目前, 现有的空气净化装置效率低, 造价和使用成本高, 使用后滤网 难清洗, 还要更换滤片, 所以现在急需一种造价和使用成本低, 滤气消毒 效率高、 清洗方便的空气净化装置。

针对上述问题, 本实用新型的目的是提出一种造价和使用成本低, 滤 气消毒效率高、 清洗方便的浮筒滚动净化空气装置。
一种浮筒滚动净化空气装置, 其设有进气系统, 还设有一吸附系统, 所述进气系统设于吸附系统上部, 所述吸附系统设有水盆, 所述水盆内设 有浮毛滚筒、湿毛浮毯和水溶液,所述浮毛滚筒通过竖型卡槽设于水盆内, 随水面上下浮动; 所述湿毛浮毯浮于水面上。
所述进气系统设有机壳, 所述机壳上设有风叶、 驱动电机、 隔板、 冰 袋、 金属薄片和斜挡板; 所述风叶设于隔板的进气侧; 所述驱动电机固定 在隔板上, 通过转动轴与风叶连动; 所述金属薄片设于斜挡板上, 后部紧 贴所述冰袋, 所述金属薄片正对着出气口对空气进行降温。
所述隔板底缘高于水面保留空隙, 分隔成进出气空间。
所述水溶液内融入杀菌液或消毒成分。
所述水盆内还有用于降温的冰袋, 所述冰袋设于水溶液中。
本实用新型由于采取以上技术方案, 具有以下优点:
本实用新型一种浮筒滚动净化空气装置采用了气流吹动浮毛滚筒滚 动进行空气清洗吸附净化, 同时采用水溶液进行清洁浮毛滚筒, 整体结构 简单, 能高效杀菌、 除尘, 有效的分解甲醛等有害气体。 同时在出气口处 设有冷却金属薄片, 对空气进行降温处理。

如图 1所示,是本实用新型一种浮筒滚动净化空气装置的结构示意图, 其设有吸附系统和进气系统, 所述进气系统设于吸附系统上部。 所述吸附 系统设有水盆 1, 所述水盆 1内设有浮毛滚筒 11、 湿毛浮毯 12、 水溶液 13和冰袋 14, 所述浮毛滚筒 11通过竖型卡槽设于水盆 1内, 随水面上下 浮动; 湿毛浮毯 12浮于水面上; 冰袋 14设于水溶液 13中。 所述水溶液 13内可以根据需要融入杀菌液、 消毒液或其他清洁成分。
所述进气系统设有机壳 2, 所述机壳 2上设有风叶 21、 驱动电机 22、 隔板 23、 冰袋 24、 金属薄片 25和斜挡板 26。 风叶 21设于隔板 23的进风 侧; 所述驱动电机 22固定在隔板 23上, 通过转动轴与风叶 21连动。 所 述金属薄片 25设于斜挡板 26上, 后部紧贴所述冰袋 24, 所述金属薄片 25正对着出气口对空气进行降温。
所述隔板 23底缘高于水面保留空隙 3, 分隔成进、 出气空间, 这样当 空气流过, 吹动浮毛滚筒 11滚动对空气进行吸附清洗净化。
如图 1所示, 当使用本实用新型一种浮筒滚动净化空气装置时, 首先 进气系统吸入空气, 空气首先通过湿毛浮毯 12进行第一次吸附除尘, 然 后空气通过空隙 3吹动浮毛滚筒 11滚动对空气进行吸附清洗净化, 水溶 液 13对浮毛滚筒 11进行清洗, 最后通过金属薄片 25降温吹出。 本实用 新型整体结构简单, 方便清洗, 并经过多重吸附除尘、 杀菌对空气彻底净 化。
本实用新型仅以上述实施例进行示意说明, 各部件的结构、 设置位置、 及 其连接都是可以有所变化的, 在本实用新型技术方案的基础上, 凡根据本 实用新型原理对个别部件进行的改进和等同变换, 均不应排除在本实用新 型的保护范围之外。

1、 一种浮筒滚动净化空气装置, 其设有进气系统, 其特征在于: 还 设有一吸附系统, 所述进气系统设于吸附系统上部, 所述吸附系统设有水 盆, 所述水盆内设有浮毛滚筒、 湿毛浮毯和水溶液, 所述浮毛滚筒通过竖 型卡槽设于水盆内; 所述湿毛浮毯浮于水面上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种浮筒滚动净化空气装置, 其特征在于: 所述进气系统设有机壳, 所述机壳上设有风叶、 驱动电机、 隔板、 冰袋、 金属薄片和斜挡板; 所述风叶设于隔板的进气侧; 所述驱动电机固定在隔 板上, 通过转动轴与风叶连动; 所述金属薄片设于斜挡板上, 后部紧贴所 述冰袋。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的一种浮筒滚动净化空气装置, 其特征在 于: 所述隔板底缘高于水面保留空隙, 分隔成进出气空间。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的一种浮筒滚动净化空气装置, 其特征在于: 所述水溶液内融入杀菌液或消毒成分。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的一种浮筒滚动净化空气装置, 其特征在于: 所述水盆内还有用于降温的冰袋, 所述冰袋设于水溶液中。
