Abstract

L'invention concerne un composé diamine qui contient un groupe fonctionnel terpyridine ou phénanthroline, et son procédé d'obtention. Le composé diamine contenant un groupe fonctionnel terpyridine ou phénanthroline selon la présente invention présente les avantages consistant en ce qu'il permet de former un polymère par réaction avec un monomère tel qu'un dianhydride, un acide dicarboxylique ou un diester, et en ce que la structure terpyridine ou phénanthroline composée du groupe fonctionnel peut former une liaison de coordination avec un métal, de façon telle que le composé peut être utilisé comme catalyseur ou comme matériau diélectrique qui en fait usage et peut être utilisé dans des domaines où des groupes fonctionnels, qui peuvent se lier avec des paires d'électrons non partagés, peuvent être ajoutés de diverses manières.
