Abstract
アルミナ焼結体同士が接合部を介して接合されたアルミナ接合体である。前記接合部は、厚さ30μm以上のアルミナからなり、前記接合部の厚さ方向における孔径が前記接合部の厚さの40~100%の長さである粗大独立気孔と、孔径が5μm以下の微細気孔を含む未焼結領域と、相対密度が98%以上の緻密な焼結領域とから形成されている。
