Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μία κάψουλα η οποία περιέχει τουλάχιστον μία αρωματική ουσία για την παραγωγή ενός ροφήματος, μέσω της διασταύρωσης της με μία πεπιεσμένη ροή ενός υγρού, και η οποία περιλαμβάνει τουλάχιστον ένα ελεγχόμενο στοιχείο ανοίγματος το οποίο διατηρείται κατά έναν αφαιρούμενο τρόπο τουλάχιστον σε μία ζώνη της κάψουλας η οποία αντικρύζει την ανάντη ροή του υγρού και/ή την κατάντη ροή. Το εν λόγω ελεγχόμενο στοιχείο του ανοίγματος, μέσω της εφαρμογής τουλάχιστον μίας δύναμης ενεργοποίησης η οποία ασκείται από μία αντίστοιχη διάταξη εξαγωγής, μπορεί να μετακινηθεί κατά έναν τουλάχιστον γραμμικό ή περιστρεφόμενο τρόπο από μία αρχική θέση διατήρησης, η οποία παράγει αυτό το αεροστεγές κλείσιμο της κάψουλας, σε τουλάχιστον μία επακόλουθη θέση, απελευθερώνοντας κατ' αυτόν τον τρόπο τουλάχιστον ένα τμήμα του περάσματος διόδου της ροής του εκ των προτέρων καθορισμένου σχηματισμού και της διάστασης εν όψει μίας βέλτιστης διανομής ροής μέσα στην εν λόγω κάψουλα.
