Definitions
- the present invention relates to an ejection device for a movable furniture part, in particular a drawer, with an ejector unit which has an ejector for the movable furniture part, which is movable by the force of a spring, and a central locking mechanism, by means of which the spring in a tensioned position can be fixed, which can be unlocked by moving the ejector in the closing direction of the locking mechanism.
- ejection devices for drawers in which a latching mechanism is unlocked by depressing the drawer located in a closed position, so that an ejector moves the drawer in the opening direction.
- such ejection devices can be provided on opposite sides of the drawer.
- the disadvantage here is that with wide drawers unlocking a locking mechanism on only one side does not lead to an opening, since the locking mechanism is still locked on the opposite side and fixed the drawer. This can lead to malfunction. It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide an ejection device for a movable furniture part that can also be used for wide drawers and safely avoids incorrect operation.
- At least one triggering unit spaced apart from the ejector unit which has a feeler, by means of which a movement of the movable furniture part can be detected, wherein the latching mechanism can be unlocked by means of the triggering unit.
- the locking mechanism can be unlocked either via the ejector or the button of the trip unit, so that only a single locking mechanism controls the at least one ejector unit.
- the term ejector unit is intended to describe the mechanical assembly which is responsible for the ejection movement of the drawer from the closed position in the opening direction.
- the ejector unit comprises a driven ejector that drives the movable furniture part by linear movement, rotary motion or a pivoting movement.
- the term of the trip unit is intended to describe the mechanical assembly that detects when the user wants to open the movable furniture part from the closed position.
- the trip unit therefore includes a button that detects a movement of the movable furniture part, a switch or a pulse of a controller and then unlocks the latching mechanism. It is possible to form the trip unit separately from the ejector unit, ie as separate modules which are connected to one another only via the latching mechanism. Then each assembly can be adapted to the respective requirements. In one embodiment, it is possible for the ejector unit and the triggering unit to form a common mechanical assembly. Then the ejector of the ejector unit can also simultaneously form the button of the trip unit.
- the latching mechanism preferably has the energy store, by means of which the at least one ejector can be actuated. As a result, the ejector unit is not only controlled by the latching mechanism, but also driven.
- each ejector is formed by a lever which is rotatably mounted on a holder.
- at least two spaced-apart ejector can be provided, which can initiate a uniform opening movement especially with wide drawers.
- the pushbutton is connected to the latching mechanism via a rod or a rod, so that a precise transmission of movement is ensured for the unlocking process.
- a freewheel is provided at least in the coupling between the latching mechanism and each trip unit.
- the latching mechanism can be coupled with two spaced-apart tripping units, wherein at least one trip unit is also an ejector unit at the same time. For an ejector with few components Both trigger units can also simultaneously form the ejector units.
- Each release unit preferably has a rotatably mounted button, by means of which a linear movement of the movable furniture part in the closed position can be detected and is converted into a rotational movement.
- a linear movement of the movable furniture part in the closed position can be detected and is converted into a rotational movement.
- particularly small distances of the drawer in the closed position can cause an unlocking of the locking mechanism.
- at least one ejector of an ejector unit is coupled via a freewheel with the latching mechanism. The freewheel can thereby enable a movement of the ejector relative to the latching mechanism.
- the ejector unit and the central latching mechanism are preferably mounted on a drawer. Then, the ejector and / or the buttons of a trip unit may be supported on a contact surface, which is fixed to a furniture body, such as a rear wall or mounted on the furniture body stop.
- the ejection device according to the invention is used for example in a furniture with a furniture body and at least one drawer. The drawer can be moved via a self-closing into a closed position in the furniture body, this self-closing then takes over the hold for the movable furniture part.
- the tumbler can also be realized on at least one ejector unit and / or at least one triggering unit; for this purpose, for example, a spring element can be provided that the roller ejector unit.
- Latching mechanism and ejection unit can form a device as well as release unit and ejection unit can form a device.
- the ejection device may also be mounted on the stationary furniture part and eject the movable furniture part.
