微博作为互联网的一个新应用, 正在飞速发展, 成为一种信息获取 和沟通的重要方式。 本发明实施例以 IM客户端及微博后台服务器为载 体,提出一种推送信息的方法,通过微博后台服务器提供智能辅助服务, 微博后台服务器获取并存储用户通过 IM客户端发布的微博消息, 按照 预先设置的提取策略扫描存储的用户发布的微博消息, 获取关键字; 根 据获取的关键字, 确认用户所处的应用场景, 匹配预先存储的应用场景 对应的帮助信息, 获取匹配的帮助信息并推送。
图 1为本发明实施例推送信息的方法流程示意图。 针对每个用户, 分别按照图 1所示流程进行处理, 包括:
步骤 101 , 获取并存储用户通过 IM客户端发布的微博消息; 本步骤中, 微博后台服务器接收用户发布的微博消息, 进行发布, 同时, 以微博消息内容列表的方式存储该微博消息, 并用用户标识对微 博消息内容列表进行标识。
微博消息可包括: 主页消息、 @页消息以及私信消息, 相应地, 微 博消息页面可包括: 主页消息页面、 @页消息页面以及私信消息页面。 其中, 主页消息页面是指微博中用户及用户收听的人发布的消息页面, @页消息页面是指微博中提及用户 (例如, @ppchen ) 的消息页面、 显 示提及用户的微博消息的页面、 回复用户的微博消息的页面等; 私信消 息页面是指微博中其他用户与用户进行私信的微博消息的页面。
步骤 102, 按照预先设置的提取策略扫描存储的用户发布的微博消 息, 获取关键字;
本步骤中, 定时扫描微博消息内容列表, 按照预先设置的提取策略 提取微博消息内容列表中包含的关键字。
预先设置的提取策略包括各应用场景对应的关键字列表, 与微博消 息内容列表进行匹配, 获取微博消息内容列表中与各应用场景对应的关 键字列表匹配的关键字。
进一步地, 可以根据微博消息体中具备的位置信息或用户标识, 查 询微博后台服务器, 获取存储的该用户的基本资料, 例如年龄、 工作类 别以及学历等信息以便后续进行较佳的匹配。
步骤 103 , 根据获取的关键字, 确认用户所处的应用场景, 匹配预 先存储的应用场景对应的帮助信息, 获取匹配的帮助信息并推送。
本步骤中,针对获取到的关键字,确认用户所处的状态(应用场景), 即确定各应用场景对应的关键字列表中与获取到的关键字匹配程度最 高的一个, 将其对应的应用场景作为用户所处的应用场景。
通过微博后台服务器, 针对用户所处的场景, 匹配预先存储的该应 用场景对应的帮助信息, 按照用户所处应用场景推送特定的帮助 @用户 帐号的信息(帮助信息)给用户所登录的 IM客户端。 IM客户端接收到 微博后台服务器推送的@用户帐号的信息, 展示在特定的页面中, 用户 通过 IM客户端展示的信息, 获取帮助信息。
本发明实施例中, 帮助信息可以级联菜单(分类)的方式进行存储, 帮助信息的第一级菜单以应用场景为标识, 第一级菜单下的每一级菜单 以相应的关键字作为标识。
在进行匹配时, 根据获取的关键字, 确认用户所处的应用场景, 并 确定用户所处的应用场景对应的帮助信息的第一级菜单, 根据第一级菜 单包含的关键字, 遍历获取的关键字, 确定获取的关键字所属的第一级 菜单, 再根据第二级菜单包含的关键字, 遍历获取的关键字, 确定获取 的关键字所属的第二级菜单, 以此类推, 直至获取的关键字不包含对应 菜单的关键字,将该菜单的上一级菜单对应的帮助信息进行推送。 当然, 实际应用中, 帮助信息的级联菜单方式也可全部以关键字为标识进行匹 配。
如前所述, 如果微博后台服务器根据微博消息体中具备的位置信息 或用户标识获取了用户的基本资料, 则将获取的用户基本资料与匹配得 到的帮助信息进行再次匹配, 并将再次匹配得到的帮助信息进行推送。 图 2为本发明实施例推送信息的系统结构示意图。 参见图 2, 该系 统包括: IM客户端、 接入服务器以及微博后台服务器, 其中,
IM客户端, 用于将待发布的微博消息通过接入服务器发送至微博 后台服务器, 并通过接入服务器接收微博后台服务器输出的帮助信息, 展示给用户;
微博后台服务器, 用于获取并存储用户通过 IM客户端发布的微博 消息,按照预先设置的提取策略扫描用户发布的微博消息,获取关键字; 根据获取的关键字, 确认用户所处的应用场景, 匹配预先存储的应用场 景对应的帮助信息, 获取匹配的帮助信息并推送。
