一个或多个模糊购物网络服务器 110, 与互联网连接, 用于对互联网模糊购物买方账号 和卖方账号的认证与管理, 接收模糊购物买方账号提交的、 要发布的模糊购物商品需求消 息, 并发布给关联商品类型的部分或所有卖方账号, 接收模糊购物卖方账号提交给买方账 号的商品消息, 并发布到所述买方账号, 接收购买请求并执行买方与卖方之间的网络购物 交易流程。
所述网络购物交易流程是指通过网络完成商品订单、 支付以及商品交付的过程。 为了便于进一步理解本发明, 下面结合具体实施例进行详细描述。
参阅图 2, 图 2是实施例一的实现网络模糊购物系统结构图。
模糊购物网络服务器 110与数据接入服务网关 130之间通过 IP数据网络 120互连, 采 用 TCP/IP的套接字 (Socket) 建立逻辑链路连接, 通过约定格式的消息内容进行通信; 模糊购物网络服务器 110与移动电话终端 160之间通过私用无线宽带系统 170互连,或 模糊购物网络服务器 110与移动电话终端 160之间经数据接入服务网关 130通过 IP数据网 络 120互连, 采用 TCP/IP的套接字 (Socket) 建立逻辑链路连接, 通过约定格式的消息内 容进行通信;
模糊购物网络服务器 110与互联网服务器 180之间通过互联网互连, 采用 TCP/IP的套 接字 (Socket) 建立逻辑链路连接, 通过约定的协议进行通信;
互联网服务器 180由一个或多个提供互联网服务的互联网计算机服务器构成; 数据接入服务网关 130与移动通信接入网关 140之间通过数据网络互连, 采用 TCP/IP 的套接字 (Socket) 建立逻辑链路连接, 通过电信运营商规定的协议进行通信;
移动通信接入网关 140与移动通信无线系统 150之间通过传输线路互连, 采用电信运营 商规定的协议进行通信;
移动电话终端 160通过无线接口连接移动通信无线系统 150, 采用电信运营商规定的空 中接口协议进行交互通信;
移动通信无线系统 150是指移动通信网络中的基站子系统 BSS或无线网络子系统 RNS。 一种网络模糊购物的实现方法, 包括以下步骤:
a. 移动电话终端 160模糊购物用户与模糊购物网络服务器 110通信交互,以模糊购物买家 账号登录模糊购物网络服务器 110;
b. 模糊购物网络服务器 110向移动电话终端 160用户提供包括模糊购物按钮或菜单的用户 界面;
c 用户选择模糊购物,模糊购物网络服务器 110与用户通信交互,采集用户要购买的商品 的商品特征, 包括价格要求; d. 模糊购物网络服务器 110采集到用户提交的商品特征,把用户的商品购买需求信息发送 到销售所述商品所属类型商品的一个或多个关联商户的模糊购物卖家账号;
e. 模糊购物卖家接收到商品需求信息,能够向用户的模糊购物买家账号发送包括满足所述 商品需求特征的标的商品信息;
f. 模糊购物用户接收到部分或全部模糊购物卖家账号提供的标的商品信息,在模糊购物的 有效期内, 与模糊购物网络服务器 110通信交互, 选择模糊购物卖家及标的商品, 并提 交购买订单;
g. 模糊购物网络服务器 110发起卖家到买家的网络支付交易请求,并把交易请求结果分别 发送给卖家账号和买家账号。 以上所述的实施例子仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进、 组合和润饰, 这些 改进、 组合和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

1.一种网络模糊购物的实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
A. 模糊购物用户通过互联网终端与模糊购物网络服务器通信交互,以模糊购物买家账号登 录模糊购物网络服务器;
B. 模糊购物网络服务器向用户提供包括模糊购物按钮或菜单的用户界面;
C. 用户选择模糊购物,模糊购物网络服务器与用户通信交互,采集用户要购买的商品的商 品特征;
D. 模糊购物网络服务器采集到用户提交的商品特征,把用户的商品购买需求信息链接或传 送到销售所述商品所属类型商品的一个或多个关联商户的模糊购物卖家账号;
E. 模糊购物卖家浏览或接收到商品需求信息,能够向用户的模糊购物买家账号发送包括满 足所述商品需求特征的标的商品信息;
F. 模糊购物用户浏览或接收到部分或全部模糊购物卖家账号提供的标的商品信息,在模糊 购物的有效期内, 与模糊购物网络服务器通信交互, 选择模糊购物卖家及标的商品, 并 提交购买订单。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的网络模糊购物的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 A中, 所 述模糊购物是指买方在网络服务器上发布其要购买的商品的模糊特征信息, 包括性能和价 格, 网络服务器发布所述模糊特征信息到关注所述商品所属类型商品需求信息的所有签约 卖方, 卖方向所述买方发布满足买方需求的标的商品信息, 买方从提供标的商品的卖家列 表中, 选择卖家并通过网络服务器定购选中的卖家所提供的标的商品。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的网络模糊购物的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 A中, 所 述通信交互包括对用户的鉴权与认证。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的网络模糊购物的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 C中, 所 述商品的商品特征是指用户对商品功能的描述与商品所属的类型。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的网络模糊购物的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 E中, 所 述模糊购物卖家浏览或接收商品需求信息的方式是指当模糊购物卖家账号登录到模糊购物 网络服务器后, 如果存在与所述卖家相关联的商品需求信息, 则模糊购物网络服务器把所 述商品需求信息呈现给所述模糊购物卖家账号用户。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的网络模糊购物的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 F中, 所 述模糊购物买家浏览或接收商品需求信息的方式是指当模糊购物买家账号登录到模糊购物 网络服务器后, 如果存在发送给所述买家的标的商品信息, 则模糊购物网络服务器把所述 商品信息的列表呈现给所述模糊购物买家账号用户。
7.—种网络模糊购物的实现系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
一个或多个互联网接入网关, 是向网络终端提供接入互联网的关口通信设备; 一个或多个网络终端, 是支持访问互联网的网络计算机终端, 通过有线或无线网络经互 联网接入网关访问互联网上的模糊购物网络服务器;
一个或多个模糊购物网络服务器, 与互联网连接, 用于对互联网模糊购物买方账号和卖 方账号的认证与管理, 接收模糊购物买方账号提交的、 要发布的模糊购物商品需求消息, 并发布给关联商品类型的部分或所有卖方账号, 接收模糊购物卖方账号提交给买方账号的 商品消息, 并发布到所述买方账号, 接收购买请求并执行买方与卖方之间的网络购物交易 流程。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的网络模糊购物的实现系统, 其特征在于, 所述网络购物交易流 程是指通过网络完成商品订单、 支付以及商品交付的过程。
