Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un appareil qui inclut : un compresseur incluant une paire d'orifices en communication fluidique avec des premier et second échangeurs de chaleur et un orifice d'entrée de fluide frigorigène à température réduite permettant de recevoir un fluide frigorigène à température réduite ; et une vanne de détente qui est couplée entre les premier et second échangeurs de chaleur afin de réduire la pression du fluide frigorigène circulant depuis un des premier et second échangeurs de chaleur vers l'autre des premier et second échangeurs de chaleur ; le compresseur, le premier échangeur de chaleur, la vanne de détente et le second échangeur de chaleur sont agencés en boucle de manière à fonctionner en tant qu'appareil de réfrigération ou de pompe à chaleur.
