背景技术
随着农业机械化的发展,国内的农作物收割基本实现机械化,特别是小麦、水稻和玉米基本上实现了联合收割机作业,但针对农业生产产生的大量的作物秸秆,其处理方式主要是秸秆粉碎后回田、打捆、割回做燃料、加工成饲料等几种方式,针对这几种处理方式的农机产品主要有:一、秸秆粉碎机,主要功能是秸秆粉碎后回田,其不足之处在于秸秆回田后当年不能腐烂,给农耕带来不便;二、秸秆打捆机,主要功能是秸秆打捆后用于发电、制作饲料,其不足之处在于只能收割被割倒的秸秆,打捆后没有解决运输保管的问题,且处理后的秸秆未达到做饲料的细度;三、秸秆收割机,主要功能是秸秆回收做燃料,因其秸秆燃烧热值低,所以用秸秆回收做燃料的量较之前有所减少,这样秸秆过多膨胀,所带来的隐患有占用空间较大、易腐烂污染空气、易引起火灾。针对上述各种问题,目前农业上使用了一种秸秆制粒机很受欢迎,主要功能是把秸秆运到场地后进行碾压,将秸秆制成颗粒作饲料或燃料存储,能节约大量的占地空间,但并未解决秸秆收割、打捆、运输的问题,单靠农民自行把秸秆割倒打捆装车运到工厂,农民费时费力,得到的利益少,使其宁愿就地焚烧也不送工厂,导致碾压机器厂原料供应不足,同时农民就地焚烧的处理方式不但污染空气,也给安全防火带来隐患。
技术问题
本发明旨在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种秸秆回收造粒作业机车。
技术解决方案
本发明的秸秆回收造粒作业机车,是由机车、收割机、收拢喂料器、物料提升筒和碾压造粒机构成,收割机联接于机车驾驶室的前端底部,在剪割齿板上的两侧各设有一个向内倾斜的收拢喂料器,在两个收拢喂料器之间设有摄料口,摄料口通过物料提升筒连接至碾压造粒机的料斗,前伸昂起的扶正器支杆固定于收割机的底盘上,碾压造粒机固定座于机车的底盘上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在剪割齿板的前端固定了向前延伸的秸秆捋顺拨正器和捡拾器。
作为本发明的进一步改进,收拢喂料器是由传动轮带动链条及链条上排布的拨齿构成,由链条盘绕于三角形顶点上的支撑轮构成了封闭环形转动机构。

本发明秸秆回收造粒作业机车,结构设计合理,是集收割、切碎、碾压成型、成品储藏多项功能于一体的田间作业机车,与目前市场上的功能单一的秸秆作业机相比较,可实现自行、自割、自切、自粉碎、自挤压、自造粒的功效,即节省人力又提高工作效率,适用于各种农作物秸秆的收割加工及挤压、造粒作业,所加工的成品可用于发电燃料、生活燃料、牲畜饲料等。秸秆经过本发明加工后可充分被利用,避免了其不能被充分利用所带来的回田后当年不能腐烂影响农耕、燃烧后污染空气、放置占地空间大、易腐烂污染环境,易引起火灾等问题。本发明无需与其它农机产品配合使用,可独立完成切割、挤压,造粒作业,结构简单操作方便快捷。

本发明的秸秆回收造粒作业机车,由机车1、收割机2、收拢喂料器3、物料提升筒4和碾压造粒机5构成。收割机2联接于机车1驾驶室的前端底部,碾压造粒机5固定座于机车1的底盘上。收割机2前端底部的为剪割齿板6,在剪割齿板6的外侧设有剪割齿16,在剪割齿板6上的两侧对称地设有两个向内倾斜的收拢喂料器3,在两个收拢喂料器3之间设有摄料口7,摄料口7是由门前设有向内对滚的摄料辊18、并与内设的铡切刀和揉搓辊相联动构成。摄料口7通过物料提升筒4内的传送带将物料送至碾压造粒机5的料斗8内,在收割机2上设有的前伸昂起的扶正器9支杆固定于收割机2的底盘上;
在剪割齿板6的前端固定了向前延伸的秸秆捋顺拨正器10和捡拾器11。所述的收割机2、收拢喂料器3和摄料口7组合于一机体中,该机体的液压升降器由机车驱动。
