴퓨터가 기록매체에 기록된 프로그램을 읽어 들여 프로그램으로 구현된 전술한 기능들을 실행시키기 위하여, 전술한 프로그램은 컴퓨터의 프로세서(CPU)가 컴퓨터의 장치 인터페이스(Interface)를 통해 읽힐 수 있는 C, C++, JAVA, 기계어 등의 컴퓨터 언어로 코드화된 코드(Code)를 포함할 수 있다.
이러한 코드는 전술한 기능들을 정의한 함수 등과 관련된 기능적인 코드(Function Code)를 포함할 수 있고, 전술한 기능들을 컴퓨터의 프로세서가 소정의 절차대로 실행시키는데 필요한 실행 절차 관련 제어 코드를 포함할 수도 있다.
또한, 이러한 코드는 전술한 기능들을 컴퓨터의 프로세서가 실행시키는데 필요한 추가 정보나 미디어가 컴퓨터의 내부 또는 외부 메모리의 어느 위치(주소 번지)에서 참조 되어야 하는지에 대한 메모리 참조 관련 코드를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 컴퓨터의 프로세서가 전술한 기능들을 실행시키기 위하여 원격(Remote)에 있는 어떠한 다른 컴퓨터나 서버 등과 통신이 필요한 경우, 코드는 컴퓨터의 프로세서가 컴퓨터의 통신 모듈을 이용하여 원격(Remote)에 있는 어떠한 다른 컴퓨터나 서버 등과 어떻게 통신해야만 하는지, 통신 시 어떠한 정보나 미디어를 송수신해야 하는지 등에 대한 통신 관련 코드를 더 포함할 수도 있다.
그리고, 본 발명을 구현하기 위한 기능적인(Functional) 프로그램과 이와 관련된 코드 및 코드 세그먼트 등은, 기록매체를 읽어서 프로그램을 실행시키는 컴퓨터의 시스템 환경 등을 고려하여, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 프로그래머들에 의해 용이하게 추론되거나 변경될 수도 있다.
이상에서 전술한 바와 같은 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽힐 수 있는 기록매체는, 일 예로, ROM, RAM, CD-ROM, 자기 테이프, 플로피디스크, 광 미디어 저장장치 등이 있다.
또한 전술한 바와 같은 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽힐 수 있는 기록매체는 네트워크로 커넥션된 컴퓨터 시스템에 분산되어, 분산방식으로 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드가 저장되고 실행될 수 있다. 이 경우, 다수의 분산된 컴퓨터 중 어느 하나 이상의 컴퓨터는 상기에 제시된 기능들 중 일부를 실행하고, 그 결과를 다른 분산된 컴퓨터들 중 하나 이상에 그 실행 결과를 전송할 수 있으며, 그 결과를 전송받은 컴퓨터 역시 상기에 제시된 기능들 중 일부를 실행하여, 그 결과를 역시 다른 분산된 컴퓨터들에 제공할 수 있다.
특히, 전술한 기능들을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램인 음악 프로듀싱 서비스 관련 애플리케이션을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체는 애플리케이션 스토어 서버(1420)에 포함된 저장매체(예: 하드디스크 등) 또는 애플리케이션 스토어 서버(1420) 그 자체일 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하기 위해 전술한 기능들을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 기록매체를 읽을 수 있는 컴퓨터는, 일반적인 데스크 탑이나 노트북 등의 일반 PC 뿐만 아니라, 스마트 폰, 태블릿 PC, PDA(Personal Digital Assistants) 및 이동통신 단말기 등의 모바일 단말기(1410)를 포함할 수 있으며, 이뿐만 아니라, 컴퓨팅(Computing) 가능한 모든 기기로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하기 위해 전술한 기능들을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램인 애플리케이션을 기록한 기록매체를 읽을 수 있는 컴퓨터가 스마트 폰, 태블릿 PC, PDA(Personal Digital Assistants) 및 이동통신 단말기 등의 모바일 단말기(1410)인 경우, 애플리케이션은 애플리케이션 스토어 서버(100)에서 일반 PC로 다운로드 되어 동기화 프로그램을 통해 모바일 단말기(1410)에 설치될 수 있다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의하면, 사용자가 음악을 직접 선곡하여 음악앨범을 제작할 수 있는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
이러한 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 통해, 사용자는 음악 프로듀서가 되는 체험을 해볼 수 있으며, 자신이 제작한 음악앨범이 다른 사용자에게 판매되는 것을 볼 때 더욱 큰 재미를 느낄 수 있을 것이다.
이에 따라, 음원 서비스 사이트를 이용하는 사용자가 늘어는 것과 함께, 사용자가 제작한 음악앨범을 통한 음원 판매 및 홍보가 이루어질 수 있다.
