Abstract
Description
図1は、ハイブリッド自動車のモータジェネレータ制御に関する構成を示す回路図である。ハイブリッド自動車は、ガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジン等の内燃機関と、充放電可能な2次電池(バッテリ)から電力供給されるモータとを動力源とする。
図4および図7を参照して、本実施の形態におけるパワー制御ユニット21においては、端子台61が壁部62を有する。壁部62は、端子台61に一体に設けられている。壁部62は、締結部55qと一体に樹脂成形されている。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1におけるパワー制御ユニット21が備える端子台61の構造についてさらに説明を行なう。
Claims (9)
- 車両に搭載され、車両走行用の電力を制御するためのパワー制御ユニットであって、
頂部(51)を有し、前記頂部(51)に開口する開口部(53)が形成されるケース体(50)と、
前記ケース体(50)に収容され、前記開口部(53)と向かい合って配置される端子台(61)と、
前記ケース体(50)に収容され、電子部品(84)が実装される基板(70)とを備え、
前記端子台(61)は、前記基板(70)と前記開口部(53)との間に配置され、前記開口部(53)の開口面の周りの前記頂部(51)に向けて延伸する第1壁部(62)を有する、パワー制御ユニット。 - 前記第1壁部(62)は、前記ケース体(50)の外側から前記開口部(53)を通じて前記基板(70)に向かう視線を遮るように設けられる、請求項1に記載のパワー制御ユニット。
- 前記ケース体(50)は、前記基板(70)と前記開口部(53)との間に配置され、前記開口部(53)を規定する前記頂部(51)の内縁から前記ケース体(50)内部に向けて突出するリブ状部(82)をさらに有し、
前記第1壁部(62)は、前記ケース体(50)の外側から前記開口部(53)を通じて前記リブ状部(82)越しに前記基板(70)に向かう視線を遮るように設けられる、請求項1に記載のパワー制御ユニット。 - 前記ケース体(50)は、前記基板(70)と前記開口部(53)との間に配置され、前記開口部(53)を規定する前記頂部(51)の内縁から前記ケース体(50)内部に向けて突出するリブ状部(82)をさらに有し、
前記第1壁部(62)は、高さ方向において前記リブ状部(82)とオーバーラップする位置まで延伸する、請求項1に記載のパワー制御ユニット。 - 前記基板(70)は、前記端子台(61)に対して前記頂部(51)の反対側に配置され、
前記端子台(61)は、前記第1壁部(62)とは反対方向であって、前記基板(70)が存在しない方向に延伸する第2壁部(89)をさらに有する、請求項1に記載のパワー制御ユニット。 - 前記端子台(61)に接続されるバスバー(47,86)と、
前記バスバー(47,86)を前記端子台(61)に締結するボルト(60)とをさらに備え、
前記開口部(53)は、前記ケース体(50)の外側から前記開口部(53)を通じて前記ボルト(60)にアクセス可能なように形成される、請求項1に記載のパワー制御ユニット。 - 前記端子台(61)に接続されるバスバー(47,86)をさらに備え、
前記端子台(61)は、前記バスバー(47,86)を締結するためのボルト(60)が挿入される締結部(55q)をさらに有し、
前記締結部(55q)に対するボルト(60)の挿入方向から見た場合に、前記バスバー(47,86)は、前記締結部(55q)から、前記締結部(55q)を挟んで前記基板(70)とは反対側に延出し、前記第1壁部(62)は、前記締結部(55q)と前記基板(70)との間に配置される、請求項1に記載のパワー制御ユニット。 - 前記締結部(55q)に対するボルト(70)の挿入方向から見た場合に、前記第1壁部(62)は、前記締結部(55q)の周りの四方のうち前記バスバー(47,86)の延出方向を除く三方に配置される、請求項7に記載のパワー制御ユニット。
- 前記端子台(61)に接続されるバスバー(56)と、
前記ケース体(50)に収容され、前記バスバー(56)が接続されるパワー制御ユニット構成部品(34)とをさらに備え、
前記パワー制御ユニット構成部品(34)は、前記基板(70)と前記開口部(53)との間に配置され、前記頂部(51)と前記バスバー(56)との間で、前記開口部(53)の開口面の周りの前記頂部(51)に向けて延伸する第3壁部(91)を有する、請求項1に記載のパワー制御ユニット。
