相应地, 发送端获取与会者的身份信息的一种实施方式是: 通过身份识 别装置读取与会者的身份识别卡, 直接获取与会者的身份信息。 其中, 身份 识别装置可以为名片扫描仪, 与会者的身份识别卡为包括与会者的身份信息 的名片, 则可以通过名片扫描仪扫描与会者的名片, 直接获取与会者的身份 信息, 通常以该方式获取的与会者的身份信息主要是图片信息。 身份识别装 置还可以为智能身份证读取器, 相应地与会者的身份识别卡为包括与会者的 身份信息的智能身份证, 则通过智能身份证读取器读取与会者的智能身份证, 可以直接获取与会者的身份信息。 另外, 本实施例的身份识别装置还可以是 键盘, 则可以通过键盘输入文字的方式录入与会者的身份信息, 此时与会者 的身份信息主要为文本信息。 身份识别装置还可以为音频录入设备, 则通过 音频录入设备录入与会者的音频介绍, 可以直接获取与会者的身份信息, 此 时与会者的身份信息主要为音频信息。 身份识别装置也可以是视频录入设备, 则通过视频设备录入与会者的视频介绍, 可以直接获取与会者的身份信息, 此时与会者的身份信息主要为视频信息。
其中, 发送端获取与会者的身份信息的另一种实施方式是: 通过身份识 别装置获取与会者的标识信息, 根据获取的与会者的标识信息查询信息数据 库, 获取与会者的身份信息。 具体的, 发送端通过身份识别装置读取与会者 的身份识别卡, 获取与会者的标识信息, 例如与会者的姓名、 会场座位编号、 会场 ID号等, 然后根据与会者的标识信息查询信息数据库, 从信息数据库中 获取与会者的身份信息。 其中, 信息数据库中存储有与会者的身份信息和与 会者的标识信息的映射关系。 举例说明, 当身份识别装置为名片扫描仪时, 与会者的身份识别卡为名 片, 该名片中包括与会者的标识信息; 则发送端通过名片扫描仪扫描与会者 的名片, 获取与会者的标识信息, 然后根据与会者的标识信息查询信息数据 库, 从信息数据库中获取与会者的身份信息。 又例如: 当身份识别装置为智 能身份证读取器时, 与会者的身份识别卡为智能身份证, 该智能身份证中包 括与会者的标识信息; 则发送端通过智能身份证读取器读取与会者的智能身 份证, 获取与会者的标识信息, 然后根据标识信息查询信息数据库, 从信息 数据库中获取与会者的身份信息。 再例如: 当身份识别装置为音频录入设备 时, 发送端可以通过音频录入设备录取与会者的语音介绍, 获取与会者的标 识信息, 并根据该标识信息查询信息数据库, 从信息数据库中获取与会者的 身份信息。
其中, 当视讯会议是由多个视讯会议终端接入多点控制服务器构成的多 点视讯会议时, 发送端还可以通过身份识别装置读取与会者的身份识别卡, 获取与会者的标识信息, 将所获取的与会者的标识信息发送给多点控制服务 器, 由多点控制服务器根据与会者的标识信息查询信息数据库, 从信息数据 库获取与会者的身份信息, 并返回给发送端, 发送端接收多点控制服务器发 送的与会者的身份信息。
其中, 在本实施例中, 发送端可以采用上述任意一种方式获取与会者的 身份信息, 也可以采用上述各种方式的任意组合来获取与会者的身份信息。
与现有技术相比, 本实施例不再通过视频采集设备采集与会者的铭牌来 获取与会者的身份信息, 因此, 可以减少在视讯会议之前为与会者制定铭牌 的工作, 同时还克服了通过铭牌获取与会者的身份信息受铭牌自身特点限制 的缺陷, 提高了获取与会者的身份信息的便利性, 方便了与会者之间的交流。
其中, 从传输信息的形式来看, 本实施例步骤 12将会议现场信息和与会 者的身份信息发送给接收端的方式包括: 将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信 息进行合成处理, 生成会议混合信息, 然后将会议混合信息传输到接收端, 接收端接收会议混合信息以获取会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息; 或者, 将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息分别传输到接收端, 接收端分别接收会 议现场信息和与会者的身份信息。
从视讯会议系统的结构来看, 本实施例步骤 12将会议现场信息和与会者 的身份信息发送给接收端的方式包括: 发送端直接将会议现场信息和与会者 的身份信息传输到接收端; 或者, 发送端通过多点视讯会议系统中的多点控 制服务器将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息转发给接收端。

通过上述任意一种实施方式或其组合, 可以获取会议现场信息和与会者 的身份信息, 并可将获取到的会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息发送给接收 端, 使接收端可以在输出会议现场信息的过程中输出与会者的身份信息, 增 加了与会者之间的相互了解, 便于与会者之间进行交流, 提升了视讯会议系 统的会议效果。
