技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示器技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)灯条固定结构及液晶显示器。
背景技术
液晶显示器是利用液晶显示图像的平板显示装置,比其他显示装置具有轻薄、低驱动电压及低功耗等优点,在整个产业上得到广泛应用。然而,其液晶显示面板不能自主发光,因此需要提供独立的人工光的背光源组合体。
LED灯作为背光源有两种形式:侧背光和底背光,LED灯较冷凝式灯管(CCFL)节能、寿命长、体积小,被看作是液晶显示器未来发展的趋势。
现有的液晶显示器LED灯背光装置中,LED灯条安装在背板上,LED灯条与背板之间设有铝挤,LED灯背光装置在使用时,LED散发的热量由其铝挤向背板方向发散,然而,由于这种散热方式无法对LED向侧面散发的热量进行有效散发,导致液晶面板靠近LED灯的部位具有明显的温升。该温升不仅减低了LED灯的发光效率,也使得由LED灯为其提供背光的液晶显示板温度不均,在靠近LED灯的部位,液晶显示板因温度极高而出现泛红现象,影响了液晶显示器的成像质量。更重要的是,LED灯的温升会大大降低其使用寿命。而现有的LED灯的安装结构无法满足LED灯背光装置的散热要求。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种LED灯条固定结构及液晶显示器,旨在提高液晶显示器的LED灯背光部分的散热效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出一种LED灯条固定结构,包括背板以及LED灯条,所述固定结构还包括条状固定元件,其上设有容置所述LED灯条的凹槽;所述凹槽内设有用于容纳LED灯条上LED的透光孔;所述固定元件收容该LED灯条,且与该背板固定连接;所述背板包括底板和侧壁,所述背板的侧壁的顶部设有第一固定片,所述固定元件的顶部设有与所述第一固定片卡扣连接的卡扣。

优选地,所述连接件为固定在所述第一固定片上的铆柱,所述第二固定片上设有穿套所述铆柱的定位孔。
优选地,所述定位孔包括一大孔及与所述大孔连通的一小孔。
优选地,所述背板的底板沿着侧壁设有卡孔,所述固定元件的底部设有可插入所述卡孔的卡片。
优选地,所述LED灯条的背面与所述背板的侧壁接触。
本发明还提出一种液晶显示器,包括背板、LED灯条及条状固定元件,所述固定元件上设有凹槽,所述LED灯条容置于所述凹槽内;所述凹槽内设有用于容纳LED灯条上LED的透光孔;所述固定元件收容该LED灯条,且与所述背板固定连接。
优选地,所述背板包括底板和侧壁,所述背板的侧壁上设有第一螺丝孔,所述固定元件对应所述第一螺丝孔的位置设有第二螺丝孔,通过一螺丝将所述第一、第二螺丝孔连接,进而将所述固定元件固定于背板上。
优选地,所述背板的侧壁的顶部设有第一固定片,所述固定元件的顶部设有第二固定片;通过一连接件将所述第一固定片与第二固定片固定连接。
优选地,所述连接件为固定在所述第一固定片上的铆柱,所述第二固定片上设有穿套所述铆柱的定位孔。
优选地,所述背板的侧壁的顶部设有第一固定片,所述固定元件的顶部设有与所述第一固定片卡扣连接的卡扣。
优选地,所述背板的底板沿着侧壁设有卡孔,所述固定元件的底部设有可插入所述卡孔的卡片。
本发明提出的一种LED灯条固定结构及液晶显示器,通过将容置有LED灯条的固定元件固定在背板的侧壁上,增加了LED灯背光部分的散热通道,而且所用连接螺丝等连接件少,在提高液晶显示器背光部分的散热效果的同时,简化了LED灯条的安装结构,降低了成本。

本发明目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
本发明技术方案总体思路是:通过将LED灯条安装在固定元件上,再将固定元件固定在液晶显示器的背板上,以增加液晶显示器的LED灯背光部分的散热通道,提高散热效果。
以下将结合附图及实施例,对实现发明目的的技术方案作详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请一并参照图1、图2及图4,图1是本发明LED灯条固定结构第一实施例的安装示意图,图2是图1所示的背板1与固定元件3安装后的结构示意图,图4是该第一实施例中固定元件3的结构示意图;本发明第一实施例的LED灯条固定结构包括背板1、LED灯条2及条状固定元件3,背板1包括底板11和侧壁12,LED灯条2设置在背板1的侧壁12,具体通过固定元件3固定在背板1的侧壁12上,固定元件3上设有凹槽21,凹槽21内设有透光孔36,LED灯条2容置于条状固定元件3的凹槽21内,LED灯条2上的LED容纳于透光孔36内;固定元件3与背板1的侧壁12固定连接,LED灯条2的背面与背板1的侧壁12接触。该实施例中的固定元件3采用散热材料制成。
