Abstract

본 발명은 폴리케톤 중합 반응 후 귀금속(팔라듐)을 회수하는 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 폴리케톤 중합 반응에 따라 생산된 폴리케톤을 반응 매질과 필터링하여 제 1 반응폐액이 생성되는 단계; (b) 상기 생산된 폴리케톤의 슬러리를 건조시키면서 제 2 반응폐액이 생성되는 단계; (c) 상기 제 1 반응폐액 및 제 2 반응폐액에서 증류를 통해 반응 매질을 회수하고 증류폐액이 생성되는 단계; (d) 상기 증류폐액에서 이온교환수지를 사용하여 팔라듐을 흡착해 분리하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 이온교환수지에 흡착된 팔라듐을 탈착하여 농축 팔라듐을 회수하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
