Abstract
一种吹膜机的叠加式多层共挤模头,具有N+3个上下叠加的盘片、N条水平流道;每条水平流道由上方盘片下表面的上半槽道和下方盘片上表面的下半槽道对准拼合而形成;从上往下数,第1个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第2个盘片至第(N-1)/2个盘片的上下表面都形成有槽道;第(N+1)/2个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道;第(N+3)/2个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第(N+5)/2个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道;第(N+7)/2个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第(N+9)/2至(N+2)个盘片的上下表面形成有槽道;第(N+3)个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道。本实用新型生产含有EVOH等极性材料的多层共挤膜时可以避免过烧、烧焦现象,且整体高度小,流道短。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于吹膜设备的技术领域,具体涉及一种吹膜机的叠加式多层共挤模头。
背景技术
现有吹膜机多层共挤模头主要有两类,第一类是叠加式多层共挤模头,第二类是螺旋轴心式多层共挤模头。
图1是现有一种九层共挤叠加式模头的结构示意图,设有九条水平流道20,每层水平流道对应设有一个进料口;在模头中央设有环形的竖向总流道23,各条水平流道的内端汇合连接到竖向总流道23;整个模头共有十八个圆柱体盘片2,每一层都有两个圆柱体盘片2。在每一层的两个圆柱体盘片中,上方盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道(上半槽道的槽口开口向下),下方盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道(下半槽道的槽口开口向上),上半槽道和下半槽道对准拼合而形成所述每一层的水平流道。叠加式多层共挤模头的优点是:1、模头层数可以任意组合,组合方便;2、由于各层独立,在需要时可以单独对某一层进行拆卸;3、每层物料温度可以单独控制,相邻层之间温度相互影响程度较低,这样可以根据不同物料的需要独立控制每层的温度,有效防止物料分解。但叠加式多层共挤模头高度大,流道较长,带来以下缺点:1、由于流道较长,需要较大挤出压力,物料易因压力不足而阻塞;2、从制造成本考虑,耗费钢材量较大,而这些钢材又是昂贵的特殊钢材;3、从生产过程看。由于模头体积大,会造成较大的热量消耗,且机头预热时间长。
图2是现有一种螺旋轴心式多层共挤模头的结构示意图,它的结构特点是由多个同心套筒30组成,每层的原料经过位于套筒筒面的螺旋流道31向上流动分配,然后各层在总流道汇合。这种设计的优点是整个模头高度低,体积小,因而耗钢量少,生产过程耗散热量少,机头预热时间短,另外整体流道较短,对物料的挤出压力要求较低,物料不易因压力不足而阻塞。
但螺旋轴心式多层共挤模头的缺点是各层物料之间温度相互影响较大,各层难以独立调控,当应用于生产含有EVOH等极性材料的多层共挤膜时,这种缺点尤为明显。EVOH是一种链状结构的结晶性聚合物,在多层膜中,EVOH层主要起到阻隔气体及溶剂的作用,既能有效地阻止氧气及水蒸汽进入包装物内,又能有效地阻隔内容物的香味、液汁、溶剂外渗,但其本身易受潮吸水而影响阻隔性能,当吸附湿气后,气体的阻隔性能会受到影响。因此,EVOH层一般作为多层薄膜的最中间层。EVOH的熔点及烧焦温度较其它塑料低很多。挤出多层薄膜时,EVOH的温度一般需要控制在175~205℃之间,而其它塑料层一般控制在230℃~250℃之间,EVOH层的温度显得与其它塑料层迥异。所以,当螺旋轴心式多层共挤模头应用于生产含有EVOH等极性材料的多层共挤膜时,EVOH层的温度极易受相邻层的影响。具体地说,接触金属模具表面的EVOH温度可能会大大超过205℃,导致过烧、甚至烧焦现象,必须停机并清理焦块,这是很严重的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点而提供一种吹膜机的叠加式多层共挤模头,它生产含有EVOH等极性材料的多层共挤膜时可以避免过烧、烧焦现象,且整体高度小,流道短。
其目的可以按以下方案实现:该叠加式多层共挤模头具有多个上下叠加的盘片、N条水平流道(N为大于或等于5的奇数);每条水平流道由相邻两盘片夹合而成,其中上方盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道,下方盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道,上半槽道和下半槽道对准拼合而形成所述水平流道;每层水平流道对应设有一个进料口;在模头中央设有环形的竖向总流道,各条水平流道的内端汇合连接到竖向总流道;其主要特点在于,所述盘片的数量为N+3个;从上往下数,第1个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第2个盘片至第(N-1)/2个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道,且下表面形成有上半槽道;第(N+1)/2个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道;第(N+3)/2个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第(N+5)/2个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道;第(N+7)/2个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第(N+9)/2至(N+2)个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道,且下表面形成有上半槽道;第(N+3)个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道。