背板1与固定元件3安装后的结构如图2所示,固定元件3与背板1通过螺丝5固定连接。在背板1的侧壁12上设置第一螺丝孔121,固定元件3对应该第一螺丝孔121的位置设置第二螺丝孔31,通过一螺丝5将第一、第二螺丝孔121、31连接,进而将固定元件3固定于背板1上。
其中,第一螺丝孔121可以设置在背板1的侧壁12的两端;对应地,第二螺丝孔31设置在固定元件3的两端。在本发明中,上述两螺丝孔121、31并不限于上述位置,两螺丝孔121、31还可分别设置在背板1的侧壁12及固定元件3的其他位置。
此外,背板1的侧壁12上设置第一固定片122,在固定元件3的顶部设置第二固定片32;通过一连接件将第一固定片122与第二固定片32固定连接,此种固定片连接方式可以更好的将容置有LED灯条2的固定元件3固定于背板1上。
其中,连接件可以为固定在第一固定片122上的铆柱4,如图3所示,是铆柱4的放大示意图,同时在第二固定片32上设有穿套铆柱4的定位孔33如图4所示,图4是本发明LED灯条固定结构第一实施例中固定元件3的结构示意图,图5是图4中A处放大示意图。该定位孔33包括一大孔(图未标示)及与大孔连通的一小孔(图未标示),其形状可以是葫芦形或包括大孔和小孔的其他形状。此外,在背板1的底板11上沿侧壁12设置卡孔111,在固定元件3的底部设置可插入该卡孔111的卡片35,以更好的将固定元件3固定于背板1上。
在安装时,首先将LED灯条2放进固定元件3容纳LED灯条2的凹槽21,然后把容有LED灯条2的固定元件3按照图1所示的箭头方向插进背板1,LED灯条2的背面与背板1的侧壁12接触;固定元件3底部的卡片35卡入背板1的底板11上的卡孔111内,将固定元件3的下部分和背板1固定在一起,同时,将固定元件3上第二固定片32上的葫芦型孔33的大孔穿套在铆接在背板1上的铆柱4,接着按照图2所示的箭头方向推动固定元件3至预定位置,这时铆接在背板1上的铆柱4通过固定元件3上的定位孔33的小孔上,将固定元件3上部分和背板1固定在一起,最后在固定元件3的两端锁紧螺丝5,这样就将固定元件3和背板1完全固定在一起。
相比现有技术中,将LED灯条2安装在背板1上,并在LED灯条2与背板1之间设置铝挤的情形,由于本实施例将LED灯条2通过固定元件3固定在背板1上,固定元件3采用散热材料制成,并使LED灯条2上的LED容纳于固定元件3的凹槽21上的透光孔36中,LED灯条2产生的热量可以通过LED灯条2的背面及凹槽21的各侧壁进行散热,从而增加了LED灯条2的散热路径,提高了LED灯条2的散热效果,同时,本实施例中LED灯条2与背板1之间不用增设用于散热的铝挤,从而降低了成本。
因此,本实施例通过固定元件3可以更好更快捷的将LED灯条2固定,并可增加液晶显示器的背光部分的散热效果。
请参照图6,图6为本发明LED灯条固定结构第二实施例中固定元件的结构示意图;本发明第二实施例的LED灯条固定结构,与上述第一实施例相似,其区别在于:在本实施例中,在固定元件3的顶部设置卡扣34替代第一实施例中的第二固定片32。该卡扣34与图1中所示的背板1的侧壁12上的第一固定片122卡扣连接。
在安装时,与上述第一实施例相似,只是在本实施例中不用按照图2所示的箭头方向推动固定元件3,而是按照图1所示的箭头方向将固定元件3插入背板1后,直接锁紧螺丝5。
请一并参照图7、图8、图9、图10及图11,图7是本发明液晶显示器一实施例的结构分解示意图,本发明一实施例的液晶显示器,包括背板1、LED灯条2、固定元件3、前框6、面板7、胶框8、光学膜片9及导光板10,固定元件3上设有凹槽,LED灯条2容置于固定元件3上的凹槽内;固定元件3与背板1通过铆柱4及螺丝5固定连接,图8是本发明液晶显示器一实施例的主视图;图9是图8中A-A方向截面示意图;图10是图9中B处放大示意图;图11是图9中C处放大示意图。
本实施例中固定元件3与背板1的固定连接方式具体可以采用上述第一实施例和第二实施例的方式,在此不再赘述。
在安装时,首先将容置有LED灯条的固定元件3固定于背板1的两侧壁上,然后依次将导光板10、光学膜片9放置于背板1的底板上,然后将胶框8固定在背板1上,之后将面板7放置在胶框8上,最后安装前框6,通过前框6将面板7及胶框8固定。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种LED灯条固定结构,包括背板以及LED灯条,其特征在于,所述固定结构还包括条状固定元件,其上设有容置所述LED灯条的凹槽;所述凹槽内设有用于容纳LED灯条上LED的透光孔;所述固定元件收容该LED灯条,且与该背板固定连接;所述背板包括底板和侧壁,所述背板的侧壁的顶部设有第一固定片,所述固定元件的顶部设有与所述第一固定片卡扣连接的卡扣。