Description

防水电子装置及防水移动通信终端 技术领域
本发明涉及通讯领域,尤其涉及一种防水移动通信终端及防水电子装置。
背景技术
对于移动电话机(手机)、笔记本电脑、对讲机和录音笔等电子装置,应用在野外或者潮湿环境时,很容易通过壳体的装配缝隙、数据接口以及壳体上位于听筒或者MIC(话筒)处的孔洞进水,进水不仅可能影响其内部器件的正常使用功能,例如造成听筒或者MIC失效,甚至可能引起电子装置主板或部分器件的电路短路,导致用户无法正常使用。
随着通讯技术的迅速发展和应用领域的逐步扩展,用户对移动通信终端的使用性能提出了越来越高的要求。尤其对使用在特殊环境下例如水上或水下作业、消防、军工等领域的移动电话机、对讲机等移动通信终端,很容易因环境湿度过大或者移动通信终端本身置于水中而进水,通常情况下,大多数移动通信终端的听筒或者MIC都设置在壳体内部靠近壳体的位置,且壳体上设置的入声孔或者发声孔过大,水滴或者水汽很容易进入壳体内部从而直接损坏听筒或者MIC。
另外,包括音/视频播放器、掌上电脑等在内的一些便携式电子装置如果应用在特殊环境下,同样存在容易进水的问题,尤其是听筒或者MIC等器件可能会造成损坏。
因此,为了适应未来的发展趋势,现有的移动通信终端或其他电子装置亟需采取一定的措施改善其防水保护性能,尤其应加强对于听筒或者MIC等薄弱设备的防水保护。
技术问题
本发明的主要目的是:提供一种防水效果好、能够适应特殊应用环境的防水移动通信终端及防水电子装置。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防水电子装置, 包括壳体和设置在壳体内部的声学器件,还包括至少一个盲道,所述盲道开口于所述壳体,所述声学器件装设于所述盲道底部。
上述的防水电子装置,其中的实施方式中,所述盲道的孔径为大于0.5mm、小于或等于3mm。
上述的防水电子装置,其中的实施方式中,所述盲道的孔径为大于1.5mm、小于或等于2.5mm。
上述的防水电子装置,其中的实施方式中,所述壳体包括硬胶层和软胶层;所述软胶层套在所述硬胶层外部;所述硬胶层和软胶层上具有位置对应的通孔,所述硬胶层和软胶层上的通孔相接形成所述盲道的一部分。
上述的防水电子装置,其中的实施方式中,还包括嵌置在所述壳体内部的防水胶塞,所述壳体、防水胶塞上均具有通孔,所述防水胶塞上的通孔与壳体上的通孔相接形成所述盲道的一部分。
上述的防水电子装置,其中的实施方式中,所述防水胶塞与所述壳体过盈配合。
上述的防水电子装置,其中的实施方式中,于所述盲道底部,所述声学器件表面或上方还密封设置防水膜。
上述的防水电子装置,其中的实施方式中,所述盲道包括至少一个弯折部。
上述的防水电子装置,其中的实施方式中,所述声学器件为MIC或听筒。
同时,本发明提出了一种防水移动通信终端,包括壳体和设置在壳体内部的声学器件,还包括至少一个盲道,所述盲道开口于所述壳体,所述声学器件装设于所述盲道底部。
上述的防水移动通信终端,其中的实施方式中,所述壳体包括硬胶层和软胶层;所述软胶层套在所述硬胶层外部;所述硬胶层和软胶层上具有位置对应的通孔,所述硬胶层和软胶层上的通孔相接形成所述盲道的一部分。
上述的防水移动通信终端,其中的实施方式中,还包括嵌置在所述壳体内部的防水胶塞,所述壳体、防水胶塞上均具有通孔,所述防水胶塞上的通孔与壳体上的通孔相接形成所述盲道的一部分。
上述的防水移动通信终端,其中的实施方式中,所述盲道的孔径为大于或等于0.8mm、小于或等于1.5mm。

有益效果
采用本发明的技术方案,带来如下的有益效果:
本发明在电子装置中设置具有一定孔径的盲道作为MIC或听筒等声学器件的传声通道后,一旦移动电话机、对讲机或录音笔等电子装置置于水中或者湿度较大的环境中,由于盲道本身较细,水自身具有一定的表面张力,使得其较难进入盲道;而盲道内的空气在盲道开口处试图渗入的水的压力下,被压缩而形成反压力,能够有效阻止水流动,防止水从壳体处的盲道开口渗入到盲道的底部,因而利用空气张力对声学器件起到良好的密封作用,避免进水而损坏声学器件,防水效果好,能够适应特殊应用环境。
在其中的实施方式中,在位于盲道底部的声学器件表面密封防水膜,可以为声学器件增加一重防水措施,防水效果更有保障;对盲道设置弯折部,可适当增加盲道的长度,有效增加盲道内的空气容量,保证空气被压缩时具有足够的反压力。