其中, 对于接收端而言, 可以根据接收到会议现场信息和与会者的身份 信息的不同形式, 采用相应的输出方式在输出会议现场信息的过程中输出与 会者的身份信息。 例如: 当接收端分别接收到会议现场信息和与会者的身份 信息时, 可以通过不同的输出设备分别输出会议现场信息和与会者的身份信 息。 或者, 接收端对会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息进行合成处理, 生成 会议混合信息, 然后通过同一输出设备输出会议现场信息和与会者的身份信 息。 其中, 当接收端接收到会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息经合成处理后 生成的会议混合信息, 或者对接收到的会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息进 行合成处理生成会议混合信息时, 接收端可以在同一输出设备中, 输出会议 混合信息以达到在输出会议现场信息的过程中输出与会者的身份信息的目 的。 例如: 当与会者的身份信息采用视频信息、 文本信息等方式呈现时, 可 以在播放会议现场信息的视频画面中, 通过小的视频画面同时播放与会者的 身份信息; 又例如: 当与会者的身份信息采用音频信息呈现时, 可以在音频 输出设备输出会议现场信息中的音频信息的过程中, 输出与会者的身份信息; 通过以上方式播放与会者的身份信息对接收端的硬件设备要求较低。 当接收 端分别接收到会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息, 且未对会议现场信息和与 会者的身份信息进行合成处理时, 接收端可以通过不同的输出设备分别输出 会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息; 例如: 当与会者的身份信息采用音频信 息呈现时, 可以通过不同的音频输出设备输出会议现场信息中的语音和与会 者的身份信息; 又例如: 当与会者的身份信息为视频信息、 文本信息等时, 可以通过不同的显示设备分别显示会议现场信息中的视频画面和与会者的身 份信息;通过上述方式一方面可以减少与会者的身份信息对会议现场信息(例 如语音信息或视频画面) 的干扰, 另一方面还可以减少接收端对会议现场信 息和与会者的身份信息进行的合成处理操作, 减轻接收端的负担。
基于上述描述方式, 本发明以下实施例将结合视讯会议系统详细说明对 会议信息的处理过程, 具体包括会议信息的传输和接收。
图 2A为本发明实施例二提供的一种点对点视讯会议系统的结构示意图。 图 2B为本发明实施例二提供的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法的流程图。如 图 2A所示, 该视讯会议系统为远程点对点互联系统, 包括第一会议现场和第 二会议现场。 在每个会议现场中, 每个用户 (图 2A中示出 3个用户)都有自 己特定的用户区域, 每个用户拥有自己的终端、 音频设备(例如: 麦克风和 喇叭) 、 显示设备(例如液晶屏) 、 身份识别装置 (用于获取与会者的身份 信息)和采集设备 (用于采集会议现场信息)等。 基于图 2A所示视讯会议系 统, 本实施例的会议信息的处理方法包括: 步骤 21、 发送端获取会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息, 其中会议现场 信息包括发送端所在会议现场的视频信息和音频信息;
当第一会议现场和第二会议现场进行互通时, 双方会议现场中每个用户 的终端可以通过采集设备来采集会议现场信息, 通过身份识别装置来获取与 会者的身份信息。
其中, 身份识别装置可以是名片扫描仪, 第一会议现场和第二会议现场 的与会者可以将各自的名片放到名片扫描仪上进行扫描, 则每个与会者的身 份信息将被扫描到视讯会议系统中 (例如信息数据库或者与会者各自的终端 内) ; 或者身份识别装置通过与会者的名片获取每个与会者的标识信息, 与 会者的终端通过与会者的标识信息查询信息数据可以获取与会者的身份信 息。
身份识别装置可以是智能身份证读取器, 第一会议现场和第二会议现场 的与会者可以将各自的智能身份证在各自用户区域内的智能身份证读取器上 进行刷卡操作, 则每个与会者的身份信息将被存储到视讯会议系统中 (例如 信息数据库或者与会者各自的终端内) ; 或者, 身份识别装置通过读取与会 者的智能身份证获取每个与会者的标识信息, 与会者的终端根据与会者的标 识信息查询信息数据库以获取与会者的身份信息。
身份识别装置还可以是为每个与会者配置的键盘, 与会者通过键盘输入 各自的身份信息, 其身份信息将被存储到视讯会议系统中 (例如信息数据库 或者与会者各自的终端) 。 身份识别装置也可以是视讯会议系统中的中控设 备, 可由会议控制人员通过该中控设备统一编辑输入各个与会者的身份信息 并存储到信息数据库中, 以供各个与会者的终端根据与会者的标识来获取。 其中, 通过编辑输入方式输入的与会者的身份信息一般为文本信息。
身份识别装置还可以是音频输入设备, 例如麦克风, 与会者可以通过麦 克风录入一段音频格式的个人身份信息。
