拉销装置 技术领域 本发明涉及起重设备领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种拉销装置。 背景技术 在塔式起重机中, 使用销轴进行连接的现象十分普遍, 特别是在标准节之间的销 轴连接。 在实际工程应用中, 为了使标准节之间获得较好的连接, 从而实现起重机的 各部分功能, 常常需要进行销轴安装, 以连接标准节。 目前, 传统的安装塔式起重机 标准节销轴方法均为将销轴先放入标准节连接部分中, 然后使用大锤将销轴打入, 这 种方法多为人工操作, 对于锤打的工具和力度有较高的要求, 操作比较麻烦, 尤其在 塔机使用一段时间后, 由于受力较大和表面锈蚀, 标准节连接销轴安装时很不方便, 在直径较大的销轴上情况格外明显, 而当销轴直径较大时, 对于大锤的质量和敲击的 力度要求也很大, 更是增加了作业难度。 尤其是在高空作业过程中, 更是需要操作人 员有合适的操作空间, 然而高空作业空间相当有限, 这极大的提高了操作人员的工作 强度, 影响了工作人员的操作水平, 而且对于操作人员本身也有着很大的安全隐患, 工作效率相当低下。此外, 如果销轴经过反复敲击, 极易对捶打表面造成一定的损坏, 更是给拉销作业增加了难度。 在塔机安装时, 由于加工、 装配等引起的误差也使得某 些标准节销轴安装较为困难。 现有的拉销装置也有采用液压系统进行拉销, 但是由于这种拉销装置的动力系统 多为电动小型泵站, 体积一般较大, 使用时需要考虑在塔机上的安装和布置。 泵站难 以移动, 需要配置较长的连接管路, 在固定在塔机上之后, 对于较远的目标的拆卸很 不方便, 给实际的操作造成不少的麻烦。 而且在高空作业过程中, 安装或者拆卸泵站 本身就带有很大的危险性。 泵站的布置还需要考虑到供电问题, 更是给这种拉销装置 带来了不便。 该种方法的成本较高, 对于低端用户来说, 也很难接受。 发明内容 本发明旨在提供一种拉销装置, 安全性好, 操作方便, 有效提高了工作效率, 降 低了劳动强度。 为了实现上述目的, 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种拉销装置, 包括: 抵接 部, 抵压拉销工作面; 拉伸部, 抵压在抵接部上, 并连接至待拉销轴, 拉伸部包括连 接至待拉销轴头部的拉伸螺杆和与拉伸螺杆连接的拉伸机构。 进一步地, 拉伸机构包括: 空心千斤顶, 拉伸螺杆固定连接至空心千斤顶; 驱动 单元, 驱动空心千斤顶拉拽拉伸螺杆。 进一步地, 驱动单元为液压手动泵或手动气压泵。 进一步地, 抵接部包括: 抵接支腿, 抵压拉销工作面; 支撑板, 连接抵接支腿, 并支撑拉伸部, 在支撑板上设置有供拉伸螺杆穿过的通孔。 进一步地, 支撑板对应待拉销轴的分布位置设置有至少一个通孔, 在支撑板与拉 销工作面之间设置有一个或多个抵接支腿。 进一步地, 抵接部为箱形。 进一步地, 拉销装置还包括垫块, 设置在抵接部与拉销工作面之间。 进一步地, 拉伸螺杆上在与待拉销轴连接处还设置有锁紧螺母。 根据本发明的技术方案, 拉销装置包括抵接部和拉伸部, 拉伸部包括连接至待拉 销轴头部的拉伸螺杆和与拉伸螺杆连接的拉伸机构。 通过拉伸机构拉拽拉伸螺杆, 将 待拉销轴拉入待连接处, 完成销轴的安装。 拉伸机构包括空心千斤顶和驱动单元, 通 过驱动单元驱动空心千斤顶来拉动拉伸螺杆。 这种结构使用简单方便, 易于操作, 能 够在较小空间内完成销轴安装动作, 并且不会对销轴造成大的损坏, 有效提高了工作 效率。 在抵接部的支撑板上有至少一个供拉伸螺杆穿过的通孔, 能够实现同时安装多 个销轴的功能。 在拉伸螺杆与待拉销轴连接处设置有锁紧螺母, 可以增强拉伸螺杆和 待拉销轴之间的连接, 保证连接的稳定性, 从而保证拉销工作的可靠性。 附图说明 构成本发明的一部分的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 本发明的示意性实 施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1示出了根据本发明的实施例的拉销装置的安装结构示意图; 以及 图 2示出了根据本发明的实施例的拉销装置处于拉伸状态时的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 如图 1和图 2所示, 根据本发明的实施例, 拉销装置包括拉伸部 10和抵接部 20。 抵接部 20抵压起重机标准节的主弦杆 50内侧的拉销工作面 60。 拉伸部 10抵接在抵 接部 20上, 包括有拉伸螺杆 13和拉伸机构。 拉伸螺杆 13—端连接在待拉销轴 40的 头部, 另一端连接在拉伸机构上, 并在拉伸机构的拉伸作用下, 将待拉销轴 40从主弦 杆 50外侧向内侧拉入,最终使待拉销轴 40进入销轴孔,将标准节的主弦杆 50连接在 一起。 