申请人注意到, 点钞机、 验钞机每年有几百万台的用户, 而便携式终端 (例如手机、 笔记本、 PDA等)每年要有几亿的用户, 用户量非常庞大, 若 能有效地根据不同层次的客户需求和使用场景, 提供不同的金融鉴伪服务, 在满足鉴伪要求高的客户需求同时, 还能够针对便携式终端市场, 为广大普 通用户提供了一种可随时随地完成日常鉴伪的解决方案, 建立起更为完善的 金融鉴伪体系, 则能够在更大的层面上起到保护社会金融安全的作用, 这将 会具有非常广阔的商业前景。

本发明充分考虑了现实生活中各种金融鉴伪需求以及金融鉴伪场景, 构 建出一种基于 C/S架构的金融鉴伪系统, 由鉴伪能力强的客户端 (即第一客 户端)为数据库的建立和更新提供数据, 该数据库具有时效性强, 数据更新 及时的特点; 同时, 开发便携式终端这一市场的巨大用户群潜力, 充分利用 便携式终端普遍具有的功能, 包括无线通信能力、 数据传输能力, 由这类鉴 伪能力弱的客户端(即第二客户端)与鉴伪能力强的客户端(即第一客户端) 共享同一数据库, 从而使得鉴伪能力弱的客户端 (即第二客户端)也能够享 受到鉴伪能力强的客户端 (即第一客户端) 的劳动成果, 通过查询所述数据 库即可获得纸币或票据的真伪。 在具体实现时, 无须对便携式终端进行硬件 改动, 通过软件加载的方式即可实现, 成本低, 易于实现, 易于推广应用, 为广大普通用户提供了一种可随时随地完成日常鉴伪的解决方案, 以较低的 成本可享受更高的服务。
考虑到真钞流通量的巨大, 以及终端号码釆集处理能力的缺失, 通过真 钞数据库, 达到鉴别假钞的目的, 在目前来说, 还不具备操作性。 较佳地, 本发明提出在金融管理数据库中维护假纸币或者假票据的序列号, 在检测出 假纸币或者假票据后, 金融管理数据库根据其序列号进行动态更新, 重构整 个钞票鉴伪系统, 其具有可操作性。 即, 所述第一客户端, 在检测出纸币或 票据为假后, 将所述假的纸币或票据的序列号发送给所述金融鉴伪服务器, 以更新所述金融管理数据库。 所述第二客户端, 查询所述金融鉴伪服务器的 金融管理数据库, 以得到所述待检测的纸币或票据的真伪信息包括: 查询所 述金融管理数据库中假的纸币或票据的序列号, 若存在与所述待检测的纸币 或票据的序列号相同的序列号, 则认为所述待检测的纸币或票据的真伪信息 为可疑, 从而快速确定待检测的纸币或票据的真伪信息。
较佳地, 所述第一客户端也可以利用假币数据库对非第一次检测 (暨同 种类型的假币曾经被验钞机具检测过) 的假币实现快速检测。 即, 所述第一 客户端检测待检测的纸币或票据的真伪可以包括: 根据待检测的纸币或票据 的序列号, 查询所述金融管理数据库中假的纸币或票据的序列号, 若存在与 所述待检测的纸币或票据的序列号相同的序列号, 则认为所述待检测的纸币 则检测所述待检测的纸币或票据上的防伪特征, 以确定真伪。 从而非常容易 地解决现实中大量存在的非第一次检测 (暨同种类型的假币曾经被验钞机具 检测过) 的假币的鉴别有效性、 稳定性, 极大地提高了整体系统的假币识别 水平, 并且丝毫不会影响真钞识别的稳定性和鲁棒性。 系统性能大幅地提升 一个乃至几个数量级, 而系统成本并没有显著增加。
所述第一客户端可以按照下述方式中至少之一检测所述待检测纸币或 者票据的防伪特征以确定真伪: 变色油墨检测、 隐形印刷检测、 水印检测、 安全线检测、 磁性检测、 红外或紫外特征检测。
需注意的是, 在判断为假币或者假票据后, 需要经过权威机构认定, 认 定确实为假币后, 再更新至所述金融管理数据库中。
较佳地,所述第一客户端,还可以检测待检测的纸币或票据的新旧程度, 和 /或流通过程, 并根据检测结果更新所述金融鉴伪服务器的金融管理数据 库。 所述流通过程可以包括例如流通时间、 地域、 面额等信息。 即, 所述金 融管理数据库中还可包含纸币或票据的新旧程度, 和 /或流通过程信息。 相应 地, 所述第一客户端和 /或所述第二客户端, 还可以根据待检测的纸币或票据 的序列号, 查询所述金融鉴伪服务器的金融管理数据库, 得到待检测的纸币 或票据的新旧程度, 和 /或流通过程信息。
较佳地, 所述金融管理数据库中还可以包括纸币或票据的其他信息, 例 如是否为丟失需收缴状态等, 本发明在此不做限制。 所述第一客户端和 /或所 述第二客户端可以根据待检测的纸币或票据的序列号, 查询所述金融鉴伪服 务器的金融管理数据库, 即可获得所述序列号对应的各种信息, 丰富了金融 管理信息, 更便于鉴伪和追踪。
其中, 所述金融鉴伪服务器是以序列号为索引维护所述金融管理数据 库, 每个序列号的信息存储到对应序列号下。 较佳地, 所述金融管理数据库 后端数据表的建立可以按照功能来建表, 假币、 未收缴的分表建一个表, 这 样数据库做查询时可以更快的映射到要查询的数据信息所在的表。
