Abstract
一种吹膜机的叠加式多层共挤模头,具有N+3个上下叠加的盘片(2),N条水平流道(20),N为大于或等于5的奇数,每条水平流道(20)由上方盘片下表面的上半槽道和下方盘片上表面的下半槽道对准拼合而形成,从上往下数,第1个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道,第2个盘片至第(N-l)/2个盘片的上下表面都形成有槽道,第(N+1)/2个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道,第(N+3)/2个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道,第(N+5)/2个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道,第(N+7)/2个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道,第(N+9)/2个盘片至第(N+2)个盘片的上下表面都形成有槽道,第(N+3)个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道,本发明生产含有EVOH等极性材料的多层共挤膜时可以避免过烧、烧焦现象,且整体高度小,流道短。
