Abstract

본 발명은 물기를 함유한 석탄의 건조작업에 사용하거나 형태의 변형이나 손상 및 파손을 최소화하여야 하는 각종 농산물(고추 등) 및 담뱃잎 등의 건조작업에 사용할 수 있도록 한 열풍 대류식 벨트타입 건조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 공급 호퍼를 구비하는 공급 컨베이어와; 공급 컨베이어에 의해 공급되는 건조 대상체를 건조 컨베이어 상에 균일한 두께로 정렬·투입해주기 위한 투입 컨베이어와; 적어도 두 개 이상의 건조실로 구성되는 건조 하우징과; 보일러 장치에서 공급되는 고온의 물을 이용하여 건조 하우징의 각 건조실에 열풍을 공급해주기 위한 열교환기와; 건조 하우징의 각 건조실을 경유하도록 한 건조 컨베이어, 건조 컨베이어의 안쪽에 설치되어 건조 컨베이어에서 이탈된 분진을 수거하기 위한 회수 컨베이어와; 건조 컨베이어와 회수 컨베이어에서 공급되는 건조 대상체 및 분진을 배출시켜 주기 위한 이송 컨베이어 등으로 구성되는 것이다. 본 발명은 건조 대상체를 균일한 두께로 적층하여 열풍이 대류하는 복수의 건조 영역으로 경유시킴으로써 건조 대상체에 대한 건조효율을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 건조 대상체에 외부 물리력이 가해지는 것을 최소화하여 건조 대상체의 손상 및 파손을 방지할 수 있어 건조장치를 보다 다양한 분야에서 활용할 수 있는 등의 효과가 있다.
