Abstract
본 발명은 전지모듈에 장착된 상태에서, 전극단자들이 상단 또는 하단 중 일측에 함께 형성되어 있는 전지셀들의 전압을 센싱하기 위한 부재로서, (a) 전기절연성의 소재로 이루어져 있고, 전지셀들의 전극단자 연결부들 사이의 공간에 수평방향으로 전지모듈의 전면 또는 후면 상에 장착되는 블록 케이스; (b) 상기 전지셀들의 전극단자 연결부와 전기적 접속되어 있는 버스 바의 상단부 또는 하단부에 일체형으로 형성되어 있는 전압 센싱용 단자에 각각 접속되는 와이어들; 및 (c) 상기 와이어들의 검출 전압을 제어부로 송부하는 커넥터; 를 포함하고 있고, 상기 블록 케이스는 와이어들을 안정적으로 고정하기 위해 전면 방향으로 돌출되어 있는 체결구를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 와이어들이 블록 케이스의 체결구에 장착된 상태에서 버스 바의 전압 센싱용 단자와 접속되는 구조로 이루어진 전압 센싱 어셈블리를 제공한다.
