发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在冲头刃口磨损后, 可快速调整冲头伸出的 长度, 延长冲头的使用寿命, 而且结构简单, 制造成本低的冲头长度可调节的 数控冲床模具上模。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是数控冲床模具上模包括打击头、 调节套筒、 冲头体, 打击头与冲头体之间设有其上端部可与打击头连接或分离的其下端部 与冲头体连接的锁芯, 打击头与通过其内螺纹与冲头体上端外螺纹连接的套筒 固定连接, 打击头内沿径向设有一阶梯孔, 该孔内设有按压锁钩, 在阶梯孔与 按压锁钩之间设有复位弹簧; 所述按压锁钩的头部与杆部之间设有过渡台阶, 其内端部沿径向固接有一钩销, 打击头内设有与钩销相对应的沟槽; 锁芯的上 部圆柱体设在打击头的中心圆柱形通孔内, 其肩部的端面的内外分别设有环形 槽和呈径向分布的可与钩销扣接的多个等分沟槽。
以上所述的锁芯下部可设有四棱柱, 该四棱柱插置在冲头体上端对应的四 方孔内。
本实用新型的工作原理是冲头刃口磨损后, 为保持上模闭合高度不变, 先 用手指按压按压锁钩的外端部, 按压锁钩克服复位弹簧的弹力向打击头内部滑 动, 并使按压锁钩上的钩销处于锁芯肩部端面内环形槽内使机构解锁, 与冲头 体固结的冲头与锁芯保持同轴并限制其转动而仅能作上下移动, 此时可根据需 要转动打击头, 而打击头带动调节套筒, 调节套筒进而带动冲头体, 冲头体又 带动冲头向下移动, 直到冲头长度处于合适位置时, 停止按压按压锁钩; 按压 锁钩复位后, 按压锁钩上的钩销与锁芯肩部端面径向分布的等分沟槽中的一个 沟槽相扣接使机构闭锁, 打击头被锁芯锁住不能转动, 从而冲头伸出长度调节 结束。