身份识别装置还可以是视频输入设备, 例如摄像头, 与会者可以通过摄 像头录入一段视频格式的个人身份信息, 以该方式获取的与会者的身份信息 可以是视频信息, 也可是图片格式。 其中, 在视讯会议系统中所设置的信息数据库具体可以为业务平台, 主 要负责对各个与会者的身份信息进行管理, 其上通常存储有大量人员的身份 信息。 与会者的终端可以根据获取的与会者的标识信息从业务平台上获取与 会者的身份信息。 具体的, 终端将其获取的与会者的标识信息发送到业务平 台, 由业务平台根据与会者的标识信息, 在存储的人员信息中进行检索, 并 将得到的与会者的身份信息返回给与会者的终端。
其中, 视讯会议系统具体采用哪种方式来获取与会者的身份信息, 本实 施例并不做限定。
步骤 22、 发送端将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息进行合成处理, 生 成会议混合信息, 将会议混合信息直接发送给接收端;
其中, 当第一会议现场中的与会者进行发言时, 第一会议现场为发送端, 第二会议现场为接收端。 具体的, 第一会议现场当前发言者对应的终端设备 将采集设备采集的当前发言的与会者的视频图像和音频信息与获取的当前发 言的与会者的身份信息进行合成处理, 即将与会者的身份信息叠加到与会者 对应的视频图像、 音频信息上, 并对叠加后的信息进行压缩编码, 生成会议 混合信息, 并将该会议混合信息直接发送给第二会议现场中的各个与会者。
其中, 当与会者的身份信息为文本信息、 图片信息或视频信息时, 将与 会者的身份信息叠加到与会者对应的视频图像、 音频信息上具体是指将与会 者的身份信息嵌入到视频图像中; 然后将嵌入与会者的身份信息的视频图像 和音频信息进行压缩编码处理, 生成含有与会者的身份信息的会议混合信息。 当与会者的身份信息为音频信息时, 将与会者的身份信息叠加到与会者对应 的视频图像、 音频信息上具体是指将与会者的身份信息与会议现场信息中的 音频信息进行混音; 然后将视频图像和混音后的音频信息进行编码压缩处理, 生成含有与会者的身份信息的会议混合信息。 另外, 与会者的身份信息也可 以同时包含音频信息和上述文本信息、 图片信息或视频信息的任意组合, 则 可以同时采用混音和嵌入的方式将与会者的身份信息叠加到会议现场信息 中。
另外, 当第二会议现场中的与会者进行发言时, 第二会议现场为发送端, 第一会议现场为接收端。 第二会议现场中当前发言的与会者的终端对会议现 场信息和与会者的身份信息进行处理后, 直接发送给第一会议现场中的各个 与会者, 其中对会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息的处理过程可参见上述, 在此不再赘述。
步骤 23、接收端在输出会议现场信息的过程中, 输出与会者的身份信息。 具体的, 当接收端接收到会议混合信息时, 首先对会议混合信息进行解 压缩, 获取会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息; 然后, 接收端通过其输出设 备(例如音频设备或显示设备)输出会议现场信息, 具体是指输出发送端的 与会者的视频图像和音频信息; 并在输出会议现场信息的过程中输出叠加到 会议现场信息中的与会者的身份信息。
本实施例提供的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法, 由发送端设备分别获 取会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息, 并将两者进行合成处理后发送到接收 端, 使接收端在输出会议现场信息的过程中可以看到和 /或听到视频图像中与 会者的身份信息, 加速了与会者之间的相互了解, 便于与会者之间进行交流, 提升了视讯会议系统的质量。 进一步, 本实施例由发送端设备对会议现场信 息和与会者的身份信息进行合成处理, 对接收端设备而言可以不做任何改进, 因此, 本实施例还具有便于实施的优点。
图 3为本发明实施例三提供的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法的流程图。 本实施例基于图 2A所示的视讯会议系统实现, 如图 3所示, 本实施例的会议 信息的处理方法包括:
步骤 31、 发送端获取会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息, 其中会议现场 信息包括发送端所在会议现场的视频信息和音频信息;
其中, 该步骤可参见上述步骤 21的详细描述, 在此不再贅述。
步骤 32、 发送端将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息, 分别直接发送给 接收端;
步骤 33、接收端在输出会议现场信息的过程中, 输出与会者的身份信息。 在本实施例中, 当接收端接收到发送端的会议现场信息和与会者的身份 信息时, 分别对会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息进行解压缩, 然后将与会 者的身份信息叠加到会议现场信息中进行输出。