较佳地, 考虑到目前很多便携式终端都具有摄像头, 本发明实施例充分 利用便携式终端的摄像头的图像釆集功能, 提供一种可自动识别待检测的纸 币或票据的序列号的方案: 通过摄像头釆集纸币或票据的序列号图像; 从所 述序列号图像中提取出序列号信息。 在釆集图像时, 可以根据需要调整移动 终端的摄像头与纸币、 票据的相对位置与角度, 以获取满意的图像效果。
所述第一客户端可以按照下述方式从序列号图像中提取出序列号信息: 对获取的序列号图像进行分析, 包括彩色图像灰度化、 去噪、 增强等预处理 功能, 然后将图像进行二值化, 投影定位到序列号的位置, 将每个序列号字 符分割出来, 提取每个字符的特征进行识别。 在对字符的特征进行识别时, 可釆用例如模板匹配法或是分类器识别法进行识别。
釆用上述自动提取序列号的方式, 只需要用户对准序列号区域拍照即可 完成, 用户省事省神。
另外, 针对无摄像头的便携式终端、 更习惯使用键盘按键输入的用户、 或者对序列号拍照无法获得艮好的视觉效果(例如, 磨损导致的序列号不清 楚) 的场景, 本发明实施例还提供了另一种序列号提取方案, 即可由用户手 动输入序列号, 便携式终端通过接收并识别用户输入的序列号, 获得纸币或 票据的序列号。 在输入无误的情况下, 手动输入的方式也更能保证序列号准 确无误。
较佳地,所述第二客户端还可以将查询结果显示到显示屏上和 /或通过扬 声器报告给用户。 参见图 3 , 该图示出了本发明实施例一种构建金融管理网络的方法, 包 括步骤:

釆用本发明实施例上述方法构建的金融管理网络, 能够将第一客户端和 第二客户端的优势有效结合, 从不同层次提供金融鉴伪服务, 能够在更大的 层面上起到保护社会金融安全的作用。
考虑到真钞流通量的巨大, 以及终端号码釆集处理能力的缺失, 通过真 钞数据库, 达到鉴别假钞的目的, 在目前来说, 还不具备操作性。 较佳地, 本发明提出根据得到的假币序列号, 动态更新金融管理数据库, 重构整个钞 票鉴伪系统, 其具有可操作性。 即, 在步骤 S302 中, 所述第一客户端是在 检测出纸币或票据为假后, 将所述假的纸币或票据的序列号发送给所述金融 鉴伪服务器。 相应地, 在步骤 S303 中, 所述金融鉴伪服务器根据接收到的 假的纸币或票据的序列号更新所述金融管理数据库, 即所述金融鉴伪服务器 在所述金融管理数据库维护^ _的纸币或票据的序列号信息; 在步骤 S304中, 所述第二客户端查询所述金融鉴伪服务器的金融管理数据库, 以得到所述待 检测的纸币或票据的真伪信息包括: 查询所述金融管理数据库中^ _的纸币或 则认为所述待检测的纸币或票据的真伪信息为可疑, 从而快速确定待检测的 纸币或票据的真伪信息。

所述第一客户端可以按照下述方式中至少之一检测所述待检测纸币或 者票据的防伪特征以确定真伪: 变色油墨检测、 隐形印刷检测、 水印检测、 安全线检测、 磁性检测、 红外或紫外特征检测。
需注意的是, 在判断为假币或者假票据后, 需要经过权威机构认定, 认 定确实为假币后, 再更新至所述金融管理数据库中。
较佳地, 所述第一客户端还可以检测待检测的纸币或票据的新旧程度, 和 /或流通过程, 并根据检测结果更新所述金融鉴伪服务器的金融管理数据 库。 所述流通过程可以包括例如流通时间、 地域、 面额等信息。 即, 所述金 融管理数据库中还可包含纸币或票据的新旧程度, 和 /或流通过程信息。 相应 地, 所述第一客户端和 /或所述第二客户端, 还可以根据待检测的纸币或票据 的序列号, 查询所述金融鉴伪服务器的金融管理数据库, 得到待检测的纸币 或票据的新旧程度, 和 /或流通过程信息。
所述第一客户端在检测纸币或票据的新旧程度时, 可以利用新旧程度不 同的纸币或票据的发声不同的特点, 利用传感器通过对纸币或者票据进行声 音检测, 以确定纸币或票据的新旧程度; 或者也可以通过对纸币或票据的厚 度进行检测, 以确定纸币或票据的新旧程度; 或者也可以通过釆集待检测的 纸币或票据的图像, 并将其与预设的基准图像数据比对, 以确定纸币或票据 的新旧程度; 或者也可以通过釆集待检测的纸币或票据的油墨等物质的磁性 数据, 并将其与预设的基准磁性数据比对, 以确定纸币或票据的新旧程度; 或者也可以将上述检测纸币或票据的新旧程度的方法中的几种结合起来判断 纸币或票据的新旧程度, 等等。