微博后台服务器包括: 微博消息服务器、 微博用户服务器、 统计分 析服务器以及微博智能服务器, 其中,
微博消息服务器, 用于存储用户发表的微博消息;
微博用户服务器, 用于保存用户的基本信息, 根据微博消息体中具 备的位置信息或用户标识, 查询获取存储的该用户的基本信息, 输出至 微博智能服务器对匹配得到的帮助信息再次进行匹配;
本发明实施例中, 基本信息包括: 收听关系信息、 基本资料信息、 用户类型信息, 认证信息等。
统计分析服务器, 用于按照预先设置的提取策略提取用户发布的微 博消息中的关键字;
微博智能服务器, 用于根据提取的关键字确定用户所处的应用场 景, 匹配预先存储的应用场景对应的帮助信息, 获取匹配的帮助信息并 推送。
本发明实施例中, 在统计分析服务器的数据来源基础上进行智能化 的@用户帐号的处理。 微博智能服务器根据位置信息、 用户关联的资料 信息以及关键字, 匹配预先存储的应用场景对应的帮助信息, 自动发送 匹配的帮助信息给用户, 帮助信息以级联菜单的方式进行存储并进行逐 级匹配。 当然, 实际应用中, 也可以在发送匹配的帮助信息时, 下发对 应的广告信息, 并可对下发的信息进行有效扩展。
下面结合图 1和图 2, 举一具体实施例, 对本发明再作详细说明。 图 3为本发明实施例推送信息的方法具体流程示意图。 参见图 3 , 该流程包括:
步骤 301 , 用户通过 IM客户端登录接入服务器;
本步骤中, 用户通过 IM客户端, 输入用户账号与密码, 发送到接 入服务器, 接入服务器进行登录验证后, 建立与 IM客户端之间的连接 通道, 后续中, IM客户端可以通过定时发送心跳包的形式保证与接入 服务器的连接。
所应说明的是, 本发明实施例中, 并不限制于 IM客户端, 也可以 是其他任何客户端, 只要满足用户通过该客户端可以进行相关的界面操 作与交互即可, 例如, 短信客户端、 移动电话客户端等。
步骤 302, IM客户端将用户发布的微博消息通过接入服务器发送至 微博后台服务器;
本步骤中, IM客户端监听用户的鼠标点击操作, 例如, 监听用户 点击预先设置的广播控件, 确认用户希望发表广播消息, 则创建对应的 广播窗口, 当用户输入完广播消息内容后, 将用户标识、 广播消息内容 以及来源 IP (用户当前登录的 IP )信息封装到数据包中, 通过接入服务 器发送至微博后台服务器。
当然, 实际应用中, 也可以将数据包加密后进行发送, 通过接入服 务器发送至微博后台服务器的微博消息服务器。
步骤 303 , 微博后台服务器提取微博消息中的用户标识, 通过用户 标识查询获取该用户标识对应的微博消息内容列表, 将微博消息中的消 息内容(消息体) 以及来源 IP信息写入微博消息内容列表;
本步骤中, 微博消息服务器接收微博消息, 进行消息的解密操作并 确认为有效数据包后, 提取出用户标识、 消息内容以及来源 IP, 通过用 户标识查找到对应该用户的微博消息内容列表, 写入对应的数据结构, 主要包括消息内容以及来源 IP信息。
步骤 304, 扫描用户微博消息内容列表, 按照预先设置的提取策略 提取用户微博消息内容列表中的关键字;
本步骤中, 统计分析服务器定期扫描微博消息服务器中的所有用户 微博消息内容列表, 或者, 根据用户请求, 例如, 用户发布的微博消息 中包含求助信息, 则扫描存储的该用户微博消息内容列表, 按照预先设 置的提取策略提取关键字, 例如, 根据关键字列表, 与微博消息内容列 表中用户发布的微博消息进行匹配, 如果用户发布的微博消息中包含关 键字列表中的关键字, 则提取出来, 并对提取的关键字按照时间线进行 排列。
关键字列表可用于确定用户所处的应用场景, 例如, 对于喜欢旅游 的用户来说, 关键字列表可以包括旅游相关的信息, 举例来说, 可以包 括旅游、 出差、 酒店、 飞机航班等关键字, 这样, 通过关键字的匹配可 以确认当前用户所处的应用场景, 从而便于后续只从当前用户所处的应 用场景对应的帮助信息中执行匹配处理, 有效缩小匹配的范围。