其中, 接收端将与会者的身份信息叠加到会议现场信息中的方式与发送 端相类似, 具体可参见步骤 22中的描述, 在此不再贅述。
在上述实施例中, 接收端将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息组合到了 一起, 因此, 可以通过同一输出设备同时输出会议现场信息和与会者的身份 信息, 可减少接收端输出设备的数量。 另外, 由于是由接收端对会议现场信 息和与会者的基板信息进行合成处理, 因此, 可以通过控制嵌入或混音的方 式、 时间等来灵活控制输出与会者的身份信息的方式。 例如: 接收端可以一 直将与会者的身份信息嵌在会议现场信息的视频图像中, 以在输出会议现场 信息的整个过程中始终输出与会者的身份信息, 以进一步增强与会者之间的 相互了解, 便于与会者之间及时进行交流; 接收端还可以将与会者的身份信 息嵌入到会议现场信息的不同时间段中, 以定时输出与会者的身份信息, 例 如可以采用显示 -停止 -显示的循环方式。 其中, 当与会者的身份信息为音频信 息时, 优选仅播放一次或定时播放, 该方式可在使接收端获取对方当前发言 的与会者的身份信息的情况下, 可以降低对与会者的发言造成的影响。
另外, 在上述实施例中, 接收端还可以通不同的输出设备分别输出会议 现场信息和与会者的身份信息, 此时, 接收端无需对会议现场信息和与会者 的身份信息进行合成处理, 提高了接收端的播放效率和实时性; 另外, 通过 该输出方式还可以降低与会者的身份信息和会议现场信息之间的相互干扰, 提高了会议现场信息的输出质量; 另外, 采用不同的输出设备分别输出的方 式也可以灵活控制输出与会者的身份信息的方式。
本实施例提供的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法, 接收端获取会议现场 信息和与会议现场信息对应的与会者的身份信息, 并分别直接将会议现场信 息和与会者的身份信息发送给接收端, 降低了发送端的处理负担; 接收端在 输出会议现场信息的过程中可以灵活控制输出与会者的身份信息的方式, 并 输出与会者的身份信息, 使接收端的与会者可以及时了解发送端与会者的身 份信息, 便于沟通和交流, 提高了视讯会议系统的效果。
图 4A为本发明实施例四提供的会议信息处理方法的流程图; 图 4B为本 发明实施例四提供的视讯会议系统的结构示意图, 其中图 4B可基于图 2A所 示的视讯会议系统实现, 其区别在于, 在本实施例中视讯会议系统还包括业 务平台, 如图 4A所示, 本实施例的会议信息的处理方法包括:

本实施例提供的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法, 由接收端根据与会者 的标识信息从业务平台获取与会者的身份信息, 允许发送端可以不再执行获 取与会者的身份信息的操作, 降低了对发送端的要求。 接收端在输出会议现 场信息的过程中可以灵活控制与会者的身份信息的输出方式并输出与会者的 身份信息, 方便了与会者之间的相互了解, 便于沟通和交流, 提高了视讯会 议系统的质量。
图 5A为本发明实施例五提供的视讯会议系统的结构示意图。 图 5B为本 发明实施例五提供的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法的流程图。 如图 5A 所 示, 该视讯会议系统为远程多点互联系统, 包括多个会议现场, 例如第 1 会 议现场、 第 2会议现场 ......第 n会议现场, 多点控制单元(Multipoint Control
Unit; 简称为: MCU )以及业务平台。 其中 MCU是一种多点控制服务器的实 施方式, 主要负责管理不同与会者之间的通信, 业务平台是信息数据库的一 种实现方式, 主要负责存储管理视讯会议系统中的各种数据信息或资源。 在 每个会议现场中, 每个用户都自己特定的用户区域, 每个用户拥有自己的音 频输入及输出设备 (例如: 麦克风和扬声器) 、 视频输入及输出设备 (例如 摄像机和显示器) 、 身份获取装置 (用于获取与会者的身份信息)等, 具体 可以参见图 2A所示。 基于图 5A所示的视讯会议系统, 如图 5B所示, 本实 施例的会议信息的处理方法包括:
步骤 51、 发送端获取会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息, 其中会议现场 信息包括发送端所在会议现场的视频信息和音频信息;
在多点视讯会议系统中, 由于音视频通信是双向的, 每个会议现场既作 为音视频数据的发送端, 又作为其他会议现场的音视频数据的接收端。 在本 实施例中以第 1会议现场为发送端, 其他会议现场为接收端为例说明。

