Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de raccordement de corps de tuyau qui peut facilement raccorder des tuyaux les uns aux autres sans soudage et qui peut être facilement fabriqué. À cette fin, l'appareil de raccordement de corps de tuyau comprend : un élément d'insertion de tuyau (100) comprenant une bride de raccordement (110) et un corps de tuyau (120) s'étendant depuis la bride de raccordement (110) et ayant un diamètre circonférentiel intérieur diminuant progressivement dans la direction de la bride de raccordement (110) ; une garniture de caoutchouc (200) étroitement attachée à l'élément d'insertion de tuyau (100) et un tuyau (10) inséré dans l'élément d'insertion de tuyau (100), la garniture de caoutchouc (200) étant comprimée par une bride (20) accouplée par boulon à la bride de raccordement (110) ; et une pluralité d'éléments de fixation de tuyau (300) intégrés à la garniture de caoutchouc (200) se trouvant entre l'élément d'insertion de tuyau (100) et le tuyau (10) de sorte que les éléments de fixation de la pluralité d'éléments de fixation de tuyau (300) sont espacés d'une distance prédéterminée les uns par rapport aux autres pour fixer l'élément d'insertion de raccordement (100) au tuyau (10).
