Abstract

본 발명은 골프공 세척기에 관한 것으로, 투입된 골프공을 진동시키는 바이브레이터와 골프공이 이중으로 겹치는 것을 방지하는 체크 바를 구비하여 골프공을 여러 줄로 정렬하는 골프공 투입기를 이용하여 골프공을 초음파 세척용기에 자동으로 투입하고, 초음파 세척용기에 구비된 다수의 골프공 정렬 받침대의 골프공 정렬 레일에 정렬된 골프공은 초음파 세척용기에서 방출되는 초음파에 최대한 노출되도록 상기 골프공 정렬 레일과 표면의 일부가 점 접촉한 상태에서 세척되며, 세척 완료된 골프공은 초음파 세척용기에 수용된 이송벨트 조립체의 이송벨트의 이송 핀에 의해 들어 올려져 초음파 세척용기의 외부에 위치한 골프공 이송 받침대의 골프공 이송 레일을 따라 건조기로 자동 이송되고, 건조기로 투입된 골프공은 건조기 내부에서 이송 스크루에 의해 이송되는 동안 건조기 내부의 열풍에 의해 건조되어 자동 배출된다. 본 발명은 골프공을 세척용기에 투입하여 초음파 세척한 후 건조하는 전 과정을 모두 자동으로 수행하므로, 사람이 일일이 골프공을 정돈하여 세척용기에 넣고 세척 후에는 사람이 일일이 골프공을 꺼내서 별도로 건조하는 과정을 거쳐야 하는 종래의 골프공 세척기에 비해 골프공 세척작업 공수와 작업시간이 현저하게 줄어드는 효과가 있다.