较佳地, 还可以在所述金融管理数据库中加载纸币或票据的其他信息, 例如是否为丟失需收缴状态等, 本发明在此不做限制。 所述第一客户端和 / 或所述第二客户端可以根据待检测的纸币或票据的序列号, 查询所述金融鉴 伪服务器的金融管理数据库, 即可获得所述序列号对应的各种信息, 丰富了 金融管理信息, 更便于鉴伪和追踪。
其中, 所述金融鉴伪服务器是以序列号为索引维护所述金融管理数据 库, 每个序列号的信息存储到对应序列号下。 较佳地, 所述金融管理数据库 后端数据表的建立可以按照功能来建表, 假币、 未收缴的分表建一个表, 这 样数据库做查询时可以更快的映射到要查询的数据信息所在的表。

所述第二客户端, 查询所述金融鉴伪服务器的金融管理数据库, 以得到 所述待检测的纸币或票据的真伪信息包括: 查询所述金融管理数据库中 4叚的 纸币或票据的序列号, 若存在与所述待检测的纸币或票据的序列号相同的序 列号, 则认为所述待检测的纸币或票据的真伪信息为可疑。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的管理系统, 其特征在于, 所述第一客户端检测 待检测的纸币或票据的真伪包括:
根据待检测的纸币或票据的序列号, 查询所述金融管理数据库中假的纸 号, 则认为所述待检测的纸币或票据为假; 若不存在与所述待检测的纸币或 票据的序列号相同的序列号,则检测所述待检测的纸币或票据上的防伪特征, 以确定真伪。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的管理系统, 其特征在于:
所述第二客户端具有摄像头, 所述第二客户端釆用如下方式获得纸币或 票据的序列号: 通过摄像头釆集纸币或票据的序列号图像; 从所述序列号图 像中提取出序列号信息; 或者
所述第二客户端通过接收并识别用户输入的序列号, 获得纸币或票据的 序列号。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的管理系统, 其特征在于:
所述第一客户端, 还用于检测待检测的纸币或票据的新旧程度, 和 /或流 通过程, 并将检测结果发送给所述金融鉴伪服务器, 以更新所述金融管理数 据库; 所述流通过程包括流通时间、 地域、 面值中的一种或者多种;
所述第一客户端和 /或所述第二客户端,还用于根据待检测的纸币或票据 的序列号, 查询所述金融鉴伪服务器的金融管理数据库, 得到待检测的纸币 或票据的新旧程度, 和 /或流通过程信息。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的管理系统, 其特征在于:
所述金融鉴伪服务器是以序列号为索引维护所述金融管理数据库, 每个 序列号的信息存储到对应序列号下。
7、 如权利要求 1-6中任何一项所述的管理系统, 其特征在于:
所述第一客户端包括点钞机、验钞机、 ATM机、 清分机中的一种或者多 种;
所述第二客户端包括便携式终端。
8、 一种金融鉴伪服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
存储模块, 用于存储一金融管理数据库的数据;
更新模块, 用于接收纸币或票据的真伪信息, 并据以更新所述存储模块 中所述金融管理数据库的数据;
查询模块, 用于接收携带纸币或票据的序列号的查询请求, 根据所述序 列号查询所述存储模块中所述金融管理数据库, 以得到所述序列号对应的真 伪信息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的金融鉴伪服务器, 其特征在于:
所述更新模块接收到的纸币或票据的真伪信息包括假的纸币或票据的 序列号信息;
所述查询模块查询所述存储模块中所述金融管理数据库, 以得到所述序 列号对应的真伪信息包括: 查询所述金融管理数据库中^ _的纸币或票据的序 述序列号对应的真伪信息为可疑。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的金融鉴伪服务器, 其特征在于:
所述更新模块,还用于接收纸币或票据的新旧程度,和 /或流通过程信息, 并据以更新所述存储模块中所述金融管理数据库的数据; 所述流通过程包括 流通时间、 地域、 面值中的一种或者多种;
所述查询模块, 在根据所述查询请求中的序列号查询所述存储模块中所 述金融管理数据库时, 还获取所述序列号对应的纸币或票据的新旧程度, 和 / 或流通过程信息。
11、 如权利要求 8-10中任何一项所述的金融鉴伪服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括:
管理模块, 用于以序列号为索引管理所述存储模块中所述金融管理数据 库的数据, 每个序列号的信息存储到对应序列号下。