本实施例提供的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法, 由发送端分别获取会 议现场信息和与会者的身份信息,并将两者进行合成处理后通过 MCU发送给 接收端, 使接收端在输出会议现场信息的过程中可以看到和 /或听到视频图像 中与会者的身份信息, 加速了与会者之间的相互了解, 便于与会者之间进行 交流, 提高了视讯会议系统的质量。 进一步, 本实施例由发送端设备对会议 现场信息和与会者的身份信息进行合成处理,对 MCU和接收端的终端设备而 言可以不做任何改进, 因此, 本实施还具有便于实施的优点。
图 6A为本发明实施例六提供的视讯会议系统的结构示意图; 图 6B为本 发明实施例六提供的会议信息处理方法的流程图。本实施例基于图 6A所示的 视讯会议系统实现, 如图 6B所示, 本实施例的会议信息处理方法包括:

步骤 64、接收端在输出会议现场信息的过程中, 输出与会者的身份信息。 具体的, 接收端输出会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息的方式可参见上 述步骤 54的描述, 在此不再贅述。
本实施例提供的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法, 由发送端获取会议现 场信息和与会者的身份信息发送给 MCU, 并经 MCU进行合成处理生成会议 混合信息后转发给接收端, 使接收端在输出会议现场信息的过程中可以看到 和 /或听到视频图像中与会者的身份信息, 加速了与会者之间的相互了解, 便 于与会者之间进行交流, 提高了视讯会议系统的质量。 进一步, 本实施例由 MCU对会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息进行合成处理, 一方面可以减轻发 送端的负担, 另一方面, 对于需要进行格式适配的会议现场信息, MCU在对 其进行适配过程中将与会者的身份信息叠加到会议现场信息中形成会议混合 信息, 使得适配过程不会对与会者的身份信息造成损伤, 保证了与会者信息 的完整性, 使接收端获取到更加清晰的与会者的身份信息。
另外, MCU在分别接收到会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息时, 可以不 进行合成处理, 而直接将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息转发给接收端; 接收端分别接收会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息, 并在输出会议现场信息 的过程中输出与会者的身份信 , ¾。
图 7A为本发明实施例七提供的视讯会议系统的结构示意图; 图 7B为本 发明实施例七提供的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法的流程图。 本实施例基 于图 7 A所示的视讯会议系统实现, 如图 7B所示, 本实施例的会议信息的处 理方法包括:
步骤 71、 发送端获取会议现场信息和与会者的标识信息, 其中会议现场 信息包括发送端所在会议现场的视频信息和音频信息;
其中, 发送端获取会议现场信息和与会者的标识信息的操作可参见上述 步骤 21的描述, 在此不再贅述。
步骤 72、 发送端将与会者的标识信息发送给 MCU;
步骤 73、 MCU根据与会者的标识信息从业务平台获取与会者的身份信 息, 并将与会者的身份信息发送给发送端;
其中, MCU接收与会者的标识信息, 并将与会者的标识信息发送给业务 平台, 以使业务平台根据与会者的标识信息在所存储的人员信息中进行检索 获取与会者的身份信息, 并发送给 MCU; MCU将与会者的身份信息发送给 发送端。
步骤 74、 发送端将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息发送给 MCU;
步骤 75、 MCU将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息转发给接收端; 步骤 76、接收端在输出会议现场信息的过程中, 输出与会者的身份信息。 其中, 在上述步骤 74中, 发送端可以对会议现场信息和与会者的身份信 息进行合成处理之后生成会议混合信息,然后,将会议混合信息发送给 MCU, 此时步骤 74、 75和 76可参见上述实施例六中步骤 52、 53和 54的描述, 在 此不再赘述。
另外, 在上述步骤 74中, 发送端也可以分别将会议现场信息和与会者的 身份信息发送给 MCU, 则步骤 74、 75和 76可参见上述实施例六中的描述, 在此不再贅述。 其中, 会议现场信息、 与会者的标识信息和与会者的身份信 息的信息流向分别如图 7A中的实箭头线、 点箭头线和点划箭头线所示。
本实施例提供的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法, 接收端获取会议现场 信息和与会者的标识信息,由 MCU根据与会者的标识信息从业务平台获取与 会者的身份信息并返回给接收端, 可以降低对发送端的要求, 同时由业务平 台对与会者的基本进行统一管理, 方便了对与会者的身份信息的管理; 发送 端最终通过 MCU将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息转发给接收端,使接收 端在输出会议现场信息的过程中输出与会者的身份信息增强了与会者之间的 相互了解, 便于沟通和交流, 提高了视讯会议系统的质量。
