技术领域
本实用新型涉及家用电器的电冰箱技术领域,具体涉及一种带铝板缺口的冰箱蒸发器。
背景技术
现有直冷式冰箱通常采用铝板蒸发器,即将蒸发器铝管通过热熔胶粘结在铝板上,铝板再与冰箱内胆粘结,然后通过发泡充满内胆与冰箱面板之间的空间。对于较大容积的冷藏箱或冷藏冷冻箱的冷藏室,容易出现内胆开裂的现象,极大影响冰箱制冷效果和使用寿命。内胆开裂的原因主要有两方面因素:一是作用在内胆上的机械应力过大而导致的开裂;二是一些化学介质的作用,使内胆材料发生溶胀,增加其内部应力而导致的化学应力开裂。大部分冰箱内胆的开裂均是在机械应力和化学介质两方面因素共同作用下形成的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种能降低冰箱在制冷状态下的内胆热应力,从而降低内胆开裂的几率,同时减少了铝板的材料成本的铝板蒸发器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种带铝板缺口的冰箱蒸发器,包括铝板和粘结在铝板上的蒸发器铝管,所述铝板上沿纵向方向设置有若干条横向缺口。
进一步的,所述若干条横向缺口平行分布。
进一步的,所述若干条横向缺口的端部做出避免铝板结构突变引起冰箱内胆局部位置的应力集中的圆角。
更进一步的,所述横向缺口的厚度为 0mm 到 500mm ,所述横向缺口的长度为 1mm 到 1500mm
。
本实用新型相对于现有技术的有益效果是:
本实用新型通过对蒸发器铝板进行缺口设计,即在蒸发器铝板的纵向方向上布置若干条平行分布的横向缺口,一是通过铝板纵向结构刚度的降低来松弛内胆的热应力,从而起到减少内胆开裂几率的作用;二是,合理的铝板设计可以在保持原有换热性能的基础上,降低铝板的生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图 1 、图 2 ,本实用新型带铝板缺口的冰箱蒸发器,包括铝板 1 和粘结在铝板 1 上的蒸发器铝管 3
,铝板 1 上沿纵向方向设置有若干条平行分布的横向缺口 2 。为避免因为铝板 1 结构突变而引起冰箱内胆局部位置的应力集中,横向缺口 2
的端部做出的圆角,即在缺口内部进行圆角化处理。
根据不同型号铝板蒸发器的几何尺寸,铝板上 1 的横向缺口 2 的设置为厚度 0mm 到 500mm ,长度
1mm 到 1500mm 。横向缺口 2 可经冲压工艺快速成型,铝板 1 与蒸发器连接的一面覆盖有热熔胶,加工后铝板 1 与蒸发器铝管 3
进行热压工艺处理,从而形成带有铝板缺口的新型冰箱蒸发器。
本实用新型蒸发器铝板横向缺口的设置,一方面可以起到松弛内胆热应力的效果,以减少内胆开裂的产生,另一方面是降低铝板的材料成本。

- 一种带铝板缺口的冰箱蒸发器,包括铝板( 1 )和粘结在铝板( 1 )上的蒸发器铝管( 3 ),其特征在于:所述铝板( 1 )上沿纵向方向设置有若干条横向缺口( 2 )。

- 根据权利要求 1 所述的带铝板缺口的冰箱蒸发器,其特征在于:所述若干条横向缺口( 2 )的端部做出避免铝板( 1 )结构突变引起冰箱内胆局部位置的应力集中的圆角。