이상에서, 본 발명의 실시예를 구성하는 모든 구성 요소들이 하나로 결합되거나 결합되어 동작하는 것으로 설명되었다고 해서, 본 발명이 반드시 이러한 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 즉, 본 발명의 목적 범위 안에서라면, 그 모든 구성 요소들이 하나 이상으로 선택적으로 결합하여 동작할 수도 있다. 또한, 그 모든 구성 요소들이 각각 하나의 독립적인 하드웨어로 구현될 수 있지만, 각 구성 요소들의 그 일부 또는 전부가 선택적으로 조합되어 하나 또는 복수 개의 하드웨어에서 조합된 일부 또는 전부의 기능을 수행하는 프로그램 모듈을 갖는 컴퓨터 프로그램으로서 구현될 수도 있다. 그 컴퓨터 프로그램을 구성하는 코드들 및 코드 세그먼트들은 본 발명의 기술 분야의 당업자에 의해 용이하게 추론될 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 컴퓨터 프로그램은 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 저장매체(Computer Readable Media)에 저장되어 컴퓨터에 의하여 읽혀지고 실행됨으로써, 본 발명의 실시예를 구현할 수 있다. 컴퓨터 프로그램의 저장매체로서는 자기 기록매체, 광 기록매체, 등이 포함될 수 있다.
또한, 이상에서 기재된 "포함하다", "구성하다" 또는 "가지다" 등의 용어는, 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한, 해당 구성 요소가 내재될 수 있음을 의미하는 것이므로, 다른 구성 요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성 요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것으로 해석되어야 한다. 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함한 모든 용어들은, 다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 가진다. 사전에 정의된 용어와 같이 일반적으로 사용되는 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥 상의 의미와 일치하는 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 발명에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

본 특허출원은 2011년 6월 3일 한국에 출원한 특허출원번호 제 10-2011-0053657 호에 대해 미국 특허법 119(a)조 (35 U.S.C § 119(a))에 따라 우선권을 주장하며, 그 모든 내용은 참고문헌으로 본 특허출원에 병합된다. 아울러, 본 특허출원은 미국 이외에 국가에 대해서도 위와 동일한 이유로 우선권을 주장하면 그 모든 내용은 참고문헌으로 본 특허출원에 병합된다.

Claims (15)

  1. 음원 서비스 사이트에 가입한 사용자의 단말기로부터 사용자 정보가 포함된 음악앨범 제작 요청 정보가 수신되면 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 상기 단말기로 제공하는 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스 제공부;
    상기 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 통해 입력된 음악 선곡 정보, 음악앨범 제목 정보 및 음악앨범 이미지 중 적어도 하나 이상이 포함된 음악앨범 정보에 대한 음악앨범 등록 요청 정보를 상기 단말기로부터 수신하는 음악앨범 등록 요청부;
    상기 음악앨범 등록 요청 정보가 수신되면, 상기 음악앨범 정보를 음악앨범 리스트에 등록시키는 음악앨범 등록부; 및
    상기 음악앨범 리스트에 등록된 상기 음악앨범 정보가 상기 음원 서비스 사이트를 통해 노출되도록 제어하는 음악앨범 노출부를 포함하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 음악앨범 등록 요청부에 의해 상기 음악앨범 등록 요청 정보가 수신되면, 상기 음악앨범 정보에 포함된 상기 음악 선곡 정보, 상기 음악앨범 제목 정보 및 상기 음악앨범 이미지 중 적어도 하나 이상이 미리 정의된 승인 기준 정보를 만족하는지를 판단하여 상기 음악앨범 정보에 대한 등록 여부를 결정하여 결정된 결과를 상기 음악앨범 등록부로 전달하는 음악앨범 검수부를 더 포함하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 음악앨범 노출부는,
    상기 음악앨범 정보에 포함된 상기 음악 선곡 정보, 상기 음악앨범 제목 정보 및 상기 음악앨범 이미지 중 하나 이상과 미리 정의된 노출 기준 정보를 토대로 노출 위치, 노출 순서, 노출 방식 및 노출 시간 중 하나 이상을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자의 단말기로부터 상기 사용자 정보가 포함된 음악 프로듀서 지원 정보를 수신하여, 상기 음악 프로듀서 지원 정보를 토대로, 미리 정의된 음악 프로듀서 자격 기준 정보, 수집된 음원 서비스 사이트 이용 정보 및 입력된 관리자 평가 정보 중 하나 이상을 참조하여 상기 사용자에 대한 음악 프로듀서 자격 여부를 결정하고, 결정에 따라 상기 사용자를 음악 프로듀서로서 선정하여 상기 사용자 정보를 음악 프로듀서 리스트에 포함시켜 저장하는 음악 프로듀서 선정부를 더 포함하고,
    상기 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스 제공부는,
    상기 수신된 음악앨범 제작 요청 정보에 포함된 사용자 정보가 상기 음악 프로듀서 리스트에 포함되어 있는지를 확인하여, 확인 결과에 따라 상기 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 음악 프로듀서 선정부는,
