Abstract

Sistema de obtenção de carbonato de cálcio precipitado oriundo de resíduo de lama de carbonato de cálcio; processo de recuperação, beneficiamento e purificação do resíduo lama de carbonato de cálcio e produto carbonato -de cálcio precipitado resultante". O pedido define um sistema para obtenção de CaC03 precipitado dotado de módulos de classificação (m1), recuperação (m2), beneficiamento (m3) e purificação (m4); um processo de recuperação, beneficiamento e purificação do resíduo lama de carbonato de cálcio em que a lama recebe aditivos (dispersantes) 'e cal, passando por etapas de hidratação (20-70% de sólidos), classificação em peneira, acidulação/carbonatação com C02 oriundo. da caldeira (etapa em que ácido fosfórico é adicionado em conjunto com acidulantes quelantes como ácido sulfúrico, peróxido de hidrogénio e ácido cítrico), ' decantação, delaminação, homogeneização (com adição de dispersante), classificação em peneira, estabilização (ajuste de pH entre 8 e 9,5) e secagem (1,0% de umidade média); e o carbonato de cálcio precipitado com PSD médio de 3,0μιη, Alvura ISO mínimo de 92%, teor de carbonato total de 95% e teor de ferro (Fe203) <200ppm. O pedido descreve ainda o emprego do C02 oriundo de caldeiras de produção de papel para ajuste do pH da água utilizada no processo e o uso de um resíduo calcário rico em componentes orgânicos (oriundo da primeira classificação por peneira da lama de carbonato de cálcio) como corretivo de solo.
