Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil de décomposition de matières organiques et un procédé de décomposition de matières organiques mettant en œuvre ledit appareil, ledit appareil comprenant : une chambre de réaction sous pression interne contenant les matières organiques à décomposer ; des moyens d'agitation disposés au sein de la chambre de réaction ; et une chaudière qui fournit de la vapeur saturée à une température de 200 à 260°C à l'intérieur de la chambre de réaction sous pression de 15 à 50 bar. Une couche de revêtement céramique d'une épaisseur de 0,05 à 1 nm est formée à l'intérieur de ladite chambre de réaction par injection d'ions-plasma de telle sorte que les ondes électromagnétiques générées par la décomposition des matières organiques sont réfléchies sur la surface interne du réacteur sans transmission.