图 8为本发明实施例八提供的视讯会议终端的结构示意图。 如图 8所示, 本实施例的视讯会议终端包括: 获取模块 81和发送模块 82。
其中, 获取模块 81 , 用于分别获取本会议现场的会议现场信息和与会者 的身份信息, 所述会议现场信息包括本会议现场的视频信息和音频信息; 发 送模块 82, 与获取模块 81连接, 用于将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息传 输到接收端, 以供接收端在输出会议现场信息的过程中, 输出与会者的身份 信息。
本实施例视讯会议终端的各功能模块可用于执行上述方法实施例提供的 视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法的流程, 其工作原理详见上述方法实施例的 描述, 在此不再贅述。
本实施例的视讯会议终端, 具体通过获取模块和发送模块将会议现场信 息和与会者的身份信息传输到接收端, 以使接收端在输出会议现场信息的过 程中, 输出与会者的身份信息, 增强了与会者之间的相互了解, 便于与会者 进行沟通和交流, 提高了视讯会议的质量。
图 9A为本发明实施例九提供的视讯会议终端的结构示意图。 图 9B为本 发明实施例九提供的视讯会议终端中第二获取子模块的一种结构示意图。 本 实施例基于实施例八实现, 如图 9A所示, 在本实施例中, 获取模块 81包括: 第一获取子模块 811和第二获取子模块 812。
其中, 第一获取子模块 811 , 用于通过身份识别装置读取与会者的身份识 别卡, 直接获取与会者的身份信息; 第二获取子模块 812, 用于通过身份识别 装置获取与会者的标识信息, 根据所述与会者的标识信息查询信息数据库, 获取与会者的身份信息。 其中, 第一获取子模块 811 和第二获取子模块 812 分别采用不同的方式来获取与会者的身份信息, 因此, 获取模块 81的实现结 构还可以仅包括第一获取子模块 811或第二获取子模块 812。
进一步, 如图 9B所示, 本实施例中第二获取子模块 812包括: 第一处理 单元 8121和第二处理单元 8122。 其中, 第一处理单元 8121 , 分别与身份识 别装置和信息数据库连接, 用于在点对点视讯会议中, 通过身份识别装置读 取与会者的身份识别卡, 获取与会者的标识信息, 并根据与会者的标识信息 查询信息数据库, 从信息数据库获取与会者的身份信息, 并提供给发送模块
82。 第二处理单元 8122, 分别与身份识别装置和多点控制服务器连接, 用于 在多点视讯会议系统中, 通过身份识别装置读取与会者的身份识别卡, 获取 与会者的标识信息, 并将与会者的标识信息发送给多点控制服务器, 并接收 多点控制服务器返回的与会者的身份信息, 并提供给发送模块 82 , 所述与会 者的身份信息是由多点控制服务器根据与会者的标识信息查询信息数据库, 从信息数据库获取得到。 另外, 结合视讯会议终端所处视讯会议系统的结构, 第二获取子模块 812也可以仅包括第一处理单元 8121或第二处理单元 8122。
上述各功能子模块或功能单元可用于执行上述方法实施例的视讯会议中 会议信息的处理方法的流程, 其工作原理可参见方法实施例的描述, 在此不 再赘述。
本实施例的视讯会议终端, 不再通过视频采集设备采集与会者的铭牌来 获取与会者的身份信息, 因此, 可以减少在视讯会议之前为与会者制定铭牌 的工作, 同时还克服了通过铭牌获取与会者的身份信息受铭牌自身特点限制 的缺陷, 提高了获取与会者的身份信息的便利性, 方便了与会者之间的交流。
图 10为本发明实施例十提供的视讯会议系统的结构示意图。 如图 10所 示, 本实施例的视讯会议系统包括: 第一视讯会议终端 101 和第二视讯会议 终端 102。
其中, 第一视讯会议终端 101 分别获取所在会议现场的会议现场信息和 与会者的身份信息, 并将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息传输到第二视讯 会议终端; 所述会议现场信息包括第一视讯会议终端 101 所在会议现场的视 频信息和音频信息; 第二视讯会议终端 102接收第一视讯会议终端 101传输 的会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息, 并在输出会议现场信息的过程中, 输 出与会者的身份信息。
本实施例的第一视讯会议终端的工作原理和结构可参见上述实施例八和 实施例九的描述, 在此不再贅述。 另外, 需要说明, 在本实施例中, 第一视 讯会议终端为发送端, 第二视讯会议终端为接收端; 由于视讯会议中各方是 相互交互的, 第二视讯会议终端也可能作为发送端, 第一视讯会议终端也可 能作为接收端, 故本实施例的第一视讯会议终端同时具有第二视讯会议终端 的功能, 第二视讯会议终端也可以同时具有第一视讯会议终端的功能。