    상기 음악 프로듀서 지원 정보를 토대로, 상기 미리 정의된 음악 프로듀서 자격 기준 정보, 상기 수집된 음원 서비스 사이트 이용 정보 및 상기 입력된 관리자 평가 정보 중 하나 이상을 참조하여, 정해진 평가 항목별로 평가 점수를 산출하고, 산출된 평가 점수를 합산한 합산 점수가 기준 점수 이상인 경우에 상기 사용자가 상기 음악 프로듀서로서 자격이 있는 것으로 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  6. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 음악 프로듀서 지원 정보는 상기 사용자 정보, 포트폴리오 URL 정보 및 지원동기 정보를 포함하고, 상기 음원 서비스 사이트 이용 정보는 상기 사용자가 유료 이용자인지 무료 이용자를 식별하는 이용자 유형 정보 및 상기 사용자의 구매 이력 정보 중 하나 이상을 포함하며, 상기 음악 프로듀서 자격 기준 정보는 포트폴리오 유무 또는 개수에 대한 기준 정보, 상기 이용자 유형 정보에 대한 기준 정보 및 상기 구매 이력 정보에 대한 기준 정보 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  7. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 음원 서비스 사이트를 통해 노출된 상기 음악앨범 정보에 대한 음악앨범 퍼가기 요청 정보가 입력되면 상기 음악 프로듀서인 상기 사용자의 개인 웹 페이지에서 상기 음악앨범 정보가 표시되도록 해주는 앨범 퍼가기 소스코드를 제공하는 음악앨범 부가 기능 제공부를 더 포함하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  8. 제4항에 있어서,
    음악 프로듀싱 서비스 관련 정보 요청에 따라, 상기 음악앨범 리스트, 음악 프로듀서 리스트, 음악 프로듀서 정보, 특정 음악 프로듀서에 대응되는 음악앨범 정보, 음악앨범 인기 차트 정보 및 음악 프로듀서 인기 차트 정보 중 하나 이상을 획득하여 제공하는 정보 제공부를 더 포함하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  9. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 음원 서비스 사이트를 통해 노출된 상기 음악앨범 정보에 포함된 음악들의 전체 또는 일부 음원에 대한 다운로드 요청 정보 또는 듣기 요청 정보를 구매자 단말기로부터 수신하면 구매 절차를 수행하여 하나 이상의 해당 음원을 상기 구매자 단말기로 제공하는 음원 구매 관리부를 더 포함하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 구매 절차를 통해 해당 음원을 상기 구매자 단말기로 제공하면, 상기 음악 프로듀서인 상기 사용자에 대한 리워드 포인트 지급 처리를 수행하는 리워드 관리부를 더 포함하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 리워드 관리부는,
    상기 음악 프로듀서인 상기 사용자에 대한 음악앨범 제작 활동 정보 및 음악앨범 구매 실적 정보 중 하나 이상에 근거하여 적립 리워드 포인트에 가산되는 리워드 포인트를 단계적으로 변경하여 상기 리워드 포인트 지급 처리를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  12. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 리워드 관리부는,
    하나의 음악앨범에 대하여 곡당 평균 다운로드 매출 금액을 산출하여 적립 리워드 포인트를 계산하고, 상기 계산된 적립 리워드 포인트가 일정 금액 이상이 되어 현금 인출 요청 정보가 수신되면 입력된 계좌관련 정보를 상기 음악 프로듀서 지원 정보에 포함된 휴대폰 번호를 통해 확인하여 상기 현금 인출 처리를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  13. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 음악 프로듀서 리스트에 포함된 사용자 정보에 대응되는 음악 프로듀서 활동 정보 및 음악앨범 정보 중 하나 이상을 수집하여 미리 정의된 음악 프로듀서 퇴출 기준 정보에 근거하여 해당 음악 프로듀서에 대응되는 사용자 정보를 상기 음악 프로듀서 리스트에서 삭제하는 음악 프로듀서 퇴출부를 더 포함하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 서버.
  14. 서버가 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 있어서,
    음원 서비스 사이트에 가입한 사용자의 단말기로부터 사용자 정보가 포함된 음악앨범 제작 요청 정보가 수신되면 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 상기 단말기로 제공하는 단계;
    상기 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스를 통해 입력된 음악 선곡 정보, 음악앨범 제목 정보 및 음악앨범 이미지 중 적어도 하나 이상이 포함된 음악앨범 정보에 대한 음악앨범 등록 요청 정보를 상기 단말기로부터 수신하는 단계;
    상기 음악앨범 등록 요청 정보가 수신되면, 상기 음악앨범 정보를 음악앨범 리스트에 등록시키는 단계; 및
    상기 음악앨범 리스트에 등록된 상기 음악앨범 정보가 상기 음원 서비스 사이트를 통해 노출되도록 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
  15. 음악 프로듀싱 서비스를 제공하기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 기록매체에 있어서,
    음악 선곡 창과 정보 입력 창을 포함하는 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스 화면을 디스플레이하는 기능과,
    상기 음악앨범 제작 인터페이스 화면을 통해 입력된 음악 선곡 정보, 음악앨범 제목 정보 및 음악앨범 이미지 중 적어도 하나 이상이 포함된 음악앨범 정보에 대한 음악앨범 등록 요청 정보를 음원 서비스 사이트의 서버로 송신하는 기능과,
    상기 서버에 의해 등록된 음악앨범 정보가 상기 음원 서비스 사이트를 통해 노출된 화면을 표시하는 기능을 실행하는 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체.
