本实用新型涉及精密数控机床领域, 尤其涉及一种液体静压直线导轨结 构。
背景技术
目前, 现有的液体静压导轨, 由于导轨承受的载荷情况不同, 在结构形 式上有开式导轨和闭式导轨之分。
开式静压导轨依靠运动件的自重及外载荷保持移动件不从床身上分离, 它属于力封闭形式。 开式静压导轨往往只在导轨的一个方向上开有油腔, 只 能水平放置或倾斜一个较小的角度。其主要结构形式有: 矩形平导轨, V平 形导轨, 回转平导轨, 默 Ί 形导轨等。
闭式静压导轨只有在其移动方向的一个自由度,其余自由度都由导轨结 构所约束(也称几何封闭)。 其主要结构形式有: 宽式双矩形, 宿式双矩形, 回转平导轨, 菱形导轨等。
但是, 无论上述哪种结构, 都存在液体静压导轨的结构无法标准化, 安 装与调试需要浪费大量的时间和费用, 增加机床的制造时间及成本的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术的上述缺点,提供一种液体静压直 线导轨的结构, 该结构的独特形状, 易于标准化且尺寸小巧, 能充分减少安 装与调试所需的时间与费用, 有效减少机床的制造时间及成本。
为解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型提供一种液体静压直线导轨结构, 包 括导轨和运动件, 所述导轨与运动件相接触的三对表面彼此平行,接触面间 设置有若干静压腔体, 所述运动件由滑块和压板装配而成, 所述滑块和压板 均至少与导轨的两个面接触, 所述接触面上至少设置有一个静压腔体。
优选的实施方式中, 所述导轨是横截面呈 T字形的双矩形轨; 所述静压 腔体与导轨接触面之间的间隙范围为 0. 015-0. 03匪; 所述滑块和压板通过 螺釘紧固装配。 所述静压腔体的数量为 6个; 所述静压腔体设置于相对平行 的三对表面上。
本实用新型具有下列优点:
( 1 )导轨、 滑块和压板结构标准化且尺寸小巧, 易于装配和调试, 有 效减少成本;
( 2 )静压腔体的分布设置, 便于调整油膜和控制载荷分布。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施方式进行详细说明。
参照图 1所示的剖面图, 本实用新型由导轨 1、 滑块 2及压板 3构成。 导轨为固定不动、 呈直线的元件; 它与运动件, 包括滑块 2及压板 3之间通 过静压腔体 4支撑。 该静压腔体 4平均分布设置在滑块 2及压板 3上。 在本 实施例中, 滑块 2上对称设置有四个静压腔体 4 , 压板 3上对称设置有两个 静压腔体 4,导轨 1与静压腔体 4相接触的三对表面彼此平行。
使用时, 将导轨 1通过螺釘或者其他方式固定在机床底座 5 (也可以是 其他固定件, 如床身或部件)上, 滑块 2与压板 3通过螺釘紧固, 并与导轨 1配合。 在滑块 2及压板 3中通入高压液体, 就可以实现运动原件(滑块 2 和压板 3 ) 沿着导轨 1移动。
导轨 1横截面呈 T字形, 截面横向部分的各个相对表面互相平行, 并与 六个静压腔体 4相接触。 滑块 2、 压板 3中设置有静压腔体 4 , 装配好整个 液体静压直线导轨后,六个静压腔体 4的表面与导轨 1中的支撑面之间的间 隙范围为 0. 01 5-0. 03