本发明的实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
请参考图1,本实施例提供了一种防水移动通信终端,是一种移动电话机,其功能和结构类同于现有技术。本例的移动电话机包括壳体,壳体内部设置有用于发声或者对外部声音进行感应的声学器件30,例如该声学器件30可为听筒或MIC,其种类、形状、大小、数量和安装在壳体内部的位置根据具体需要灵活设置,优选与壳体过盈配合避免松动并保证其密封性。该移动电话机还具有至少一个较细的盲道20作为传声通道,该盲道20开口位于壳体,从壳体外部通往声学器件30,其孔径为0.5mm~3mm,优选0.5mm~2.5mm,进一步优选为0.8mm~1.5mm。
本实施方式在移动电话机中设置盲道20后,一旦移动电话机置于水中或者湿度较大的环境中,由于盲道20本身较细,且整个盲道除了开口处,盲道其余部件的不透气性(气密性),盲道中的空气在盲道开口处水的压力下被压缩而形成反压力,能够有效阻止水滴流动,防止水滴从位于壳体处的盲道开口渗入到盲道20的底部,因而利用空气张力对声学器件30起到良好的密封作用,避免移动电话机进水而损坏声学器件30。而移动电话机使用过程中,在普通环境下盲道20可以正常传声,如果在水中,由于盲道20中具有一定量的空气,声波仍然也可以通过空气中传导,使声学器件30发挥作用而不影响移动电话机的正常通讯功能。
具体地,本实施例的移动电话机壳体包括两层,即硬胶层12和套在硬胶层12外部的软胶层11,硬胶层12主用用于支撑和安装移动电话机内部的各类器件,软胶层11由于具有很好的弹性而可对移动电话机的整体结构形成良好保护。硬胶层12和软胶层11上具有位置对应的通孔,硬胶层12和软胶层11紧配合或粘合,两个通孔首尾相接、并与底部的声学器件30构成内部具气密性的盲道20。进一步地,为了增强防水保护性能,移动电话机内还可设置防水胶塞40和防水膜50,该防水胶塞40嵌置在壳体内部且靠近声学器件30,优选地,其外壁与壳体的硬胶层12形成过盈配合保证其安装的紧密性和密封性。防水胶塞40上也具有通孔,该通孔与壳体上的通孔相接并与底部的声学器件30构成盲道20。例如本实施方式中,软胶层11、硬胶层12和防水胶塞40上的通孔依次连通形成盲道20,使其发挥稳定、可靠的防水保护作用。防水膜50设置在声学器件30与盲道20之间,例如紧压在防水胶塞40端部与盲道20;或该防水膜50设置于底部的声学器件30的上表面。
盲道20的形状、大小和长度可根据具体需要灵活设置,可设置为直孔,也可如本实施方式所示包括至少一个弯折部21,该弯折部21可由防水胶塞40上的弯孔形成,可进一步阻碍了水渗入到盲道20的另一端;且适当增加了盲道的长度,增加了盲道内的空气容量,保证盲道内的空气被压缩时具备足够的反压力;因此保护作用更加可靠、稳定。
本例的技术方案,也可在对讲机等其他移动通信终端、笔记本电脑以及音/视频播放器、掌上电脑和录音笔等各类便携式电子装置中设置以上壳体、盲道20等结构,形成防水电子装置,充分利用细小的盲道20对空气的压缩作用,有效阻止水流进盲道20而对听筒和MIC等声学器件造成损坏,防水效果好,且结构简单,能够适应水上或水下作业、消防、军工等特殊应用环境。

  1. 一种防水电子装置, 包括壳体和设置在壳体内部的声学器件,其特征在于,还包括至少一个盲道,所述盲道开口于所述壳体,所述声学器件装设于所述盲道底部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防水电子装置,其特征在于,所述盲道的孔径为大于或等于0.5mm、小于或等于2.5mm。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的防水电子装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括硬胶层和软胶层;所述软胶层套在所述硬胶层外部;所述硬胶层和软胶层上具有位置对应的通孔,所述硬胶层和软胶层上的通孔相接形成所述盲道的一部分。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的防水电子装置,其特征在于,还包括嵌置在所述壳体内部的防水胶塞,所述壳体、防水胶塞上均具有通孔,所述防水胶塞上的通孔与壳体上的通孔相接形成所述盲道的一部分。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的防水电子装置,其特征在于,所述防水胶塞与所述壳体过盈配合。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的防水电子装置,其特征在于,于所述盲道底部,所述声学器件表面或上方还密封设置防水膜。
  7. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的防水电子装置,其特征在于,所述盲道包括至少一个弯折部。
  8. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的防水电子装置,其特征在于,所述声学器件为MIC或听筒。
  9. 一种防水移动通信终端,包括壳体和设置在壳体内部的声学器件,其特征在于,还包括至少一个盲道,所述盲道开口于所述壳体,所述声学器件装设于所述盲道底部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的防水移动通信终端,其特征在于,于所述盲道底部,所述声学器件表面或上方还密封设置防水膜。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的防水移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述壳体包括硬胶层和软胶层;所述软胶层套在所述硬胶层外部;所述硬胶层和软胶层上具有位置对应的通孔,所述硬胶层和软胶层上的通孔相接形成所述盲道的一部分。
