Abstract
The present invention provides an apparatus for decomposing organic materials and a method for decomposing organic materials using the same, the apparatus comprising: an internal pressure reactor which contains organic materials to be decomposed; an agitation means provided within the reactor; and a boiler which provides saturated vapor at 200-260℃ into the reactor under 15-50 atmospheric pressure, wherein a ceramic coating layer is formed in the thickness of 0.05nm~0.1nm by plasma ion injection such that electromagnetic waves generated in the decomposition of organic materials are reflected on the inner surface of the reactor without transmission.
