광 이미지 셔터 및 그 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 광 이미지 셔터는, 전기장 에 따라 굴절율이 변하는 전광 박막층, 전광 박막층을 사이에 두고 이격 배치된 제 1 및 제 2 전극 및 제 1 전극과 전광 박막층의 사이 및 제 2 전극과 상기 전광 박막층 의 사이 중 적어도 하나의 영역에 배치되어 전광 박막층으로의 전류 유입을 방지하 는 통전 방지층를 포함한다.