拉伸机构包括空心千斤顶 11和驱动单元 12, 空心千斤顶 11与拉伸螺杆 13固定 连接在一起, 并通过驱动单元 12提供驱动力, 使空心千斤顶 11带动拉伸螺杆 13拉动 待拉销轴 40。 驱动单元 12这里为手动压力泵, 比如液压手动泵或者手动气压泵, 手 动压力泵简单小巧, 占用空间小, 而且重量较轻, 使用方便, 操作简单, 能够为空心 千斤顶 11提供足够的拉销作用力, 很好的实现拉销功能。 拉销装置的抵接部 20包括抵压拉销工作面 60的一个或者多个抵接支腿 21, 以及 连接抵接支腿 21的支撑板 22。 支撑板 22上设置有供拉伸螺杆 13穿过的至少一个通 孔 23, 并具有支撑拉伸机构的结构。 支撑板 22与抵接支腿 21之间可以为相互组合焊 接而成, 也可以为一体成型。 抵接部 20可以为箱形结构, 具体地, 抵接部 20为锥台 结构或者圆柱筒状结构。 抵接部 20还可以为多个支撑杆与支撑板 22连接而成, 多个 支撑杆均匀分布在支撑板 22与拉销工作面 60之间, 构成多个抵接支腿 21, 对拉销装 置形成均匀稳定的支撑。在本实施例中, 抵接部 20为套筒结构, 能够为拉销装置提供 稳定的支撑。 当待拉销轴 40为两个或两个以上的销轴且方向平行时, 拉销装置的抵接部 20的 支撑板上可以在对应各待拉销轴 40的安装位置上设置多个相应的通孔 23, 同时使多 个拉伸螺杆 13穿过通孔 23连接在多个对应的待拉销轴 40上, 拉伸螺杆 13的另一端 连接在拉伸机构上, 这样就可以同时安装多个待拉销轴 40。 为了能够在安装待拉销轴 40时, 抵接部 20具有足够的支撑强度, 在支撑板 22与拉销工作面 60之间设置有多 个抵接支腿 21,以便对支撑板 22有多个支撑,防止支撑板 22在拉销过程中造成损坏。 在抵接支腿 21和拉销工作面 60之间还设置有垫块 30, 抵接部 20抵接在垫块 30 上, 并通过对垫块 30施加作用力, 将抵压力传递给拉销工作面 60, 通过拔销工作面 60对拉销装置提供反作用力, 从而将待拉销轴装入销轴孔。 垫块 30可以避免抵接部 20直接作用于主弦杆 50内侧的拉销工作面 60上, 而在拉销过程中对主弦杆 50造成 损伤, 对主弦杆 50形成有效保护, 同时能够保证抵接部 20工作于平整的平面, 使拉 销装置具有更好的作用效果。 此外, 垫块 30还可以对抵接部 20形成定位, 更加便于 抵接部 20的安装。 优选地, 在与待拉销轴 40的连接位置处的拉伸螺杆 13上还设置有锁紧螺母 14, 在将拉伸螺杆 13与待拉销轴 40连接后, 通过旋转锁紧螺母 14对拉伸螺杆 13进行预 紧, 有效增强拉伸螺杆 13与待拉销轴 40之间的连接作用。 拉销装置的操作步骤如下:
1. 首先将垫块 30紧贴主弦杆 50的内侧面并对应销轴孔放好,然后将套筒放置在 垫块 30上同时尽量保证套筒上的通孔 23与主弦杆 50上的销轴孔同心;
2. 然后将拉伸螺杆 13穿过套筒上的通孔 23, 再穿过主弦杆 50上的销轴孔, 在 主弦杆 50外侧将待拉销轴 40与拉伸螺杆 13通过螺纹连接好, 待拉销轴 40可以为阶 梯销轴, 在安装待拉销轴 40时可以将待拉销轴 40推进销轴孔一段, 更加便于安装;
3. 将空心千斤顶 11通过拉伸螺杆 13安装在套筒头部, 空心千斤顶 11的一端顶 在套筒上, 另一端用螺母拧紧, 至此完成拉销装置的安装;
4. 用高压胶管连接液压手动泵和空心千斤顶 11, 摇动液压手动泵, 使空心千斤 顶 11伸展, 带动拉伸螺杆 13及待拉销轴 40向标准节的内侧移动;
5. 完成一个行程后, 松开空心千斤顶 11顶端的螺母, 液压手动泵泄压, 空心千 斤顶 11收回到适当位置, 重新拧紧空心千斤顶 11顶端的螺母, 使螺母顶紧空心千斤 顶 11 ;
6. 重复 4, 5步骤, 直至待拉销轴 40的轴肩紧贴主弦杆 50的外侧。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
1. 操作简便灵活: 全套装置重量轻、 体积小, 可轻松搬动, 便于空中操作;
2. 成本低廉: 套筒及螺杆易于加工, 千斤顶及配套泵站为市面上常见的工具, 便 于购买, 价格较低;
3. 降低工作强度: 将装置安装好后, 只需摇动液压手动泵即可完成操作; 4. 提高效率: 一般情况下, 用此新装置安装一件销轴只需十余分钟, 大大提高了 工作效率;
5. 适用范围广: 所拉销轴无论大小, 均可通过修改头部螺纹孔大小, 使其能通过 该装置安装, 同时, 千斤顶的拉力也可通过液压阀控制。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
