Abstract

L'invention concerne une zéolite naturelle activée et micronisée et son utilisation en tant qu'excipient d'extraits de plantes, de fruits, de vitamines, de molécules organiques et de synthèse et de dérivés d'origines animales et leur application dans des préparations pharmaceutiques et des compléments alimentaires. En particulier, l'invention concerne une zéolite naturelle activée et micronisée présentant une taille de particule comprise entre 1 et 15 microns, une surface utile de 20 à 30 m2/g et une activation thermique à une température comprise entre 250°C et 400°C pendant 2 à 4 heures. En outre, la charge des extraits de plantes, de fruits, de vitamines, de molécules organiques et de synthèse et celle des dérivés d'origines animales, encapsulés dans les pores de la zéolite activée et micronisée et/ou sur sa surface est exécutée par un processus de réaction tribochimique mis en oeuvre dans un turbo-mélangeur de haute intensité par voie sèche et/ou par un processus de réaction tribochimique mis en oeuvre par voie humide dans un moulin colloïdal. L'excipient selon la présente invention peut être utilisé pour l'élaboration de préparations pharmaceutiques et de compléments alimentaires sous forme de comprimés, de capsules dures, de capsules molles, de suspensions, etc.