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条固定结构,其特征在于,所述背板的底板沿着侧壁设有卡孔,所述固定元件的底部设有可插入所述卡孔的卡片。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条固定结构,其特征在于,所述LED灯条的背面与所述背板的侧壁接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条固定结构,其特征在于,所述背板的侧壁上设有第一螺丝孔,所述固定元件对应所述第一螺丝孔的位置设有第二螺丝孔,通过一螺丝将所述第一、第二螺丝孔连接,进而将所述固定元件固定于背板上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的LED灯条固定结构,其特征在于,所述第一螺丝孔设置在所述背板的侧壁的两端;所述第二螺丝孔设置在所述固定元件的两端。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的LED灯条固定结构,其特征在于,所述背板的底板沿着侧壁设有卡孔,所述固定元件的底部设有可插入所述卡孔的卡片。
  7. 一种LED灯条固定结构,包括背板以及LED灯条,其特征在于,所述固定结构还包括条状固定元件,其上设有容置所述LED灯条的凹槽;所述凹槽内设有用于容纳LED灯条上LED的透光孔;所述固定元件收容该LED灯条,且与该背板固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的LED灯条固定结构,其特征在于,所述背板包括底板和侧壁,所述背板的侧壁上设有第一螺丝孔,所述固定元件对应所述第一螺丝孔的位置设有第二螺丝孔,通过一螺丝将所述第一、第二螺丝孔连接,进而将所述固定元件固定于背板上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的LED灯条固定结构,其特征在于,所述第一螺丝孔设置在所述背板的侧壁的两端;所述第二螺丝孔设置在所述固定元件的两端。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的LED灯条固定结构,其特征在于,所述背板的侧壁的顶部设有第一固定片,所述固定元件的顶部设有第二固定片;通过一连接件将所述第一固定片与第二固定片固定连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的LED灯条固定结构,其特征在于,所述连接件为固定在所述第一固定片上的铆柱,所述第二固定片上设有穿套所述铆柱的定位孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的LED灯条固定结构,其特征在于,所述定位孔包括一大孔及与所述大孔连通的一小孔。
  13. 根据权利要求7 -12中任一项所述的LED灯条固定结构,其特征在于,所述背板的底板沿着侧壁设有卡孔,所述固定元件的底部设有可插入所述卡孔的卡片。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的LED灯条固定结构,其特征在于,所述LED灯条的背面与所述背板的侧壁接触。
  15. 一种液晶显示器,包括背板及LED灯条,其特征在于,还包括条状固定元件,所述固定元件上设有凹槽,所述LED灯条容置于所述凹槽内;所述凹槽内设有用于容纳LED灯条上LED的透光孔;所述固定元件收容该LED灯条,且与所述背板固定连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述背板包括底板和侧壁,所述背板的侧壁上设有第一螺丝孔,所述固定元件对应所述第一螺丝孔的位置设有第二螺丝孔,通过一螺丝将所述第一、第二螺丝孔连接,进而将所述固定元件固定于背板上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述背板的侧壁的顶部设有第一固定片,所述固定元件的顶部设有第二固定片;通过一连接件将所述第一固定片与第二固定片固定连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述连接件为固定在所述第一固定片上的铆柱,所述第二固定片上设有穿套所述铆柱的定位孔。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述背板的侧壁的顶部设有第一固定片,所述固定元件的顶部设有与所述第一固定片卡扣连接的卡扣。
  20. 根据权利要求16-19中任一项所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述背板的底板沿着侧壁设有卡孔,所述固定元件的底部设有可插入所述卡孔的卡片。