步骤 305, 根据提取的关键字, 确定用户所处的应用场景; 本步骤中, 微博智能服务器根据提取的关键字, 与各应用场景中包 含的关键字列表分别进行匹配, 确定用户所处的应用场景。
进一步地, 还可以利用用户标识查询微博用户服务器, 获取到对应 该用户的基本资料信息, 通过基本资料信息确认该用户的年龄、 学历以 及所从事的行业等关键信息以便后续进行精准定位。
步骤 306, 匹配预先设置的提供服务帮助的关键字列表, 获取匹配 的帮助信息;
本步骤中, 统计分析服务器通过封装匹配到的关键字, 例如,旅游、 出差、 酒店、 飞机航班等信息以及能提供服务的用户的基本资料信息, 发送给微博智能服务器,微博智能服务器利用能够提供例如旅游、酒店、 航班等服务商的服务提供队列查询对应的智能关系, 也就是预先存储的 应用场景对应的帮助信息, 举例来说, 由旅游公司提供旅游帮助信息、 由酒店运营商提供住宿帮助信息、 由金融服务运营商提供金融帮助信息 等, 构成应用场景对应的帮助信息, 旅游公司、 酒店运营商、 金融服务 运营商构成服务提供队列。 如果匹配的关键字是 "北京"、 "XX酒店"、 "吃饭", 则利用服务提供队列查询智能关系, 获取北京吃饭的地方, 就可以找出饭店列表。
进一步地, 如前所述, 还可以通过分析该用户的行业与年龄、 学历 等信息查询微博智能服务器中当前与该用户可能匹配的饭店信息列表。 本发明实施例中, 行业与年龄、 学历的作用是为了更好地匹配, 例如, 根据学历的高低可以知道该用户的收入情况, 如果该用户学历较高, 则 可以进一步提供档次高一些的饭店信息, 如果年龄较大, 而有些饭店说 明了可以提供给哪个年龄段的用户, 则通过该方式, 可以更方便地进行 匹配。
步骤 307, 封装匹配的帮助信息, 发送给 IM客户端;
本步骤中, 微博智能服务器封装对应匹配的帮助信息, 例如, 封装 在北京某个酒店附近的饭店信息列表到帮助信息数据包中, 转发对应@ 该用户帐号的信息。
步骤 308, 用户获取帮助信息。 本步骤中, IM客户端对接收到的帮助信息进行解析解密, 确认为 有效数据包后, 利用创建的对应的界面消息目录(Item )控件展示给用 户查看, 这样, 用户就可以获取到可能是当前场景下所需的有价值的帮 助信息。
由上述可见, 本发明实施例的推送信息的方法、 装置及系统, 获取 并存储用户通过 IM客户端发布的微博消息; 按照预先设置的提取策略 扫描存储的用户发布的微博消息, 获取关键字; 根据获取的关键字, 确 认用户所处的应用场景, 匹配预先存储的应用场景对应的帮助信息, 获 取匹配的帮助信息并推送。这样,通过微博后台服务器进行关键字提取, 结合用户资料或者当前登录 IP等基本信息来分析用户所处应用场景,并 根据提取的关键字与存储的应用场景对应的帮助信息进行匹配, 使得推 送的帮助信息较为简练,相关度高,提高了推送信息的准确性及可靠性, 能够相对正确地帮助用户解决当前可能遇到的问题。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均 应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种推送信息的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
获取并存储用户通过即时通讯 IM客户端发布的微博消息; 按照预先设置的提取策略扫描存储的所述用户发布的微博消息, 获 取关键字;
根据获取的关键字, 确认所述用户所处的应用场景, 匹配预先存储 的应用场景对应的帮助信息, 获取匹配的帮助信息并推送。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 以 对微博消息内容列表进行标识;
所述按照预先设置的提取策略扫描存储的所述用户发布的微博消 息, 获取关键字具体包括:
定时扫描所述微博消息内容列表, 按照预先设置的提取策略提取微 博消息内容列表中包含的关键字。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述按照预先设置的 提取策略提取微博消息内容列表中包含的关键字具体包括:
按照预先设置的各应用场景对应的关键字列表, 与微博消息内容列 表进行匹配, 获取微博消息内容列表中与各应用场景对应的关键字列表 匹配的关键字。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述帮助信息以级联 菜单的方式进行存储, 帮助信息的第一级菜单以应用场景为标识, 第一 级菜单下的每一级菜单以相应的关键字作为标识。
5、 如权利要求 4 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据获取的关键 字, 确认所述用户所处的应用场景, 匹配预先存储的应用场景对应的帮 助信息, 获取匹配的帮助信息并推送具体包括: 确定各应用场景对应的关键字列表中与获取到的关键字匹配程度 最高的一个, 将该应用场景作为所述用户所处的应用场景;
确定所述用户所处的应用场景对应的帮助信息的第一级菜单, 根据 第一级菜单包含的关键字, 遍历获取的关键字, 确定获取的关键字所属 的第一级菜单, 再根据第二级菜单包含的关键字, 遍历获取的关键字, 确定获取的关键字所属的第二级菜单 , 直至获取的关键字不包含对应菜 单的关键字, 将该菜单的上一级菜单对应的帮助信息进行推送。
6、 如权利要求 1 ~ 5中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包 括:
根据微博消息体中具备的位置信息或用户标识, 获取存储的所述用 户的基本资料;
将获取的所述用户的基本资料与匹配得到的帮助信息进行再次匹 配, 并将再次匹配得到的帮助信息进行推送。
7、 一种微博后台服务器, 其特征在于, 包括: 微博消息服务器、 统计分析服务器以及微博智能服务器, 其中,
微博消息服务器, 用于存储用户发表的微博消息;
统计分析服务器, 用于按照预先设置的提取策略提取用户发布的微 博消息中的关键字;
微博智能服务器, 用于根据提取的关键字确定用户所处的应用场 景, 匹配预先存储的应用场景对应的帮助信息, 获取匹配的帮助信息并 推送。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的微博后台服务器, 其特征在于, 所述微博 后台服务器中进一步包括:
微博用户服务器, 用于保存用户的基本信息, 根据微博消息体中具 备的位置信息或用户标识, 查询获取存储的用户的基本信息, 输出至微 博智能服务器对匹配得到的帮助信息再次进行匹配。
9、 一种推送信息的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 即时通讯 IM 客户端、 接入服务器以及微博后台服务器, 其中,
IM客户端, 用于将待发布的微博消息通过接入服务器发送至微博 后台服务器, 并通过接入服务器接收微博后台服务器输出的帮助信息, 展示给用户;
微博后台服务器, 用于获取并存储用户通过 IM客户端发布的微博 消息,按照预先设置的提取策略扫描用户发布的微博消息,获取关键字; 根据获取的关键字, 确认用户所处的应用场景, 匹配预先存储的应用场 景对应的帮助信息, 获取匹配的帮助信息并推送。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述微博后台服务器 包括: 微博消息服务器、 统计分析服务器以及微博智能服务器, 其中, 微博消息服务器, 用于存储用户发表的微博消息;
统计分析服务器, 用于按照预先设置的提取策略提取用户发布的微 博消息中的关键字;
微博智能服务器, 用于根据提取的关键字确定用户所处的应用场 景, 匹配预先存储的应用场景对应的帮助信息, 获取匹配的帮助信息并 推送。
11、 如权利要求 10 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述微博后台服务 器中进一步包括:
微博用户服务器, 用于保存用户的基本信息, 根据微博消息体中具 备的位置信息或用户标识, 查询获取存储的用户的基本信息, 输出至微 博智能服务器对匹配得到的帮助信息再次进行匹配。
