Abstract

본 발명은 물 위에 떠있는 바지선(A)으로 부터 유압과 고압공기를 공급받는 수중굴착기(200)를 해저 면에 설치하고, 상기 수중굴착기(200)의 아암(210)의 끝단에 비트결합구(110)를 결합하되 상기 비트결합구(110)에는 초경팁(131)을 구비하는 원형의 굴착비트(130)가 적어도 1개 이상 설치되어 유압모터(120)에 의해 회전가능토록 하고, 상기 굴착비트(130)의 상부에는 유압햄머(140)가 설치되어 수중굴착기(200) 아암(210)의 가압과 유압햄머(140)의 충격 및 굴착비트(130)의 회전에 의해 해저 면의 암반이 쉽게 굴착되도록 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 해저 케이블 포설장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 해저면의 암반을 질에 상관없이 굴착비트의 폭에 의해 일정한 너비의 케이블 포설 홈을 형성할 수 있으며, 또한 비트결합구의 일측에 설치된 위치감지센서에 의해 깊이도 조절하여 굴착이 가능한 효과를 갖는다. 또한 본 발명은 수중굴착기 아암의 가압과 유압햄머의 충격 및 굴착비트의 회전에 의해 해저면의 암반이 쉽게 굴착되는 효과를 갖는다. 또 본 발명은 수평과 높낮이, 경사를 조절할 수 있는 수중굴착기의 아암에 레일을 형성하고 상기 레일을 따라 비트결합구가 이동가능토록 함으로써 아암의 높이와 방향을 한번 셋팅하면 레일을 따라 비트결합구가 이동하면서 케이블 포설 홈을 굴착할 수 있어 잠수부를 위험으로 부터 안전하게 지킬 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
