- the side holes 11 and 12 are preferably formed in the vicinity of the tip of the outer cylinder 10.
- a slit (engagement portion) 13 extending in the direction of the axis C1 of the outer cylinder 10 is formed on the distal end side of the outer cylinder 10 (see FIG. 1).
- the outer diameter of the outer cylinder 10 is set to, for example, about 5 to 10 mm, and the length of the outer cylinder 10 is set to about several hundred mm.
- the outer cylinder 10 is made of a flexible material having biocompatibility such as silicone, PTFE, rubber, and a superelastic alloy such as Ni—Ti.
- the shaft 20 is formed in an elongated cylindrical shape.
- the shaft 20 is set longer than the outer cylinder 10 in the direction of the axis C1.

Furthermore, since the grooves 60A and 60B are formed in a substantially semicircular shape, the suture S that engages with the grooves 60A and 60B can be easily slid in the axial direction of the shaft 20. In this modification, three or more grooves may be formed.
- the shaft 20 may be formed into a regular polygonal prism shape with an even number of sides, such as a square, a regular hexagon, a regular hexagon, and the like on the tip side. Good. Also in this case, since a pair of thread hooks parallel to each other is formed on the tip surface of the shaft as in the above embodiment, the same effect as in the above embodiment can be achieved.
- a grasping forceps 58 shown in FIG. In the moving step described above, the gripping forceps 58 is pushed into the distal end side with the pair of gripping pieces 59 open. Accordingly, the suture S can be sandwiched between the gripping pieces 59, and the displacement of the suture S from the gripping forceps 58 can be more reliably suppressed.
- the slit 13 is formed as the engaging portion.
- the shape of the engaging portion is not limited thereto, and may be a concave portion or a convex portion formed on the inner peripheral surface on the distal end side of the outer cylinder 10 as long as it is a shape that engages with the protrusion 24 of the shaft 20. .
- the wrapping portion K is formed as a connecting portion by the suture S in the suture pushing method.
- a knot that allows the other end S2 to slide with respect to the one end S1 of the suture S may be formed as the connecting portion.
- suture push-in device it is possible to suppress the displacement of the direction of the distal end side of the shaft in the circumferential direction with respect to the outer cylinder.

Abstract
