Abstract

본 발명은 배터리 터미널 플레이트의 제조장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 전기자동차, 하이브리드자동차, 플러그인 하이브리드자동차, 태양전지, 전동공구 등에 적용되는 중대형 리튬이온 2차전지용 터미널 플레이트를 프레스 공법이 아닌 단조공법을 이용하되, 피가공재료를 공급하고 각 성형 및 가공 단계로 이송시키는 이송공급장치의 이송거리를 시프트-리턴방식(1스텝 이송-귀환)을 통해 최단거리로 확보하고, 성형이 완료된 피가공재료의 외형을 펀칭을 통해 가공시 사전에 설계된 규격에 미달하게 사전 가공(1차 가공)하고 규격에 맞게 마무리 가공(2차 가공)하는 배터리 터미널 플레이트의 제조장치 및 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