本实施例的视讯会议系统中的第一视讯会议终端和第二视讯会议终端可 用于执行上述方法实施例的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法的流程, 其具体 工作原理不再贅述, 详见方法实施例的描述。
本实施例的视讯会议系统, 具体通过第一视讯会议终端获取会议现场信 息和与会者的身份信息, 并发送给第二视讯会议终端, 第二视讯会议终端在 输出会议现场信息的过程中输出与会者的身份信息, 增强了与会者之间的相 互了解, 便于与会者之间进行沟通和交流, 提高了视讯会议系统的质量。
其中, 在上述视讯会议系统中, 第一视讯会议终端 101 具体可以通过身 份识别装置读取与会者的身份识别卡, 直接获取与会者的身份信息。 在该实 施方式中, 与会者的身份识别卡包括与会者的身份信息。 另外, 第一视讯会 议终端 101 还可以通过身份识别装置获取与会者的标识信息, 根据标识信息 查询信息数据库, 获取与会者的身份信息。
在第二种实施方式中, 视讯会议系统还包括信息数据库, 存储有与会者 的身份信息和与会者的标识信息的映射关系。 第一视讯会议终端 101 可以通 过身份识别装置读取与会者的分身识别卡, 获取与会者的标识信息, 并根据 与会的标识信息查询信息数据库, 从信息数据库获取与会者的身份信息。
图 11为本发明实施例十一提供的视讯会议系统的结构示意图。 本实施例 基于实施例十实现, 如图 11所示, 本实施例的系统为多个视讯会议终端 (以 3个第一视讯会议终端和 3个第二视讯会议终端为例)构成的多点视讯会议系 统, 还包括: 多点控制服务器 103。
多点控制服务器 103 ,用于接收第一视讯会议终端 101发送的会议现场信 息和与会者的身份信息, 并将会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息转发给第二 视讯会议终端 102。
其中, 多点控制服务器 103 的具体工作原理可参见上述方法实施例的视 讯会议中会议信息的处理方法中的相关描述, 在此不再贅述。
本实施例的视讯会议系统, 第一视讯会议终端分别获取会议现场信息和 与会者的身份信息, 并通过多点控制服务器转发给第二视讯会议终端, 第二 视讯会议终端在输出会议现场信息的过程中输出与会者的身份信息, 增强了 与会者之间的相互了解, 便于与会者之间进行沟通和交流, 提高了视讯会议 系统的质量。
进一步, 视讯会议系统中还包括信息数据库 104, 则第一视讯会议终端 101获取与会者的身份信息的一种实施方式为:第一视讯会议终端 101通过身 份识别装置读取与会者的身份识别卡, 获取与会者的标识信息, 并将与会者 的标识信息发送给多点控制服务器 103;多点控制服务器 103接收与会者的标 识信息, 并根据与会者的标识信息查询信息数据库 104,从信息数据库 104获 取与会者的身份信息并返回给第一视讯会议终端 101 ; 第一视讯会议终端 101 接收多点控制服务器 103返回的与会者的身份信息。
本实施例的视讯会议系统, 由多点控制服务器从信息数据库获取与会者 的身份信息并返回给第一视讯会议终端, 可以减轻第一视讯会议终端的负担, 使第一视讯会议终端分别获取会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息, 并转发给 第二视讯会议终端, 以使第二视讯会议终端在输出会议现场信息的过程中输 出与会者的身份信息, 增强了与会者之间的相互了解, 便于与会者之间进行 沟通和交流, 提高了视讯会议系统的质量。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述 的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介 最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权利 要求 书
1、 一种视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息, 所述会议现场信息包括会议现场 的视频信息和音频信息;
将所述会议现场信息和所述与会者的身份信息传输到接收端, 以供所述接 收端在输出所述会议现场信息的过程中, 输出所述与会者的身份信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的处理方法, 其特征在于, 获取与会者的身份信息 包括:
通过身份识别装置读取所述与会者的身份识别卡, 直接获取所述与会者的 身份信息; 或
通过身份识别装置获取与会者的标识信息, 根据所述与会者的标识信息查 询信息数据库, 获取所述与会者的身份信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述通过身份识别装置获取与会者的标识信息, 根据所述与会者标识信息查询 信息数据库, 获取所述与会者的身份信息包括:
发送端通过身份识别装置读取所述与会者的身份识别卡, 获取所述与会者 的标识信息, 并根据所述与会者的标识信息查询所述信息数据库, 从所述信息 数据库获取所述与会者的身份信息; 或
在存在多个视讯会议终端接入多点控制服务器构成多点视讯会议时, 发送 端通过身份识别装置读取所述与会者的身份识别卡, 获取所述与会者的标识信 息, 并将所述与会者的标识信息发送给所述多点控制服务器, 并接收所述多点 控制服务器发送的所述与会者的身份信息; 所述多点控制服务器用于根据所述 与会者的标识信息查询所述信息数据库, 从所述信息数据库获取所述与会者的 身份信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1 -3任一所述的视讯会议中会议信息的处理方法, 其特征 在于, 所述与会者的身份信息包括以下任意一种或其组合: 文本信息、 图片信 息、 视频信息或音频信息。
5、 一种视讯会议终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取模块, 用于分别获取本会议现场的会议现场信息和与会者的身份信息, 所述会议现场信息包括所述本会议现场的视频信息和音频信息;
发送模块, 用于将所述会议现场信息和所述与会者的身份信息传输到接收 端, 以供所述接收端在输出所述会议现场信息的过程中, 输出所述与会者的身 份信息。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的视讯会议终端, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块包括: 第一获取子模块, 用于通过身份识别装置读取所述与会者的身份识别卡, 直接获取所述与会者的身份信息; 和 /或
第二获取子模块, 用于通过身份识别装置获取与会者的标识信息, 并根据 所述与会者的标识信息查询信息数据库, 获取所述与会者的身份信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的视讯会议终端, 其特征在于, 所述第二获取子模 块包括:
第一处理单元, 用于通过身份识别装置读取所述与会者的身份识别卡, 获 取所述与会者的标识信息, 并根据所述与会者的标识信息查询所述信息数据库 , 从所述信息数据库获取所述与会者的身份信息; 和 /或
第二处理单元, 用于在存在多个所述视讯会议终端接入多点控制服务器构 成多点视讯会议时, 通过所述身份识别装置读取所述与会者的身份识别卡, 获 取所述与会者的标识信息, 并将所述与会者的标识信息发送给所述多点控制服 务器, 并接收所述多点控制服务器返回的所述与会者的身份信息, 所述与会者 的身份信息是由所述多点控制服务器根据所述与会者的标识信息查询所述信息 数据库, 从所述信息数据库获取得到。
8、 根据权利要求 5-7任一所述的视讯会议终端, 其特征在于, 所述与会者 的身份信息包括以下任意一种或其组合: 文本信息、 图片信息、 视频信息或音 频信息。
9、 一种视讯会议系统, 其特征在于, 包括第一视讯会议终端和第二视讯会 议终端;
所述第一视讯会议终端, 用于分别获取本会议现场的会议现场信息和与会 者的身份信息, 并将所述会议现场信息和所述与会者的身份信息传输到第二视 讯会议终端; 所述会议现场信息包括所述本会议现场的视频信息和音频信息; 所述第二视讯会议终端, 用于接收所述会议现场信息和所述与会者的身份 信息, 并在输出所述会议现场信息的过程中, 输出所述与会者的身份信息。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的视讯会议系统, 其特征在于, 所述第一视讯会议 终端具体用于通过身份识别装置读取所述与会者的身份识别卡, 直接获取所述 与会者的身份信息; 或, 通过身份识别装置获取与会者的标识信息, 根据所述 与会者的标识信息查询信息数据库, 获取所述与会者的身份信息。

12、 根据权利要求 9所述的视讯会议系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 多点控制 服务器;
所述多点控制服务器, 用于接收所述第一视讯会议终端发送的所述会议现 场信息和所述与会者的身份信息, 并将所述会议现场信息和所述与会者的身份 信息转发给所述第二视讯会议终端。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的视讯会议系统, 其特征在于, 所述第一视讯会 议终端, 还用于通过身份识别装置读取所述与会者的身份识别卡, 获取所述与 会者的标识信息, 并将所述与会者的标识信息发送给所述多点控制服务器, 并 接收所述多点控制服务器返回的所述与会者的身份信息;
所述多点控制服务器, 还用于接收所述与会者的标识信息, 并根据所述与 会者的标识信息查询信息数据库, 从所述信息数据库获取所述与会者的身份信 息并返回给所述第一视讯会议终端。
14、 根据权利要求 9-13任一所述的视讯会议系统, 其特征在于, 所述与会 者的身份信息包括以下任意一种或其组合: 文本信息、 图片信息、 视频信息或 音频信息。