本实用新型具有以下优点和效果:
本实用新型的第(N+3)/2个盘片和第(N+5)/2个盘片夹合形成的水平流道为最中间的水平流道。当生产含有EVOH的塑料膜时,EVOH物料经过该最中间的水平流道,该水平流道所对应的上下两个盘片为EVOH层专用,其它层水平流道均与相邻层水平流道共用盘片。这样,一方面可以独立控制EVOH层温度,EVOH层的温度不受相邻层影响,满足EVOH层对温度的特别要求;另一方面,与传统叠加式多层共挤模头比较,可以减少盘片数量,使整个模头高度低,整体流道较短,因而制造过程耗钢少,生产过程大大减少了由于机头体积造成的热量消耗,机头预热时间短,对物料的挤出压力要求较低,物料不易因压力不足而阻塞,有利于提高生产速度和塑料膜质量。

具体实施方式
实施例一
图3所示,该叠加式多层共挤模头具有十二个上下叠加的盘片,并且形成有九条水平流道20;从上往下数,第一个盘片2的下表面形成有上半槽道22,如图8所示;第二个盘片2、第三个盘片2、第四个盘片2的上下双面都设有槽道,即上表面形成有下半槽道21,且下表面形成有上半槽道22,如图4、图5、图6所示;第五个盘片2的上表面形成有下半槽道21,如图7所示;第六个盘片2的下表面形成有上半槽道22,如图8所示;第七个盘片2的上表面形成有下半槽道21,如图7所示;第八个盘片2的下表面形成有上半槽道22,如图8所示;第九个盘片2、第十个盘片2、第十一个盘片2的上下双面都设有槽道,即上表面形成有下半槽道21,且下表面形成有上半槽道22,如图4、图5、图6所;第十二个盘片2的上表面形成有下半槽道21,如图7所示。图3所示,上述每条水平流道由相邻两盘片夹合后,上半槽道22和下半槽道21对准拼合而形成;每层水平流道20对应设有一个进料口;在模头中央设有环形的竖向总流道23,各条水平流道20的内端汇合连接到竖向总流道23。
实施例二
该叠加式多层共挤模头具有十四个上下叠加的盘片,并且形成有十一条水平流道;从上往下数,第一个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第二个盘片至第五个盘片的上下双面都设有槽道,即上表面形成有下半槽道,且下表面形成有上半槽道;第六个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道;第七个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第八个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道;第九个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第十至十三个盘片的的上下双面都设有槽道,即上表面形成有下半槽道,且下表面形成有上半槽道;第十四个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道。上述每条水平流道由相邻两盘片夹合而成,夹合后上半槽道和下半槽道对准拼合而形成所述水平流道;每层水平流道对应设有一个进料口;在模头中央设有环形的竖向总流道,各条水平流道的内端汇合连接到竖向总流道。
实施例三
该叠加式多层共挤模头具有8个上下叠加的盘片,并且形成有5条水平流道;从上往下数,第1个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第2个盘片的上下双面都设有槽道,即上表面形成有下半槽道,且下表面形成有上半槽道;第3个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道;第4个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第5个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道;第6个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第7个盘片的上下双面都设有槽道,即上表面形成有下半槽道,且下表面形成有上半槽道;第8个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道。上述每条水平流道由相邻两盘片夹合而成,夹合后上半槽道和下半槽道对准拼合而形成水平流道;每层水平流道对应设有一个进料口;在模头中央设有环形的竖向总流道,各条水平流道的内端汇合连接到竖向总流道。

1.一种叠加式多层共挤模头,具有多个上下叠加的圆柱体盘片、N条水平流道(N为大于或等于5的奇数);每条水平流道由相邻两盘片夹合而成,其中上盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道,下盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道,上半槽道和下半槽道对准拼合而形成所述水平流道;每层水平流道对应设有一个进料口;在模头中央设有环形的竖向总流道,各条水平流道的内端汇合连接到竖向总流道;其特征在于:所述盘片的数量为N+3个;从上往下数,第1个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第2个盘片至第(N-1)/2个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道,且下表面形成有上半槽道;第(N+1)/2个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道;第(N+3)/2个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第(N+5)/2个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道;第(N+7)/2个盘片的下表面形成有上半槽道;第(N+9)/2至(N+2)个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道,且下表面形成有上半槽道;第(N+3)个盘片的上表面形成有下半槽道。
