Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a uma cápsula (1, 1') contendo pelo menos uma substância aromática para produção de uma bebida mediante o seu atravessamento por um escoamento fluido sob pressão, e que compreende pelo menos um elemento de abertura controlada (5, 5e, 5s) retido de forma removível pelo menos numa zona (2, 3) de cápsula virada ao escoamento a montante e/ou a jusante. O referido elemento de abertura controlada pode, mediante a aplicação de uma determinada força de actuação exercida por um respectivo dispositivo de extracção, ser deslocado de forma pelo menos linear ou rotativa desde uma posição de retenção inicial, que realiza o fecho estanque da cápsula, para pelo menos uma posição de retenção seguinte, dessa forma libertando pelo menos uma secção de passagem de escoamento de configuração e dimensão previamente definidos em vista de uma distribuição optimizada do escoamento no interior da cápsula.
